Worst job ever. As delivery driver joining them I paid £1400 and then after I had a horrible experience and I left within a month after being asked to pay a Ridiculous amount of for stretches on the van and now after 6 months they sent me a letter to say I owe them money. I got nothing back when I left. Know I am left with a debt to pay off the bank and a letter to court that I owe them money. Don’t work for DPD, it not wealth it.

I always thought DPD were meant to be one of the more reputable delivery companies. Last week my new phone was due to arrive via DPD. I was in for the expected delivery time. The flat buzzer did not ring once and I received an email saying I had been missed. Looking at the photo of the parcel, I went out into the communal hall and bumped into the DPD driver who was going down the stairs. I asked him if he had a parcel for me (provided my details) and he said no. I went upstairs to my neighbours flat and my parcel was sat outside the door! Yesterday I had a parcel due for delivery by DPD. Yet again I was in during the delivery time and got another email stating that I had been missed, despite the buzzer not ringing once (the buzzer is in perfect working order). I received an email stating that my parcel has been taken to a DPD depot 5 miles away from my home! This is supposedly part of a co2 emissions cutting program. I do not have a car so So I will have to get someone to drive me to get the parcel yet dpd delivery vans are in my area every day? I contacted dpd and they said they would let the manager know, but they would not reschedule my parcel. Shocking service

Had a new phone delivered… I appreciate through Covid no physical contact…. But with a brand-new phone I do not expect a delivery driver to throw the item down onto a concrete floor especially when the item is not packed stuffed as well as it should be…. They were told it what is the phone and then he threw it down to take a picture. They will be the 1st to complain if it was their item that was thrown. Not acceptable from delivery drivers they need to have a little bit of care when delivering their items.

Worst services ever, customer care doesn't have the manners to talk to people. I was told that the parcel shall be delivered in a particular time slot. As soon as the time came, I got a Message-Driver unable to locate, though I could see him zipping past my road. Don't know they use GPS to track or not. I call customer care and they say to avoid DRAMA. Do your people have any sense? Crappiest services ever. I guess you can get people lessons in hospitality before employing them.

The worst. Once my parcel was left right at the entrance of the building, the other time it was written that I’ve received a parcel, however I have not. Left two inquiries, no reply whatsoever

On 28th September 2021 , I dropped of a 10kg cardboard box at a DPD pick up point. It was addressed to a man in Hurghada, Egypt. I had Put his address inside an "Documents Enclosed" adhesive transparent envelope and this was placed on the package. I also did the same with the Parcel Hero label with the tracking number etc. As I was concerned about the package, which cost me a little over £100 to send and the value of the contents being over £250, I managed to track the item down to Norsk Global, 2 Willow road, Slough, which had the package in transit. I still hadn't heard anything, but eventually found out that the package had been delivered to Hurghada Airport. You would have thought that with the details I put on the item, it would be easily identified, but no. From 10th October to 25th November, my friend has been unable to get anywhere with the authorities at Hurghada. It's either been stolen or tucked away somewhere at the Airport. I've written to Gary Bartoletti at Norsk Global asking him if he has any contacts at the airport and I supplied my friends phone number in order that a contact at the Airport could contact my friend. Bartelotti hasn't even had the decency to answer my query. I find this kind of service quite deplorable and I cannot think why anyone would want to use your firm for transporting freight. Nobody, and I mean absolutely nobody has been in touch with me. I have rang before and get passed from one company to the next, getting absolutely nowhere. Meanwhile I'm £350 out to pocket.

After worrying a little at the absence of updates on tracking, the delivery status was changed to "delivered", with a photo of my parcel outside a front door. Except that this was not my front door and it had been sent to the wrong address. The website delivery states explicitly that a photo will be taken with the door OPEN (to ensure it is the correct address, not just chucked outside). Even these basic instructions were not followed. When I politely followed this up with DPD, they replied the driver "might look into it, if they had time". The package was quite expensive and ordered with priority delivery. The driver did not follow this up at all, and the package was eventually delivered to me (kindly) by the householder of the wrong address, who had half-opened the packaging before realising the mistake. A nefarious individual would have withheld the parcel, and it's pretty likely DPD would have not cared at all or attempted to follow up their mistake/offer a refund. Extremely poor service.

Absolutely disgusted no message to tell us about the delivery and yet they left it outside in the pouring down rain and snow I am disgusted my brothers medical supplies that need to be kept sterilised have been ruined and unable to use so now wasted thousands of pounds thanks to dpd not telling us or anything about a delivery

Wrong address. No means of correcting it, just a non-repliable text saying we will deliver to the same wrong address tomorrow. Had to opt for collecting a parcel I've paid £7 for them to deliver

The worst company ever to be dealing with. Never received my parcels and later on I found out that they were damaged. I never received any refund as well. Poor communication and customer service. The drivers are also very harsh 😕 on those parcel.

I sent an expensive item next day delivery, leaving it at Sainsburys on Sunday to be collected Monday . It didn't arrive... My customer was upset and I was frantic. I then started a torturous dialogue with customer services trying to find my parcel. I was frantic but just told they were making enquiries..Next morning I was asked for details I had already supplied. I decided to go back to Sainsburys..(a 20 mile round trip) This was Wednesday.. It was there (thank goodness) and customer services said there were lots of parcels as dpd hadn't picked any up since the Saturday. I took my parcel back as I couldn't trust dpd any more and will use another courier... No apology or explanation.. I asked for and got a refund of the postage and insurance but nothing by way of apology.. I'm gobsmacked about the complete disregard of my complaint and that there has been no acknowledgement of the stress I and my customer experienced..

Shocking service, I've had multiple issues with DPD. For my first parcel the delivery driver said that I hadn't answered the door despite being in all day and no one knocking. Then for a separate package they sent a photograph of the outside of a neighbouring building and said that it's been delivered. I have no idea where my parcel is and after ringing up the customer service number they don't know which person they delivered it too and said I failed to pick up calls they never made. Unreal.

I took a leave to collect my parcel, the driver went to the wrong address. The next day they messaged me 30 minutes ago reaching my place during a working Tuesday at 12 noon. Now they are sending my parcel back. What a useless service

DPD driver didn't even knock! I was waiting for a very important package to be delivered and had arranged to stay at home for that specific delivery. I was in the living room which is right next to the front door, I heard someone come up to the door then leave and 5 minutes later I got a text message saying 'sorry we missed you'. There was no knock!! Absolutely disgraceful!

Missed the delivery as I was on the loo at the time the driver knocked. Okay with that. Not happy they are now delivering to a shop in town! Great, not, no option to rearrange the delivery.

Failed to deliver as agreed then sent false message saying item had been delivered. In reality, it hadn't but was being taken back to depot because the driver simply couldn't be bothered to do his job properly. You pay peanuts - what are you going to get? Hopeless outfit, why Amazon still put their reputation at risk by using this lot is beyond me!
