Terrible service first our package went to the wrong address not our house number when contacting Thetford branch we were told it would be delivered by 4:30 pm to address it then ended up at our local hughes store for us to collect the following day after a further two phone calls when we heard laughing in the background which we found very un helpful not impressive at all

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. These are an absolute joke. Paid for 24 hour delivery on Tuesday, got to wait until tomorrow Friday.

DPD claimed they tried to deliver my parcel today day but didn't even ring the bell or leave a calling card. I contacted the depot and they claimed the driver would definitely return to deliver today ...so I waited in until 5 p.m. .. no delivery took place , I have now informed Xiaomi of the disgusting lies from the oldbury depot. Lie after lie from the DPD depot and driver

2 parcels from Ipswich UK to Spain to my address which DHL have delivered to from the same origin many times. DPD managed to deliver one to an address in Norway! - The other parcel cannot be found. The DPD tracking system states - “Parcel 1 has left the UK and is on its way to Pain. Parcel 2 is held in Customs waiting further information.” Both status reports are complete rubbish of course. 17 days after the parcels left the UK and I’m still waiting…….

Yet again nothing short of appalling!! I have nothing but a headaches with this company, a simple delivery always turns into an issue. I've even asked my company NOT to use them to send anything to me because it's always drama. When training these drivers, please teach them how to ring a door bell and wait! Terrible....

Part of the consignment was delivered. I asked the driver (Iggi) where the rest was. He said it was the only piece. I asked how it was possible because the same product was delivered by DPD from the same supplier, 6 days ago. I asked who I should contact and he said he didn’t know. I asked how it was possible that he didn’t know who to refer me to. He then launched into a foray of f-bombs. I asked him to get off my property, at which stage he stalled the van, got out and approached me to “sort it out”. I called into my wife to call the police as I felt physically threatened. He stopped in his tracks under the threat of police intervention, got back in his van and shouted out the window that he would make sure that I would never receive a DPD parcel again - they would sit in the depot. I have escalated this to head office, who have had the depot just call me to say that they have received a report from the driver and that they do not appreciate me swearing at their driver. They are anything, if predictable at DPD, that’s for sure! I was also Informed by Shan that a manager “may” call me back to I think 24-48 hours! I’m not holding my breath to tell the truth of the matter! They are satisfied to stall this process at depot level, sweep it under the rug and proceed with 90+ % negative reviews.

Really bad and lazy service all around avoid like the plague Wouldn't even give them one star would give negatives if possible. Used this company 5 times (as forced to as a delivery option) and 4 of those 4 times was an absolute joke and disaster, not only did I receive lazy service (the parcel not even been attempted to be delivered or collected, instead a generic picture of my street) but i got nothing but a crappy bot repeating the same message when i tried to contact support. I'm not sorry, when three people (and a dog who loves to bark at the post man) all say no one has knocked or called at the house three times in a row, you just aren't even trying to deliver and pick up the parcels at this point. Pathetic. The only time I've ever got something on time was due to me literally getting it re ordered and standing at the window to make sure he came and I saw him coming with it. Edit: After contacting the company whom is to receive the parcel who organised the dpd collection (dpd customer services WOULDNT answer, shocking!) they organised another collection only for the exact same thing to happen. Me and another member of my family where painting in the hallway without any music just light chit chat, and the hallway is the same room connected to the front door, not once did we see someone come up to the front door never mind knock on it to collect the parcel, this is not an isolated incident. This single driver has done this three times, every time I have ordered from this company, said company will remain nameless as they have good customer service and I was forced to use them instead of dpds terrible non existent customer service.

Terrible service suppose to have a time slot when it left the depot This never happened a text was sent at 1407 to say it would be delivered between 14.15 and 15.15. At 14.51 gets a text saying sorry I missed you and a picture which was black. Thought this was strange as we was in and if we wasn't agreed for it to be left at neighbours. Complained and when they looked into it they agreed that it wasn't delivered and the driver would return. He never did no explanation. When rang to ask for an explanation they said they didn't know and it would be loaded on a van today. Again no explanation no time slot nothing. They didn't care at all

My wife heard the knock but unable to find the key. Opened the kitchen window right next to the door to be told he wasn't allowed to deliver it if its not through the door as he has to take a photo. This has happened before with the same driver. He has delivered it 5 miles away for us to drive down and pick it up at a Matalan store. The email I got with the QR code states tat "By delivering your parcel to your nearest DPD Pickup shop, we have saved CO2 meaning this is the best option for our planet". NO ITS NOT!!!! just do your job and deliver the parcel. Someone was in and could accept the delivery.

Lost my parcel - very upset - wish I'd gone to the post office - how do you lose a parcel 70cm by 30cm by 36cm when your job is to deliver parcels...of course when I try and contact them I'm just calling out to the void...don't use DPD

DPD promise to send you a delivery time slot on the day of delivery. It’s now 16:30 but no communication from DPD. Their tracking app tells me that the parcel is at a local depot. This is not a good experience DPD, you need to get your act together!

Honestly the worst postal service and customer service ever. Refused for other delivery options and the driver doesn't bother to attempt to deliver. Customer service are incapable of helping due to dpd policies? Rescheduling the delivery just made my suffering longer. I'd always opt to return to sender and use other postal service.

Absolute rubbish. One delivery agent changed their name due to bad reviews. You should do the same. Missed delivery that was due the day before. Received a text only minutes before delivery was due so missed it. A card was posted through the door explaining that it is now at my local post office due to dpd saving the planet. Ok so 1. you needed to take the parcel to the post office. 2. I needed to drive to said post office with the card where I was informed that I needed 2 forms of ID. Passport and Driving licence. I have no photo I’d driving licence and, luckily, my passport had not quit run out yet. Bus pass was not good enough. 3. I therefore needed to drive home and pick up my passport and back yet again. So you feeble excuse of saving the planet is making it worse just so that YOU are too lazy to drop off the next day as do ALL the other companies. You are on electric vehicles and passing my house every day. One star explains the uselessness and frustration of you , so called, delivery service. Next day was paid for and next day didn’t receive. This was not the day requested by me to the order company.. It’s no good receiving an order early if not going to be there to receive it. That’s why it was requested on the day it was. Less than poor I would say. If I wanted to pick up from a local store I wouldn’t have paid near on £7 for delivery.
