I can't stress how much this company… I can't stress how much this company delivers my parcels to other addresses. Every other company doesn't have an issue oy DPD drivers. It took me 4 days walking around my area trying to find it which it ended uo bring delivered to a car garage. No where on the address label did it state the name of the garage, plus it was even on my road. Can these drivers read plain English? I am not to sure, or they just can't be asked and deliver there paecles to anyone to save time on there end. From now on whenever I place orders I will double make sure who they use. Waste of space of a company and extremely unreliable

Failed to pick up item on June 3rd, still waiting! Now they have been SO bad in collecting deliveries that the supplier has stopped using them and us having to start all over again with another delivery firm

One star is being generous. Received tracking information saying driver had attempted delivery day 1 and day 2 - false information submitted by DPD, driver has not attempted the delivery and taken ramdom picture day 1 and picture of dashboard day 2. Spoke to customer services and delivery upgraded for AM delivery day 4, again this did not happen. Now Day 5 and spoken to customer service again only to be told my item was being returned to sender. No apology or explanation, just wanted me off the phone. I appricate delays can happen time to time, however DPD are being paid for a service and making no attempt to even attempt the deliveries and returning orders without notification. Extremely poor service.

Kept getting texts saying they had tried to deliver but I have a camera and nobody had tried to deliver at all. No calling cards... This went on for over a week...

Was out, said to leave at back gate, but the lobbed it over the gate , parcel landed on top of wet dustbin! Requested a call, animated call came to my number for some one called HUGHES......not me!!!! Shambles as usual

They are delaying my delivery for unknown reasons. They simply cannot explain why my package just sits in their warehouse for 4 days, and the courier is not picking it up for delivery.

Delivery man didn't call me nor knock on the door as I was at home whole day..he just sent me email saying they miss the parcel and will the parcet to the pickup shop and gave me the address which was in Heather park drive Wembley..n that address was 30 mins far n when I went there shopper keeper told me that parcel is not there in their store as no delivery man gave them the parcel...n when I called customer service they just told us that delivery man kept the parcel on some other pickup shop that is in eastlane harrow..but they didn't even update us or the called us saying the pickup address is changed..on top they are saying if you'll don't want to collect then the parcel will go back to the owner n you can call them.. Dpd is the worst courier service..

Unfortunately!! Unfortunately, we couldn't receive our 14 packages that we wanted to be transported from England to Germany 6 months ago. Even though we had all kinds of communication, no one helped us in this regard. Complete disappointment. These packages of my children's childhood memories disappeared and they were told there was nothing they could do in response.I want to warn you as a consumer. I definitely do not recommend this company. Even though the people in the customer service service they set up just to keep you entertained, they gave the same dysfunctional feedback. As a result, all our belongings are lost!!

Hi there This is ridiculous The dpd driver couldn't find my address how's that possible He called me & I told him its back the building and after even that I told him to wait as I was coming out from my house but he didn't wait top up that I am calling him to ask where is he , dpd driver was not answering my call. The parcel was very important to me to get it today it was soo needy.. This is completely fault of driver, this is his job to deliver tha parcel on time to customer & for that he is getting paid.

Unfortunately I had to pop out to pick my son up from college in the hour my parcel was due for delivery. I left a note on the door explaining why I wasn’t in and to leave it with the neighbour opposite. The driver clearly didn’t know we had a video doorbell, he approached the door dropped the parcel on the step and kicked it. He then read the note, said “nope”, took a photograph and said “no one’s going to move that, delivered successfully”. A very unprofessional attitude and I will be reporting it to the sender, who hopefully will use another company in future.

The delivery driver call Ian from Snetterton is a liar and I can prove it. He claims to have visited my business premises on Saturday "but missed me", just to prove he never called, I've checked my CCTV and guess what , he never turned up. What a garbage company. I won't be using them to send our mail orders out and they are a bad reflection on the companies that use them. Today I went in on my day off as I got a txt saying it would be delivered today between 16:57-17:57 so I kept my shop open and stood outside, at 17.53 I get a txt saying " sorry we missed you " again, only problem is they never turned up to miss me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You cannot make this garbage up. If you want to earn a bad business reputation, use this company for your deliveries .

The customer service was absolutely appalling as well as my experience on the app. My driver was supposed to deliver on Wednesday and instead they came to the area but to the wrong address. I understand that the area can be confusing as it is student accommodation but the part that angered me was that they first, came over an hour earlier than they said they were going to at 7:50am when I was asleep and my phone was on do not disturb because I was asleep. The driver called once and it went straight to voicemail as do not disturb is on - most people know if you call twice then the call would go through the second time and it would’ve woke me up but he did not try to do this. As well as this the driver said he left a calling card which I found to be strange as he didn’t even end up finding my address. I requested the photo that the delivery driver sent to the company that I ordered from and it was of a different building so I thought maybe the calling card was left in this building I walked outside to go over to the building and I found the calling card just on the floor nowhere near the building that the picture was of. Due to how the picture was taken and the location of the calling card I believe the driver never left the van I just threw the calling code on the floor. Tried to call customer service multiple times and they’ve been very useless and this has been a stressful experience. Furthermore, only part of my package was delivered and the rest was not with the driver and is apparently going to a pickup shop? horrible

I was home all day waiting for my delivery from DPD only to receive a sorry I miss you text. The delivery driver took a picture of my house but failed to ring the door bell. Exactly what is the point of this if you're not going to ring the bell. I find this behaviour very unprofessional and quite annoying. It is going to be very hard to get my delivery now because of work commitments.

I live in an apartment almost in the center of the Munich. I was waiting in my home and had an eye on the tracking service to see when they will arrive. However, it just froze while they were 4 stops away. My doorbell doesn't work, so after all they just left without leaving the package. The other day I chose the "Abstell-Okay" to leave the package in front of the door and go. But guess what, they didn't. The tracker froze again and they just left. I tried the option "Nachbar wählen" and chose my girlfriend's home which is literaly 3 minutes away on foot, and it said that is to far away and it's not possible. I tried the option "Paketshop wählen" and I'm not able to select anything, while I'm living almost in the center of the Munich. I'd also like to add that I never had any problem with any other shipment company. All the others just leave the package in my maibox without the slightest problem. So here is my message to the friends responsible for the mess that is called DPD: If you can't do this job, go do something else in your life!

DPD used to be the best out there, then around a year or so ago they changed the way they deliver, we order from 3 wholesalers and get next day delivery from all off them, if one off the wholesalers sent us 4 boxes, these would turn up obviously at the same time, and if another wholesaler sends us 2 boxes, again we would get these 2 boxes at the same time, now we are getting 3/4/5/6/7 deliveries a day sometimes minutes after each other on different vans or not at all, we are regularly getting part deliveries, and 3 out off the 4 boxes for example, the other box may turn up the same day, if not the next day if we are lucky, its impossible to work like this as when they deliver the first segment off the delivery the tracking states delivered, but we still have not got the completed order, and don't know when its coming or if its lost, what has happened to DPD's system, it used to work, now look at all this terrible feedback you have, take note!

Same abysmal service as all the recent reviewers. The drivers are lying when they say they have missed you, according to the online tracking they came nowhere near my property. Waited in for 2 days and 2 time slots. Third day parcel sat in the depot and today informed that it's being returned to the seller. Appalling!!!!!

Exactly the same experience as everyone else. Waited at home for a phone to be delivered at time slot. Whilst waiting I received a text to say sorry we missed you. Ran outside - no one there. Wtf........ Why do phone companies continue to employ these charlatans ? Also completely impossible to make contact with them
