Was expecting my PS5 today, cleared my day to make sure I was there to accept the parcel. I got an email saying "Driver A" was meant to deliver my parcel between 12:03-‍13:03. At 12:22 I got an email saying they "Missed me" and that they will try again tomorrow. On the tracking they took a picture of some random person's door. Unbelievable. They never even bothered to come to my door, ring me or anything. These guys are unprofessional and will make sure I won't be using DPD for my Business. I've heard that drivers do this quite often if they are falling behind. Disgusting, do your job, "Driver A". And DPD, why is it so hard to put a complaint in? Kindly point me to your complaints procedure. Avoid at all costs, I've never had an issue with less expensive delivery companies.

Where do I begin? The usual sub-standard lies and laziness from DPD! They send you an hour time slot on their fancy app, where you can track the progress of the useless driver. Came home early to meet the driver, who was told to leave parcel on the porch, in a secure, gated flat. They have been here before. They inform me they are 15 mins away and I'm the next delivery. I can see on the tracking app, he is very close, 2 roads away... 3 minutes later I get a text to say I wasn't in and they will leave it at my local drop off point, WHICH ISN'T LOCAL! Even though I was here the ENTIRE time, he just couldn't be bothered to come here. I then receive another message saying my parcel is delayed.....how can it be, you still have it!! Ok, so I will go to the shop to collect it tonight. Then I receive a message later on telling me that the parcel has been sent back to their depot....miles from me and will be taken to the local shop tomorrow for me to collect it.... What a piss-take....you can't even be bothered to come back.... Still waiting for the pick up notice number. Lucien, the driver should maybe get a different job that's less taxing for him Avoid this total shower...who spend more on their fancy app than their so called "delivery drivers" and customer service. Use DHL, who know how to treat the customers.

ABSOLUTE JOKE.... twice in three days apparently i haven't been home... i live in a apartment complex that has security cameras all over and on both occasions they have recorded DPD driver entering getting out of his van taking a photo and driving off.. NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER..customer service polite, but not interested in footage... another day lost chasing DPD'S incompetence.... WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER RETAILER THAT USE'S DPD !!!!!

Shocking service from DPD Edinburgh. Paid for next day delivery. Teacked the package on our app and they received a note saying he tried to deliver. After speaking to a very rude customer service person discovered he had gone to the wrong address. When we asked to escalate and speak to their manager they hung up. The manager at DPD Edinburgh depot at Newbridge has a lot to answer for

Parcel to be dropped off at Doddle at Morrisons using 24 hour service. The time stated to drop off was 2 days not 1. So I wait for the collection code, now 3 days. Have to search for contact details, they make themselves hard to find. No response from email. No response from DPD Facebook page. DPD should be ashamed.

SImply the worst couriers in existance, The drivers seem to run the company, they do what they want, DPD as a company just passes the buck, if you are one of thier customers they will ignore your calls, emails, text, we have had items stolen, and DPD refuse to do anything about it, TIme to take them to court

I waited in for delivery and got the message that I had missed it! We have a very loud bell and a dog who barks if a bird lands on the drive! The next day I waited in once again & followed the progress of the van on my phone. 15 minutes before the van was due I stationed myself at the window. Within a few minutes I got the message that I had missed it! Again!! I rang the company from whom I was purchasing and they kindly rang DPD to find out what was going on. Apparently the driver had gone to the wrong house! Number 4 instead of number 8 🤔. He would however, deliver later in the day. It is now 6 15 & we are still waiting. It would have been quicker for us to go and fetch these goods ourselves! In future if companies are using DPD for their deliveries I will probably find an alternative.

I saw the driver pull up outside, went to get my parcel which clearly wasn't there and drove off. Then had the cheek to say i missed the delivery driver!!! Even went out his way to take a picture of a brick wall- which totally proves i was in!!! Cannot even complain to anyone because the email doesn't work and the number i called just said I missed the driver

The delivery driver was abusive, he shouted at me as I looked from my window to enquire who was banging so loudly on street door, I am 77 years old, am going into hospital in two days for knee replacement, therefore I could not run down the stairs, he was shouting “ he could not hang around waiting for me to open door, he then proceeded to get in van and drive away, taking my item with him, disgusting customer care, extremely disappointed, how dare a driver come to deliver and just throw a calling card on doorstep and leave with my order, I have never experienced such appalling treatment from any company

I previously had a fantastic delivery driver from dpd at my old address. Recently moved address and had a driver leave a parcel outside my garage which was stolen. The parcel was replaced and another driver delivered the following day. The original driver has been intimidating, came to my home again a few days ago and really upset me with his attitude. He was delivering another parcel that particular day. I put a complaint in online with dpd. I assumed that would be the end of it. He then sent a colleague to my home address today to put him on loud speaker on the phone, as it’s his day off and the lady wasn’t even in her delivery area. She had nothing to deliver and no reason to be at my home, other than for her colleague. She handed me a pen and a piece of card to sign, with my full name on, my address, the original order number and my telephone number. Are the drivers allowed to have all of this information on record? Surely this isn’t allowed? I feel completely overwhelmed and scared! She was at the door for around 20-30mins. The card had been written out by the female colleague for me to sign. It was literally a piece of cardboard? We are not meant to be signing anything with covid. I told her she was being recorded as well as him and that I wasn’t signing anything as I already had a discussion with her colleague the other day, he knows it’s been stolen as he had already been notified by the company I ordered from too, dpd know it’s been stolen too. Yet he wanted me to sign a card to say I had received the parcel. Total intimidation, made me feel so uneasy in my own home and especially the fact they have all my personal details. I’m now panicking when will he come back? My partners rushed home from work… it’s not great. She was polite but her face dropped and said ok, when I notified her that I was going to record the conversation and had a record of his name. As last time I only had a image of the driver from the door bell camera. I have notified the police and have a reference number which they told me to pass on to the manager at Middleton. And that if he turns up at my home address again or gets anyone else to I have to not answer the door and ring the police straight away. I have been trying to get through to speak to someone at Middleton since the lady left shortly after 4.20pm. No success, the call centre said they would get someone to call me back each time I rang. I have heard nothing back so far it has been 2.5hours. They (the delivery driver) were questioning me about being home, about my cctv, they had all my details, knew who was and wasn’t home. I’m scared, wondering if he’s going to come back or send some one else on his behalf. I don’t know what else to do? I’ve done what the police have said and have no other option but to make others aware and leave it on here in the hopes this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Especially a single person on their own or elderly.

Diabolical service. First day they returned the parcel to their depot saying delivery refused. There were 5 people here including 2 on the drive. No DPD van was seen. Spoke to retailer to complain. Day 2 a text received to say they had safely delivered the parcel to the back porch with a photo which nobody locally recognised. Today still awaiting time slot. Spoke to retailer who informed me that they have no way of contacting DPD and will send out again by DPD. The order was samples and they are about to lose a large order if they cannot provide an alternative courier for the full delivery. Why do retailers put up with such appalling service which ultimately reflects on them ?

Rude delivery driver with an attitude. Unannounced, the driver without any common sense, left 4 large boxes by the front door. He was then about to take photos and leave but my wife stopped him and asked him to move the boxes to another spot. He flatly refused and told my wife that he is not her servant! So when told to leave he threatened me. We have complained to DPD and we may even complain to the police for his bad behaviour 😡

Rude drivers, Poor information or no delivery information, They never leave a card to say they attempted delivery even though the tracking system says they did. I have never had a good experience with DPD, in fact it usually costs me to collect my parcel. I wouldn't use them if i had a choice.

The third time you return the package to the sender from PL to UK because you have lost the recipient's data in your system!!!!!. It is not possible in your system to go further and print a label without providing it!!!! You don't feel like admitting your mistake !!! you will not agree to return the money for the shipping that was returned from your corrupt wrong system !!!! I warn everyone !!!! avoid this monopoly !!!!! Loses data for international delivery on the way between customs, returns the package to the recipient and does not return money for their own mistake in their system. They lost the data for the recipient three times now and withdrawn the package, which gave me a bad opinion, no refund for shipping, I do not recommend it, avoid it and as far as possible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As for me, a total septic tank with no responsibility!!!! I will never send anything through you again, totally time wasters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With no responsibility for their own corrupt bugs on the system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s the worst service you could have for international courier. The parcels are never delivered on time or even just late. You should be expecting to pay at least 25% of what you have paid here with a delay in delivery of up to 7 days.
