The driver miss read the address and the block of flats I live in which is sign posted on a big white sign directly opposite the address he delivered to ?. and then after dpd confirming that and saying they would ring me , they then picked the parcel up , but instead returned it to the sender. I phoned them and was told by them , they said to late it has now gone back to the sender, communication non existent . .

Driver did not deliver to the correct address...recipient was in and waiting but I had a text message saying no one was in! They either tried the wrong doorbell or didn't wait long enough for someone to answer the door. Could do better!!!!!

Missed a delivery on one day, received a note with calling card number on. Stayed in the next day (2 of us) and saw that another calling card had been dropped through the door. I did think that maybe the door bell just didn't work on the second delivery but am pretty certain the great big brass door knocker in the middle of the door works! Once I found a customer service number, computer just stated 'no' I could rebook as this had to be done through the seller, I couldn't have it delivered to a collection centre as the seller had not set that up, basically, they were as much use as a chocolate fire guard. This is not the first time issues with DPD have been had. I have caught DPD delivery drivers posting the calling card through the door without having even knocked on the door. When challenged, they said they thought no one was in. Ringing the doorbell of knocking on the door might help. A truly shambolic delivery service with totally lack lustre drivers who really don't care. Would strongly recommend that all companies boycott DPD as will only result in lots of customer complaints when deliveries are not made. Useless does not even begin to describe this so called delivery service!

DPD driver Lewis stole my Chain Saw! A collection was arranged by Trade Counter Direct to pick up a faulty Stanley Chain Saw from my house, TCD would arrange for the return label as they had done the previous week when the first faulty Chain Saw was picked up with no issues by driver Lee on 25th Feb. On 7th March driver Lewis duly turned up at the allocated time resplendent in DPD uniform and nice new DPD van, I asked him if he had the return label from TCD and he said no but he would return the parcel to the local depot and it would get sorted out (stolen)! With hindsight I should have asked for some receipt but I thought that this being a well-known, professional courier company, not known for stealing goods, it would be safe with them. A few days later I got a text from DPD saying the parcel would be collected the next day? Next day driver Kevin turned up and I explained to him that the parcel had already been picked up, this did not surprise him unduly. I contacted DPD who carried out a thorough investigation! (probably checked on EBay to see the 2nd hand prices for Stanley chainsaws) and concluded that the parcel was never collected on the 7th March. Somebody is lying, me or DPD? I’m £120 down and DPD! Well, their reputation just gets better and better especially for their new department “Stolen Goods R Us”.

I’ve never had any problems with DPD. No delivery issues, always up to date and on time with my DPD phone App showing exactly where the courier is, unlike the horrors of Hermes!!

One delivery was left at my neighbors house until he complained it had been 10 days and why had I not picked it up. DPD WERE SO STUPID THEY DIDNT EVEN LEAVE A NOTE FOR ME!!! 2ndly they didn’t even bother to deliver to my home. I contacted the supplier a week later he told me they had left it at Morrison’s as I wasn’t home. They hadn’t been nor had they left a card. Why didn’t they just leave it in the motorway 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

The driver I believe never went to deliver. The photo he sent me was some other place and not the address he was supposed to deliver. The denied their mistake and refuse to tell the driver to go back and deliver. They just sent an email they did not find anyone.... note that the delivery address was a hotel which makes it IMPOSSIBLE not to find someone!!!! Their drivers just never go anywhere. They get paid to do nothing. The worst courier company worldwide. DONT USE THEM!!! THEY ARE FRAUDS!!

Every single time I have a DPD delivery they say the delivery slot window but they NEVER attempt delivery and then I get a message to say that it has been dropped off at the depot. Once it even got returned to the sender! Truly terrible service!!

The drivers for dpd are liars and frauds that just want to be paid for doing nothing. Every time they are supposed to deliver to my house I take a day off work to make sure I am home to accept the delivery yet EVERY SINGLE TIME they send me a message that says "Nobody was home". Even when I have called to complain, the people on the phone at the local depot are rude, obnoxious, dismissive and are not helpful at all. Absolutely rubbish couriers and I advise anyone and everyone against using their service, EVER. 0 stars in every aspect. I quite literally hate it when i'm told that dpd will be delivering anything to me because it is ALWAYS more trouble and stress than their whole company is worth

I have just underwent a Radical prostate cancer operation, I ordered some much needed incontinence pads from online. The delivery was supposed to be between 10:22-11:22. To my amazement the driver did not ring the doorbell but I heard the doorknob twice. Within thirty seconds the delivery driver Eu Sarl Brs1 was gone and nowhere to be found, I was still holding front door when message came saying sorry we missed you. I was so angry rang Ddp unsympathetic customer service who categorically told me that, because the driver do not get the normal salary, their payments depends on the number of parcels delivered. This statement made me more angry. I asked the lady if dpd only concern about profits than customers satisfaction. I told her that I presently housebound and it is extremely difficult for me to travel that far to nominated store and moreover I needed those items urgently. She did not show any form of empathy towards me nor any assistance. All she said was I should contact the seller or I should reorder. I was shocked when she told me that dpd do not have any sort of mechanism in place for her to assist me, she also emphasised that, they are not going to re delivered
