After night shift I've waited for the Dpd driver to come with my eyes on the phone, i was delivery number 10 when the map was showing 9 from 10 i received a message that my parcel will be delivered on Monday because i didn't respond at door. Maybe you can buy them some phones to call before leaving you without a parcel that you are waiting for weeks.

I took a day off to receive a parcel, nobody called my intercom or my mobile number which I left when I made a purchase. The email I got asked me to download the app to track my parcel, I downloaded and signed up to DPD app and it keeps saying that the internet connection is slower than usual please wait and then it crashes. What the hell!! My phone is Google Pixel XL 2 so its not like I am running an ancient phone. I tried to call the office number 0121 275 0500 and all I got was an automated service. Is there a real life human being I can talk to? This service (or lack of) is appalling!! I cannot believe I got charged for this delivery. What the hell am I paying for?

I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. The WORST customer service experience ever. No one willing to help me. They have just dropped out of online chat THREE different times because they couldn't be bothered to deal with my request. My parcel was meant to arrive on Wednesday. They keep sending me texts saying thanks for pushing your delivery back a day. I DIDN'T YOU MORONS! It was you because you are totally incompetent. Now they are going to try and deliver it tomorrow when I will be on holiday. They refused to let me speak to someone senior on the phone. This company deserves to go bust.

Made.com as a company were informative and a good company to deal with. I Am rating DPD and NOT Made.com. DPD who courier for them were and are absolutely useless. I am still waiting for a return email or telephone call. Have yet to receive my made.com item. DPD are a poor excuse for a company. DPD really are a let down to Made.com. I have yet to receive my delivery which means I cannot answer the below questions.

Parcel arrived broken even if it said " Fragile" on the box. I hoped the items where ok inside but 2 of them were smashed and other 7 damaged. It has been a really bad delivery ( not the first bad one with DPD)

After almost one months of quering regarding my parcel dpd have decided to assume that they lost my parcel. Awaiting to hear from the sender what will happen next. Will never use that company ever again, they are unable to do they job properly and don’t take responsibility for it.

The worse delivery experience and customer service afterwards. The driver Quinton could not find my house which is on the main road with Google search showing it exactly where is is, so after calling customer service they send message to go back and deliver the item so he just marked then that no one is at home and card left- when he never bothered to even come to the address. Phoned customer service fuming that the person marked that he came and I was not at home so they phoned him and left voicemail to go and deliver item so I waited whole day at home, nothing happened -I was offered to come and pick up item from depot. Again spoke with customer service next day, now the item with the delivery person and I should wait for slot they not even bothering apologise, the person on the phoned sounded proper not caring and not giving any acknowledgment that I am waiting for parcel second day and they said that they not going to upgrade it to deliver at least first thing in the morning although is entirely their fault. Don't use the company, they only care to take money for deliveries and delivery side it's not really what they care.

Horrible driver, arrogant little so-and-so. Practically threw my parcel at me. I'll never use or recommend DPD to anyone.

Another cock up by DPD losing a parcel that turns out to be delivered to the wrong address and they cannot or will not retrieve it!!! DPD are just the dregs - so unreliable and a completely broken 'service'. When things go wrong their Customer Services has to be thew worst ever - if you can get through ! They are condescending, ignorant and rude to their customers. They lie and are totally inconsistent in their answers. They seem unwilling or unable to help. In short DPD are absolutely useless - AVOID

Terrible! Lied about missed delivery even though I was home. Took a picture of a door that doesn’t belong to my building and then DPD were magically unable to contact the driver all day and get him to return! Usually delivery service. I advise all suppliers to use other delivery services to send their goods.

I only gave DPD a very good score thanks to their Romanian driver Katalin who was of immense help. He agreed to take our parcels after the Barnstaple drop off point (PC World) refused due to the number of parcels (7). They said a DPD pick-up driver is not going to take this many as they won't have room in the van! We had paid the fee online and prepared the parcels according to their acceptable sizes and weight and also spoke to the DPD online chat service to make sure we were doing everything right and no one mentioned to us that there is limit on how many parcels can be dropped off, appalling service! We left the PC World in despair as we were leaving the country the next day and could not use the DPD service we had paid for. We then spotted a DPD van which stopped in the street and run to talk to the driver. He agreed to take our parcels then and there. I can't tell you enough what a relief it was! He was so helpful! Thank you Katalin, you were great!

DPD Screw up again with lies regarding my parcel which was attempted to be delivered - TO THE WRONG ADDRESS ! and after chasing this up I eventually found it was not one the van and had never left the depot...Further chasing and it seems that the parcel has now been sent back to sender !!! I tried to follow a complaint through to customer services and after a 35 minute wait to get through just received total indifference to my complaint and said there was nothing that they could do. I asked to be put through to Sinead Crooke but was told that they did not know who she was !! When I told them they said that they could not give me a number and then hung up on me - disgusting and I will never use DPD again or use any supplier who uses them.

DPD Customer Service must be flat out as you can never get through in less than 40 mins in my experience. Just shows the state of this unreliable and shambolic business. When you do eventually get through you soon realise that they are not there to help you at all. They are absolutely useless and don't even seem to be listening to you judging from how many times you have to repeat yourself. If in frustration you can get through to a supervisor you will soon realise that this 'service' is just rotten to the core. The supervisors are the worst and are very abusive and confrontational....absolute disgrace and DPD are to be avoided !

I presume this is a kind of the PDP strategy to deliver parcel during the school drop-off and pick-up times when their customers are highly likely are out of home? Or let me guess, delivery driver is paid for mileage so the do not care about delivery at all?
