(0 stars if i could) Customer service is appalling no interest in helping at all. My parcel was delivered to a different town? (Hinckley) i live in Stafford. passed onto 3 different depots and nobody seems to understand, and couldn't be less interested.so no further forward very frustrated NO PARCEL (someone else has a bargain)out of pocket and one very upset four year old. I will think twice if the company i order from in the future use DPD.

I asked for the parcel to be delivered to a safe place at my house. The parcel was not delivered but i was sent a photo of a cafe a mile away saying they could not deliver! They had also tried to take it to another cafe 2 miles from the first. DPD make it impossible to complain.

I was supposed to get a delivery last Friday told nobody was in it was a residential area address the tried to deliver to. Told by customer service will be delivered Monday again the the delivered wrong address still waiting for call from customer services manager terrible service dont even deserve 1star

I was literally watching the map on the app and was standing outside the door to make sure the driver found it okay(had the app set up with a photo of my place, instructions and my phone number). And then it suddenly got sent for redelivery to their collection point! Claims they tried to deliver at 14:09 and said I wasn’t home when I was waiting at the front door at 14:00 until my hour slot passed. You need to sort your drivers out. I needed my parcel today and I paid for delivery as it is a heavy laptop, but your “attempt” to try to deliver is ridiculous! I feel robbed, I would have rather picked it up from my local currys instead of getting it delivered to my house knowing I’d be paying for a service that results in me having to travel to collect it.

TOTAL INCOMPETENCE I was expecting a delivery on Saturday which didn’t materialise after which I contacted your support team who told me that my parcel has accidentally been locked in a trailer and would not be able to be retrieved until Monday because no one has access. I was assured by both your chat team and the depot (Dunstable) that I would receive my package today 25/04/2022. I spoke to someone on 25/04/2022 at 8am who assured me that my parcel would be delivered today. Then I received an update 5 mins after being reassured that my parcel has been returned to sender! What kind of establishment are you guys running that you would assure someone that a delivery would be made and not take steps to make sure that your assurances are met? When I spoke to your customer service team they were unhelpful giving generic scripted responses when I asked for an explanation they didn’t give one I asked for this to be raised with management to monitor this was not done then I asked for someone to call me back and apparently that’s not possible even though they did it the other day. I asked if it would be possible to come and pick up the parcel from the depot and that’s not possible because of Covid I mean the level of incompetence I’ve experienced is unfathomable and mind blowing I’ve taken all necessary steps to ensure that the parcel is delivered and raised this with a number of your agents as well as the depot but you guys were still unable to deliver my parcel and what’s worse is that your customer service assured me over and over that my parcel would be delivered what kind of company does that? If you can’t deliver then you should not be assuring people. It’s sad because you guys have a good reputation but honestly I would say Hermes is better I’ve never had an issue with them and that’s saying a lot I want this looked in to and I want an explanation this is not on and I’m not going to stand for it

I ordered 2 expensive items and unfortunately delivered with dpd , I woke at 9:13 AM and check the delivery on Amazon tracking there show me at 9:11 i check fast nobody outside , I check on DPD tracking there was the delivery at 8:07 AM i contact them and i askem them even if i paid more or anything i can do today the delivery back or i can go to pick up from somewhere as i really need the order . And the human from customer service told me ah we can't do this as . I asked them why nobody phone or anything , they told me drivers use they're personal phone and can't contact nobody . What is this delivery company ?! How is this possible the item which i order is over 1.000£ if there get anything damaged i swear to god it won't end nicely with this company i'm tired of this on saturday to come early morning and not being able to contact the customer properly worst worst delivery from UK nobody should order woth DPD never !!

I paid for a Saturday delivery but DPD are jut delivering to my pickup location until Monday. They say it’s too late to change the date even though that was booked and paid for. Rubbish attitude from customer service agent who basically said tough. DPD your service is appalling

They went to the wrong address twice. I haven't received my parcel yet. I asked them to delivery to a new address in self-service and they went to the old one. Self-service tells the delivery person to go back to the old address. The delivery person never called so I have to find out all this on my own, through self-service and through customer service which is really slow.

One Star ! and that only because I cant give them NOTHING which is what they deserve. The third package in a row that has not made it. Incompetent Inept LIARS "Your parcel was refused"! - Because thats what you do when you've waited in all day isn't it. Absolute liars and my CCTV says otherwise. If I was a company trying to sell goods I wouldn't go within a thousand miles of these utter CRETINS !!

Shocking service Eta on parcel 1542 and 1642 its now 1930 No parcel no text/email Paid extra for next day delivery from a supplier. The tracking showed driver 2 roads away now it's going away from mine. Abysmal service. Glad I didn't pay for the before 10am service.

Driver delivered and left parcel at some random address, they were supposed to get a signature or at least see someone but they didn't. No way to get hold of DPD customer services. Total shambles. I get a sinking feeling whenever I see a supplier sending by DPD because this has happened before.

1 star is flattering but a well-deserving lesser rating is not an option …not for the first time, this service has been woefully ignorant as to the meaning of customer service …but no need to rant, other reviews say it all! In future I will avoid any purchases where I have prior knowledge that the vendor is using this firm! I would personally never use them, as I don’t need this level of service (overstatement!) to be seen as a reflection of mine!

Apparently” after my Saturday absence, the parcel was scheduled for today. From a to z, this company offers only lies, both driver and customer service. Both parties just providing false information. What I don’t understand is, how can customer service accept that the driver, lie that I was not at home, attaching a photo of the building and the street which clearly isn’t mine address. Honestly for such disrespect and confirmed lies he should get a reward. Moreover, while the customer service kindly informed me that around 7 the driver would come back with my parcel, which never happened. I just find out that from 6.30 no one is working, both the driver and customer service. It’s absolutely gross lies.

Rubbish! I have paid almost 7 pounds for my parcel to be delivered next day and it hasn't even been collected! Absolutely rubbish. Don't know why shops are working with them? Frustration and dissatisfaction.

Abysmal. Parcel went missing and DPD refuse to refund even the delivery fee stating that three weeks later the parcel is not "lost" it just "cannot be found". Risible customer service department who claim that as I booked through an agent it there is nothing they can do even though their own tracking system shows very clearly that the parcel was lost in the DPD system three weeks ago.
