Worst courier company ever, paying for premium collection next day, two days after the parcel it's still not collected. Customer service ... let's even forget about it. Never again

I have been waiting all day for my parcel, literally sat in the shop window to see a DPD van driving away then receive a text to say "sorry we missed you". Tried calling the 01212750500 and it's a robot with NO possible way of talking to a human. Very poor service

All the staff from the dpd are the worst.. they dont want to help customer. Extremely poor customer service. They keep messing up the deliveries.

Ordered an item from Ryobi paying a delivery charge for home delivery. Received the text from DPD giving the 1 hour delivery window slot.Was in when the driver arrived but by the time I got up the stairs to open the door he'd gone leaving the infamous note telling me to pick it up from my local pickup shop.A Costcutter shop in Plymouth,Devon where I was given another time slot to collect it. I live across the water in Cornwall.The journey would take over 40 minutes to get there. A double irony is that the driver would have to pass through the area I live and where a more suitable Costcutter shop is.Phoned DPD distribution centre at Roche and a helpful woman said they would redirect. Then received another message saying it was to be delivered to Plymouth. Phoned them again and spoke to a woman who should be the stereotypical example off how not to run Customer Services! Didn't want know or apparently care! Phoned Ryobi, cancelled the order and am now awaiting a refund. Sadly Ryobi's loss and a lesson learned by me never to order goods that are delivered by this shambolic company Share

0 stars I paid for two parcels with insurance to be delivered from London, UK to France, Cannes. I packaged and stuck on all the requested labels. I took the day off work on a Wednesday for them to come, I was advised they would come between 10-2, I stayed waiting and by 3 gave them a call and was told that the driver was lost but he will definitely be with me by 5pm, at 5:05 I rang back and was told that the driver will come the next day (Thursday) I waited at home for another day after calling several times, they lied again saying the driver was lost (my building has been here since 1970s, its very easy to find using any satnav or map) anyways I was hung up on by several call operators, and was given the same excuse and was then told to wait till friday, Friday the same thing happened, so I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I was told to fill out several forms to get a response to see if im eligible for a refund, and still didn't get any response. In conclusion, they took my money and didn't send my packages. and also received terrible customer service from majority of the call operators.

I ordered from Amazon on 1st October for Prime one day delivery. Was sent a message on 2nd October with a time slot by my driver Issam. Time slot came and went and was then sent another message to say that delivery was delayed but would still be attempted that day. Another message came to say that they had missed me and that my parcel was at a collection point- a Premier shop miles away from my address. I then received another message to say that delivery had been attempted but they had missed me but the message was sent 40 minutes BEFORE the alleged attempted delivery and AFTER the message which said that the parcel had been left at the collection point. On 3rd October I got a message to say that my delivery would be attempted and later received another message to say that delivery had been attempted but they had missed me and this was sent 20 minutes BEFORE the time of the alleged delivery! When I looked at the tracking advice, they had had the nerve to say that "Customer had requested that the parcel be taken to the collection point" when I had had no communication with this company at all. No attempts were made to deliver this parcel as we were in all day and DPD certainly came nowhere near my address. I have contacted Amazon who have allegedly spoken to DPD but, to date, I have had neither parcel nor refund. I wish Amazon would state at point of purchase who would be delivering the order as I would just not order anything that was going to be delivered by DPD. In our village and surrounding ones they are known on the village Facebook pages as Disastrously Poor Deliverers. Awful company. Completely dishonest and useless!

If I could I give 0 stars, there drivers never come to the address, they just say sorry I missed you!! Happed 4 times now, I have to track them down and find my delivery! Most of the times the boxes are open and when you ask them why they blame the company that had send the delivery

What a poorly run company. My parcel is 2 days late (so far) but DPD refuses to tell me when it might be delivered. The depot is 6 miles from my house and when I offered to pick it up they said that I could not due to the pandemic. Every shop in town is open and doing business. Something is clearly wrong.

Empty box delivered Didnt get my parcel on friday i waited in all day the driver did not come to the door he took a picture from the pavement outside my house and hurried away he was saw doing this then i got a message saying sorry we missed you the parcel would be delivered again on monday fact is he didnt miss me he didnt come to the door to deliver the parcel wasnt surprised at all to find the box empty and the PlayStation 5 missing when it was delivered again today by another driver not a trustworthy company

Waiting on two parcels, told in store now but were not, told driver tried to deliver but store closed, the chosen store closed at 9 pm, then told delivery driver tried at 7.30am and store not open, the store opened at 7 am, then told been a hold up but now delivered, wasn't, made 3 email calls, no answers back, tried phoning, no luck, did a live chat, got cut of, tried again, sorry can't help, then cut of, did get through at last, then delivered to the store...Would I ever use this company again, NOPE sooner stick pins in my eyes. Totally useless company.

They tried to deliver to the wrong address.( my neighbour)They were shown my house and the driver just put it back on van. I was sent a email saying it had been delivered with a picture of my neighbour and his house. Called gem wa told it was back I. Depot and would be delivered. Phoned back for w time, really rude operator who put the phone down. Phoned again, the hey called the depot and said it would be delivered y to his morning. Time was getting on, no text or delivery so I called again, told it would be this afternoon but Gould not give a time. Phoned the supplier who phoned in my behalf, they too were told this pm but could not give a time. So apparently it’s ok fir me to downs 2 whole days waiting for a delivery, which I have yet to receive. Their tracking system still has it as delivered to my neighbour. APPALLING SERVICE.

They said that they delivered two phones but they never handed nothing I had to reject the first phone the driver took two photos saying that I didn't reject but I have one phone and he had the other so he said that back at the dpd so now I have the two identical pictures as proof so please any one don't use them they are crooks

We live in Hawnby . Deliveries here are a joke. They just dump it somewhere, randomly, in village. My parcel was dumped last night in pouring rain somewhere. I have called the supplier who has given an approx area but that's it. And it's not there now. A friend had a deliver which the photo taken wasn't even in this village!!! What is going on . Never ever use dpd

They are NOT paid on how many delivery's they make BUT on the number of A T T E M P T S - this is so true as they will attempt a delivery but have no interest in actually delivering the parcel....with today's technology in mobile phones and Sat Nav - it's inexcusable that they can't find an address, and just asking somebody local you have to believe they can do it.....but NO !

I cant fault these cowboys any more than I consistently have. how they are still in business ill never know, you have 1 job to do, deliver a package!! they cant even get it right never mind make it impossible to get a solution when the do mess up. time after time after time!

The absolute worst! Stated they delivered my parcel, when i saw the picture it wasnt even on my street! How hard is it to follow a satnav? Then customer services pass you from one person to the next, dont call back when they ask you to book a time and when you do speak to them they fob you off in a very uninterested tone. Still havent had a follow up call nor my parcel!
