The van driver of BJ71DHA delivering around Fazeley today needs taking off the road! 3 point turn on a busy road causing oncoming traffic to stop! He then decided to block me in at the shop further up the road whilst he made his delivery to the Spar. Only moved after I told him I'd smash him and his van up if he didn't move!

Absolute liars. Telling me all day that my driver is delayed 10.55 am to 11.55am delivery slot after staying home all day waiting I log in at 8.40 to an update stating they tried to deliver at 11am and now 9.99 to try to deliver again I what a joke disgusting service my only option was to press collect at local post office. I have a broken foot so not the easiest situation why ordered online. I hate being made out not to be home . Just shameful customer service.

Didnt collect my parcel despite me waiting in all day and taking a day off work, I'm a contractor so I get no holiday pay. Driver told the depot he tried collecting but the parcel wasnt ready, total lie. Phoned customer service numerous times(messed around from pillar to post, transferred and given alternative numbers, neither helped or worked. Refund/dispute/complaining, none working on live chat. Whatsaap chat not available apart from an AI bot which said "let's not fall out" after sending F*** Y** due to lack of proper support. You could write this stuff, utterly horrendous service, noone helpfully to talk to. It's now the weekend so they wint collect until monday, I cant afford to take another day off. Cheaper to just pay through the nose for parcelforce but at least itll be done properly, with support. Large parcel- 80x60x45cm 23kg. Paid DPD £32(doubt I'll see a refund) Parcelforce are £44. I know who I'll use next time, I can get over the money quicker than all the unprofessional lies and mess around. You're welcome. Rant over. Jonathan, Cornwall

A DPD van drove straight into my car its reg was: YE20FJU on 20/01/2022 at 8.30am on the Orwell Bridge Suffolk. I have two young children who I had just dropped off at school. The van did not stop to see if I was ok, it just drove on. I then rang dpd and it wasn't until I called a second time that they have made a case. I have still not been called back by anyone at DPD. I was very almost killed by one of your employees and you do not even bother to call me up. The police are on the case thankfully and especially lucky I have some very kind witnesses.

Three times now in 3 months I've been in at the specified time and then get a text saying, " we couldn't deliver your parcel" with a photo to show they've been. Not my house, and not only that it's been a different house on the picture every time. They literally don't even attempt to deliver, I presume to make up time on their delivery round. Absolute joke of a company. Complaining here in the hope that big companies like Apple etc will stop using them!

They do NOT even attempt to deliver! They do not ring the bell and just send you the email to go to some horrible chaotic shop to pick your parcel up, even if it’s really heavy. It’s happened so many times, I’m convinced it’s basically what they do. And it’s only with DPD that it happens. All the other delivery agencies I’ve ever known do actually try to do their job! DPD is the WORST!

Complete joke of a delivery company! They simply turn up somewhere near my house? Take a photo and leave. I call for them to try again and they do the same thing! Then they send my package back to sender! I’m still without a package and DPD don’t care!!

Worst delivery company ever. I paid for next day delivery of my parcel, which we needed in order to take a flight later in the week. It was scheduled to arrive 2 days later. Me and my whole family were at home the entire afternoon and at the time specified by DPD when it would be delivered( between 16:44 and 17:45). Not only was it not delivered in time, causing us to loose both flights and trains, the driver didn’t even attempt to deliver the parcel. No doorbell was rung, no chap on the door, window, nothing. Considering all the lights were on in the house and the outdoor light, and there is a gravel path alerting us to every vehicle coming from over 100m away, we are all certain the driver didn’t even attempt to deliver the parcel. I then received an email 15 minutes after the scheduled delivery time was up, that the delivery driver couldn’t deliver the parcel because ‘nobody could sign for it’ when it EXPLICITY says on the dpd website ‘ no need to be in, we will take a photo and send it to you as evidence that we delivered your parcel’. I then phoned customer service who informed me they were incapable of phoning the driver and getting him to turn around ( He would still be in the area if he attempted to deliver the parcel and sent an email saying he was unsuccessful 15 minutes later). This cost me £64 worth in phone bills for DPD, a delivery company, to tell me they were incapable of delivering a parcel. Overall DPD's incompetence cost me >£300 worth in delivery charge, lost flights, trains, and phone bills

Worst delivery service ever. Four days since parcel was collected in Shropshire, and it's still in Birmingham. And their website tracking service is awful. When you enter tracking number, it says 'Good news, your parcel is on it's way to you' and then you have to click further just to see the progress - I mean lack of progress as it's not been updated for four days. Wish businesses would collect delivery feedback better and hold these delivery companies that keep failing to deliver accountable. This has been my experience consistently with DPD.

Same complaint as most of these other reviews. Waiting for my parcel to arrive in the allotted time when by chance looked at the tracking. It had been delivered to a "neighbour" I certainly didn't know them or the house. Fortunately I found it and the lady said she told the driver where to go. He said he had looked but couldn't find it!!! I certainly didn't see a DPD van. I have to say they have delivered here before without problem. I guess some of the drivers are very good some don't care.

Yet again “Sorry we missed you”, I’m at work, which is why I always tick the “deliver to a neighbour” option. Just phoned both neighbours, they’ve been in all day. So now, for the third out of four DPD deliveries, I’ve got to go and pick my parcel up. Rapidly sinking beneath even the Royal Mail this outfit. Shockingly bad.

Horrible expierence! Next time if i see driver like that i gonna knock him out!!! My parcel was 10 stops away, after 3 minutes i got notification that my parcel has been delivered with random photo outside on the public road!!!! I run downstairs from my Flat and my parcel was GONE in minutes!!! Driver took it for himself or hes so dumb that he didnt look after Flat doors or bell, dropped on the ground marked as claimed by ME which is lie, and someone took it. Website clearly says that, driver gonna make photo of him handling parcel to person with door open in half!!! But he dropped my parcel just outside nearby other revenues etc, on public road!!! And marked as accepted by me!!!! Double money loss, for expensive service! DPD made my day, deleted app. And also i had additional info added on the app where i cleary stated : Please ring to my Flat "Number", or knock the door, and being thankfull. But yeah this driver, didint put effort to look after door!!! Thief himself for sure. Kudos to Euardo driver! 15th January 11:38.

DPD driver never buzzed or attempted to call, so I was marked as "not in" even though I was, and the parcel was directed to a pick up shop. 5 miles away. In London. Where there are DPD shops every 5 metres. And apparently it's impossible to redirect it once it's been marked for delivery to a pick up shop. So yeah thanks DPD for making my life much harder than it needs to be, once again.

Took a day off work to take a delivery booked with DPD. Ivan, the driver due, did not call at the house and I doubt was even in the village when we received an email to say he'd tried to deliver. A Company that lie's. No contact tel numbers to call anyone. Appalling service.
