This is the worst delivery company ever. Two days later they are still telling me to wait for the package because they screwed up. We had something delivered for an event and it never made it time

My wife heard the knock but unable to find the key. Opened the kitchen window right next to the door to be told he wasn't allowed to deliver it if its not through the door as he has to take a photo. This has happened before with the same driver. He has delivered it 5 miles away for us to drive down and pick it up at a Matalan store. The email I got with the QR code states tat "By delivering your parcel to your nearest DPD Pickup shop, we have saved CO2 meaning this is the best option for our planet". NO ITS NOT!!!! just do your job and deliver the parcel. Someone was in and could accept the delivery.

Lost my parcel - very upset - wish I'd gone to the post office - how do you lose a parcel 70cm by 30cm by 36cm when your job is to deliver parcels...of course when I try and contact them I'm just calling out to the void...don't use DPD

So called missed delivery. House full of people and a dog. Photo taken outside of boundary but couldn't knock on a door? Have had several experiences with DPD like this. Just so frustrating and no response from anyone except a computer. Thanks for nowt DPD.

DPD promise to send you a delivery time slot on the day of delivery. It’s now 16:30 but no communication from DPD. Their tracking app tells me that the parcel is at a local depot. This is not a good experience DPD, you need to get your act together!

Absolute rubbish. Told that 1 hours slot 0949 -1049 , waited , got email at 1035 saying that they had missed me, tried their chat service, automated ,tried customer service, automated voice to arrange new delivery date, worst company I have ever dealt with. Nobody to contact, disgusting waste of space

Honestly the worst postal service and customer service ever. Refused for other delivery options and the driver doesn't bother to attempt to deliver. Customer service are incapable of helping due to dpd policies? Rescheduling the delivery just made my suffering longer. I'd always opt to return to sender and use other postal service.

Absolute rubbish. One delivery agent changed their name due to bad reviews. You should do the same. Missed delivery that was due the day before. Received a text only minutes before delivery was due so missed it. A card was posted through the door explaining that it is now at my local post office due to dpd saving the planet. Ok so 1. you needed to take the parcel to the post office. 2. I needed to drive to said post office with the card where I was informed that I needed 2 forms of ID. Passport and Driving licence. I have no photo I’d driving licence and, luckily, my passport had not quit run out yet. Bus pass was not good enough. 3. I therefore needed to drive home and pick up my passport and back yet again. So you feeble excuse of saving the planet is making it worse just so that YOU are too lazy to drop off the next day as do ALL the other companies. You are on electric vehicles and passing my house every day. One star explains the uselessness and frustration of you , so called, delivery service. Next day was paid for and next day didn’t receive. This was not the day requested by me to the order company.. It’s no good receiving an order early if not going to be there to receive it. That’s why it was requested on the day it was. Less than poor I would say. If I wanted to pick up from a local store I wouldn’t have paid near on £7 for delivery.

Never use again Parcel to drop off point on Tuesday for next day delivery still lying in shop on Thursday reason was given The scanner wasn’t syncing with dpd depot Went back and got my parcel On collection I was told parcels were being dropped off But driver refused to collect any parcels from the shop while he was there How many other people are wondering where their parcel is ???? Couldn’t guarantee the parcel would be collected today (Friday) if so it would be Monday before it was delivered to destination Charged for next day delivery That wasn’t going to be delivered until a week later Definitely will not use again !!!!!!!

I experienced bit not so good delivery services, but never had this type of worst and rude delivery drivers ever. I don’t know how they recruit people, but only I can say is they are thugs and dangerous. Today the person came actually threatened me for no reason, because I was a minute late to come to the ground floor from 3rd floor. Also shouted at me to hurry up to open the door. No patient at all. I was in a shock and just only gathered my words to say calm down, there is nothing to get panic here. He just shouted at me and said he was late and he was in a hurry. He didn’t even bother to listen to me. Is this called customer service? Pathetic. Shame on you DPD.

Thieving buggers. My partner ordered from Lego.com. The parcel was delivered while I was at home. My partner told me there was a parcel coming, but not who it was from. The parcel DPD delivered was not from Lego.com, it was from Herbalife Nutrition (their branding was all over the box and tape). There are 2 address labels on the box. On the original address label (for a shop 200 miles away from our address) the barcode has been covered by a strip of black tape to prevent it from scanning. The original delivery address is incomplete (there is a number missing from the postcode). The date on the label shows it has been sitting around in their depot for a week; apparently, they were unable to deliver it because of the incomplete postcode. The address label showing our address is has been unevenly stuck on the side of the box (the original address label was stuck very neatly on top); it is creased, and the edges are peeling. There is still a smaller, secondary sticker on the parcel relating to the original delivery address. Both address labels have the parcel weight, the weight on the label with our address is half the weight of the one on the original delivery address (which is also the correct weight). It seems pretty obvious that somebody working for DPD saw our parcel from Lego, peeled our address label off and then stuck it on an undeliverable parcel they had lying around in the depot, and has helped themselves to our parcel. As far as Lego are concerned, the tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered.

Dreadful..you cannot get in touch with them to discuss a delivery problem, the chat line is a bot which doesn't answer your question, there is no way of speaking with anyone. Now left high and dry as my order is showing delivered but I am a whole box short as the driver informed me it was smashed in the depot.. although apparently you would have still sent it out if he hadnt refused because it wasnt good cusotmer service. DISGUSTING COMPANY DISGUSTING CONTACT I would never use you but the company I ordered from has. I have not received an e mail to inform me that you will be sending the second box back so now I am concerned my order and my money will be lost.

Booked and paid for flooring to be collected from my address to be delivered back to the suppliers, as it was excess to requirements. Received a notification that it had beed delivered and signed for. When I received no refund for these goods I contacted the flooring company who informed me that no such person worked within there company. I then went back to DPD and raised a complaint, that was 3 months ago. I am now out of pocket £400. Don't use this company
