Wish I could leave a minus score. DPD could do with taking some lessons from Evri! I waited 3 days for a delivery, to be told no one was in, or no access - unfortunately I was in as I had covid. Absolute idiots who can’t be bothered to follow directions, look for a property and maybe as it was such a nice day the driver decided to have a break somewhere instead.

If I could will do 0 stars If I could will do 0 stars , returned parcel was stolen in dunstable dpd center, ofcourse dpd saying misplaced or not scaned , how come parcel was misplaced without scanning? Very bad customer service I have send a lot of emails nobody replied, a lot phone calls been made nobody bothering to explain situation and help , dpd done investigation 6 working days passed already and still don't know anything. Very disappointed

Drivers don't bother to look for correct house name then report unable to deliver.All my parcels clearly addressed with house name,road and postcode so why do I have problems.I have decided not to deal with companies that use DPD,

Delivery hasn't turned up, call staff were rude liars who hung up half way through the call. Such terrible service DO NOT USE!!!!

Good afternoon. I. Expected delivery today between 1 to 2 await at home but no. One come. To. My house after drivers say missing me and he ad blank pictures playing with customer I call. Customer service and told. Me brakin depot going to call. Me. All. Lies to. Me. I pay them money every day but still playing game with customer and no one care I asked them. To speak with manager and say to. Me some. One going to call. U time wasting with. My money bad service.

If there was 0 or minus, I would have chosen that, as my score to this company which they do not care about customers. There is nothing as if you need to make complaints or need help apart from a phone number which is chargeable and based in Capetown in South Africa, it is a remote business through drivers and local shops in the UK I believe. My parcel was booked for collection from my house, once it booked all dimensions and weight was completely stated in booking, however the driver refuse to take it as he said it is big and he does not have space in his van. He promised that he will come back later around 2 PM to pick it up and did not come back. I rang and spoke to DPD and DPD local which both numbers were same and they told me you have to re-book again. The driver comment was that my parcel was not ready to be picked up which is not true. I wanted to drop it off to their shop and the shop owner refused to accept it and told me he will be having issue with the driver in the morning as he knew they will refused this item is heavier than 15 KG. Bear in mind all the details was entered in the booking process. it is a no man land when it comes to failure and you can not find someone to help you in the situ.

Absolutely shocking service, tell me, what's the point of a one hour time slot, if the parcel hasnt even left the depot after the time slot has ended? really? yet again, another day wasted ,waiting for your incompetent, shoddy service.

I was exepcting my pacel at home, nobody turned and then I recieved a mesage that the driver missed me when he did not even came! The picture on their address is wrong

What a waste of time (& money) these guys are.. wasted a whole day expecting a parcel. When I called they gave some BS excuse. Will have to waste another day now.. & if they mess about again then Im just going to cancel my order and not bother buying from SAMSUNG again. Why the hell does SAMSUNG (or anyone) use this abysmal company???

Didn't even try to deliver. I was home all day plus I had a leave safe noticed on door. Next thing I know I get a text telling me I need to pick up my parcel from somewhere that's hour and half drive away. So I rang up to complain, the lady assured me that it will be out next day for delivery. She lied. Thanks for nothing dpd. I paid for your service to make my life easier, NOT to make it harder.

Worst Company in Uk Delivery driver delivered to wrong address occupant caught driver gave directions to my house he didn’t bother to follow them took back to depot, Phoned depot told would be delivered next day driver did not bother again took back to depot again Phoned depot again told driver would return same day didn’t happen phoned depot again told parcel sent back to sender in USA Specific instructions of address given on parcel and given over phone we are difficult to find but driver did not follow them (obviously does not read instructions on parcel ) Before returning to sender DPD should have bothered to contact me As email and telephone number available as all on their app All other delivery companies manage to find us

NEVER USE DPD I have purchased DJI mini 3 pro from DRONE DIRECT (Order Number 43552946), but the box, delivered by DPD (Parcel No. 1550 4674 002 929 Z), arrived empty! So the drone was stolen. I reported the case to customer support. After 10 days of back and forth, I was told that it is only my problem and they cannot help. I also have contacted DPD, they wished me luck. It is not the only case that is on the internet when a box arrived empty --- google "dpd box arrived empty".

Two timed deliveries mussed. No tracking available. Part of delivery missing after 6 hours after timed delivery. No way to contact dpd. Dpd driver could not speak English just nodded and walked away. Absolutely pispotical. Dpd App doesnwork. Useless . Very annoyed as had made important plans based on dpds promised delivery time. No complaints process even though dpd website says there is , just try using it. Phone is a 10 minute wait if you can find their number.

Ddp drivers are highly dominating & abusive. I was called an idiot by one of their drivers who didn’t even deliver my parcel! The driver who delivered was not ready to listen to a simple request of leaving the parcel in the porch via ringo! And all he had to do was take a picture of the porch and leave ! They don’t even deserve one star!

Had the immense displeasure of using DPD 3 times for my own packages going outbound and a few coming in, every one of the 3 sent items were mysteriously lost (all were hand made, bespoke items carved from wood and burned on, 15+ hours work per item) and I honestly don't remember them delivering a package on time to me if at all. Today they were supposed to deliver a package to me (a phone I had repaired) between 12:30 and 1:30pm, I waited in the house with a friend and our dog for almost the full hour when I got a message saying "Sorry, we missed you!". Nobody in the house heard the door we were sat 6ft from, not even the dog who goes absolutely MENTAL the second someone gets within 3ft of the house, so there's absolutely no way "Andis" knocked on the door. Phoned them to find out what they are playing at and got told "Oooh, I'm sooo sorry! That's sooo baaaad! We will speak to the driver when they get back and deliver the package on Monday." No way of making the driver get their lazy backside back to do their damn job, just wait until Monday and do without the phone you were supposed to get today but we couldn't be bothered to deliver. I even asked them why they didn't just give me a quick call since they have my number, their response? "Our drivers use their personal phones so some of them don't do that". Well maybe provide them with a work system that allows them to quickly call the customer as they arrive like other companies do then? Not hard to use common sense is it? DPD are, quite comfortably, the worst delivery company in the UK. I would rather use Hermes and I once saw one of their trucks almost tip trying to do a U-turn on a mini island, a company who's drivers aren't smart enough to realise they can't turn an articulated lorry around a mini island are better deliverymen than DPD, think about that for a minute. You've either got to be exceptionally bad at your job or willfully providing as poor a service as possible to be that bad.

Absolutely useless once again! I never shop with companies that use DPD for delivery as they are totally incompetent to deliver on time, but this company didn't specify who they used for delivery now I know I will never shop with them again and I will be sure to tell them why!
