“Absolutely s***** avoid! ordered my new phone paid extra for time slot between 8 and 12 not arrived to then be told I have to wait longer even tho I've says I can't be in after 12 cause I need to go out! But told I'll miss my order........”

“I have been waiting for a parcel to come to the UK from the Netherlands since 2nd April 2022. It is now 28th of May and the said parcel is still in transit apparently. It was supposed to have arrived at Oldbury in April. Tracking just says on the way to depot or in transit. Is this depot on Mars!!! No reply when I raised this with DPD and the seller isnt getting anywhere either. An absolute shambles. The worst courier Ive ever encountered.”

“Not even worth one star. Two parcels went missing this week alone. Drivers do not even ring the door bell. I work from home and so am in all day. Never use this company. Total shambles.”

“I own a shop in town centre I was waiting around day before for my customers orders till 8pm Then they sent me a photo of a road in middle no where saying I won't in. The driver came next day with only one my parcels I asked where he was yesterday he made excuse one the other drivers usinig his profile and called me a cheeky F##ker.. I'm still waiting for my second parcel. Used dpd for 3 years now they going down hill. I have put in a complaint which they were helpful on the phone.”

“A picture was taken of my door, a card left to say a delivery attempt was made. No one knocked. All I saw was someone rushing away as I tried to open the door. They certainly didn't have my parcel with them because it was 30kgs of wood pellets and they definitely wouldn't be rushing anywhere with that.”

“I had 2 parcels due to be picked up, so have been waiting since 8am for the driver to arrive (as the message initially said 8am-7pm pick up and the text letting me know an hour slot only arrived at 10am), so was a little confused by a text telling me that my driver was unable to collect my parcels. On checking the front door there was a card stating the same, but no knock on the door, no ringing of the bell, nothing. How DPD expect someone to know that they are here for the parcels if they don't knock? It got even better when I phoned (as on their card) to rebook. The first time I called I was cutoff halfway through the call. The second time the person on the phone was abrupt, rude and completely unhelpful. Needless to say I won't be using them again as this isn't the first time that I have had problems with DPD. We'll see if they are able to use a doorknocker or doorbell when (if) they arrive for the rebooked pick up.”

“I simply cannot believe how bad the service from DPD has been. My phone from EE was due on Monday 16th May. It was sent to the incorrect address, sent back and resent. It was supposed to arrive yesterday 21st May, but still no sign and no communication from DPD. I called up to complain, and was told there was nobody to take a complaint... I cannot understand why EE use them for deliveries. Terrible service and STILL NO PHONE!!!!”

“Absolutely awful service. DPD said I was not home at the scheduled delivery time. This is totally untrue. Indeed, I was sitting waiting behind a glass door for the delivery for an hour. There was no attempt to deliver my package. Reviews indicate that this is not unusual for DPD. Such contempt for customers is completely unacceptable and I will not make a future purchase from any supplier that uses DPD.”

“What a joke of a company safe the planet by using less Co2 yip so true as you don't deliver to the correct address 6 months on and your office still has problem reading the address label close down your PPoor app and deliver to people's address I don't use your app I had it once after I had to claim against seller for using you and your useless company as per all my reviews regarding your company any supplier using DPD I will cancel order and buy else where”

“The worst delivery company in the uk!!! the drivers are not coming at home but they say that the have missed you uploading random pictures pretending that is your house!! I was tracking the driver on the map and when I have received the email that he has missed me he was in a completely different zone!! that is the second time already shame on you!!!”

“Financial Conduct Authority is using this awful service to collect out of service laptops. This is the second day in a row they haven't bothered to turn up at all despite texts received confirming they will 'deliver' (ie. make a collection) within a certain hour. You then receive a condescending text saying "sorry we missed you, your driver won't be back today". No DPD, your imaginary driver never showed up and DPD being an incompetent business will not admit that fact. RUBBISH. This has wasted too much of my time already. Text links to rearrange don't work and no chance trying to contact a human.”

“Used DPD several times but always as a sender . Zero issues. This time as a receiver and was honestly worried after reading the reviews . However I encountered zero problems. Maybe I'm the exception. Delivered on time ( next day delivery ) and the drivers have always been polite.”

“I’m still waiting for my package to arrive. So the driver has been in the last stop for the last hour and half approaching the second hour . Bear in mind I’m getting a food delivery. I bet you money he is either gone to the pub or decided to have a long extended break since why not , I feel DPD doesn’t care at all . There is no point contacting customer services they are the worst in the world .”
