Expected delivery never came. Tracking said delivered. Eventually admitted delivered to wrong address. No apology, no explanation, no answering phone, all I got was ‘driver no longer with company’. A month after due date they claimed on tracking that it was delivered and signed for. I was in another country. Utter lies. Truly appalling company. Do NOT give them your business.

Do not use DPD if you are disabled or have lifting restrictions. I have recently had major spine surgery and consequently cannot lift anything over 3 pints of milk. Despite telling the driver this and begging him to carry the parcel about 3 yards into my house, his response being it was more than his jobs worth and he didn't want to get sacked. His only concession was to leave it half way across the threshold leaving my small neighbor to push to parcel just far enough into my small to get the front door closed. The parcel is in they way! I struggle to get around it and am fearful of damaging my recent surgery. Do not use this wretched company!!

Delivery driver took a photo of my parcel at a house, number 12 and confirmed it was delivered. I live in a block of flats. There is no number 12 on my road. I doubt I'll be getting my parcel today as it appears the driver either cannot read or can't use a sat nav!

31 days since my order was shipped. They aren't even updating the tracking anymore, it's just sitting in a warehouse somewhere. I've been ordering stuff online regularly for decades, this is the worst delivery experience I've ever had.

Worst delivery service , I don’t know how to explain but they ruined my birthday suprise . They come and take a picture of your door and lie you weren’t at home and say they missed the person , meanwhile I was home all day , this is the 3rd time they disappointed me and thy always lie that I am not at home , persishable item will obviously be destroyed by the time they bring it , if they ever do I will probably give the driver to take it home and enjoy it . I advice whenever you’re ordering I trust the company that you don’t want dpd to do your delivery because this ones do not know thier jobs , they are scammers and never ever deliver . Thier customer service is rude and cuts the call on the person , they will block you from contacting them that you have to use another persons number . I recommend you never use them . Especially for a special occasion they will ruin it . I hope they ban dpd from operating , it is really sad

I had two separate deliveries managed by DPD yesterday and today, both awful experiences. Yesterday, nobody knocked, and I missed my parcel despite being home. I am disabled, and rely on delivery services as I am housebound most of the time. I live in a block of flats and believe no attempt was made by the driver to even enter the building, as the concierge always phones my flat to verify deliveries and let couriers in. I called to report the incident yesterday, and whilst offered platitudes, it became evident today that no action was taken to facilitate a change. I was told to phone the seller to reschedule delivery in lieu of collecting, and the seller told me they had contacted DPD and I would be phoned in due time by DPD to rearrange with them. No such call was made, and when I called at 5pm for an update I was told there was no record of this on their system. I eventually arranged to have my parcel collected to avoid any more faff. Clearly no complaint or delivery info was logged as requested, because I have just missed ANOTHER parcel. I was tracking the delivery to ensure I didn't miss it, placed a very visible note on my front door stating "DELIVERY- I am disabled, PLEASE knock loudly and wait, I am home! Thank you!", and made sure to have no TV or music on so I would hear the knock. Nothing but yet another text saying "no one was in today." An absolute joke. Phoned customer services to report, equally as unhelpful as yesterday. I'll be making a point to avoid sellers and companies who use this courier service from now on, which makes things incredibly awkward in the lead up to Christmas! Normally don't leave bad reviews or complaints, but this service has been atrocious. Do better.

I won't order from any company who use DPD, any more. I have no problem with any other delivery company but DPD get it wrong time and time again. For seven consecutive deliveries, I was given delivery options the day before expected arrival. Each time, I asked for the parcel to be left with my neighbour. Each time I received a confirmation email, saying this would happen and each time, I received a photo of my front door and a note saying I wasn't, home. You can't make it up!

Cant rate DPD lower, Paid Currys pc world for next day delivery with a specified time. DPD text me 3 hours before due delivery to say I had altered the delivery date which I categorically did not. Phoned to ask what was going on upshot simply not bothered about messing people about. Ferndown depot Fraudulently altered delivery date to suit themselves. put through to Customer services don't waste your time rude and not bothered either. Avoid this company and people that use with them.

In one case they didn't make any effort to contact you before delivery. It's easier to send the product back to Netherlands or Germany than just make an effort to contact the recipient. In another case the parcel got damaged and there was no information provided. They just said "undeliverable".

This is the worst service I have ever seen. Our parcels arrived to the depot, and for 5 days, the driver has been going to the wrong property, take a photo of the wrong house, and say that we aren't home. We had builders at the house waiting for this material and we kept delaying house work. They are actually costing us money. The worse thing is the customer service. Everyday they would tell us that the parcel would arrive the day after, while they wouldn't do it on the system, and everyday we would discover that no dates have been set, and we would have to do it ourselves. I got hung up on for 2 times by the customer service, lied to, promised to talk to a manager, and nothing. We asked for a click and collect option but they refused. I don't know where my parcels are, I don't know what to do.

I can honestly say that dpd are the worst courier company in the world. If you want parcel stolen by a delivery driver, the this is the company to go for. They are terrible with customers services, with slow unhelpful responses like speaking to a turd. Overall, do not go with these half wits if you value your one and money.

Customer Services is awful they have no idea how to handle a complaint one operator struggled with basic English and the other so called supervisor was totally unable to see what was wrong. It must be the DPD training do nothing say nothing and you'll be fine.

DPD are one of the worst courier services I’ve ever experienced. On a number of occasions when I’ve ordered items from Amazon I’ve had issues when the items are being fulfilled by DPD. On more than one occasion they’ve scheduled a slot for delivery and sent notifications and within the hour of that slot I’ve then received a random text saying they attempted delivery when I’ve been at home the whole time. No door rung or knocked or anything. I’ve then had them say at customer requests it’s been scheduled for collection at a random shop nearby when I’ve done no such thing! I’ve subsequently had to wait another day after the day it was due and had to go collect it myself. I’ve called them on a number of occasions to complain and then was told there was a picture taken of a glass door and black surround which is the entrance of my close not my home eg flat front door. Why the courier would drive right up to my door get out their vehicle and take a picture but not press my buzzer to get into building. The buzzer is right there! That’s not an attempted delivery that’s just sheer laziness and stupidity. I then phone DPD again and they tell me it’s available for collection on the wrong day. If I want it rescheduled to my home address I need to contact Amazon. Contacted Amazon twice and they even tried to speak with DPD. Two phone calls from me and three from Amazon no further forward. I later get a notification saying delivery attempted again at 17:30 and will be delivered the next day to collection address. They also told Amazon they couldn’t find my address so how did they have a picture of my front door close. Everything they say is lies! It’s the same delivery driver who seems to be the issue Jason. Customer service just don’t care and fob you off. They make up their own rules and do what they want. Total lack of respect for the customer and the sender. In the end I cancelled my whole order and asked for a refund as it was late and no way was I going to collect the parcel as I’m not doing someone else’s job! Plus after having a lower respiratory infection pneumonia and costochondritis and being told to stay home I was asked by Amazon could I get someone else to collect it for me! Why the hell should I have to or a member of my family have to get something that I ordered for home delivery! Total waste of space DPD. Never been so angry.

I gave one star because I had no choice to do none as they deserve. The DPD delivery service standards are not acceptable. For two days, yesterday and today we were waiting during the scheduled slot provided.NOBODY turned up or knocked the door or press a bell, then we received emails claiming they missed us. This is outrageous lack of respect to the sender and the receiver. I was also expecting perishable product that has been floating around for more then 3 days.
