“My order was placed on 05/14/2020. I have emailed, called, and attempted to chat with their suppose to be online chat team. The holds are so long and you never receive a message back neither via email or chat. The chat just continues to throw you back into que. I literally sat at work and called and was waiting 3 hours for someone to even greet me and eventually I hung up after no being able to get ahold of someone. You email they never email you back. This company gives me fraud vibes for some reason. I really can’t understand how you can’t get ahold to a company that you have spent your money will. L.S. This is really amazing how you, Tradeinn / Dressin managed 2 times to send me the wrong size of the same pair of shoes. Again I've ordered size 20 and I received size 36. The other parcel is sent back weeks ago after waiting for weeks. This one also took weeks and again I have the wrong size, 36 instead of 20) while I am still waiting for the money of the previous pair. Meanwhile our little daughter will almost not fit that size anymore... Before I've ordered with you it went well, but now I will not only write serious 0* reviews on every platform that matters, about your service but also I will never order anything again. There are no replies on my messages, so your aftersales is also really of the worse kind ever. I will send the parcel back and expect my money back before the 18th (of two deliveries) of July. “Even though there were many bad reviews regarding your shipment of orders, I took a chance to place an order only because you had the sneakers I wanted.
Promptly, next day I received an email stating my order was shipped and you included a picture of the package, which was coming to the US.
Checking with USPS, the courier used to send my order, you only “created the label” but the package has not been delivered to USPS, contrary to what you indicate.
Also, upon closer inspection of the package, it does not appear to contain the box with my shoes. So I really don’t know. If package was ready to ship in reality, there’s no reason why 6 days later it has not. I get packages from Europe from diverse countries and couriers and they all ship within 3 days. I am very concerned why this is not possible with your company.
I would much appreciate a prompt response. I tried to find an email in your website to contact you but you made sure none is available (if you have one, what is it?).
I deserve to know when my package will ship by providing a precise date which can be tracked with the shipper.
If for some reason you can’t ship immediately, please let me know so that I can make a decision.

“Ordered an item almost 8 weeks ago, initially it wasn't even shipped. When I tried to cancel they subsequently shipped the item (allegedly) and I was told to return the package in order to get a refund. No tracking information from MRW and 6 weeks later no refund.
They told me no refunds on shipped items unless they are returned. Impossible as the item is lost. Looks like they just stole my money.

Scam, looters, hustlers, crooks, swindlers are running DRESSINN and all other sites related to INN portal...
Its an organized scam, the site is fake, they offer products 20-40% less compared to other sites just to lure the consumers...once the consumers place the order they provide a wrong tracking number...which after 5 days will stop tracking or freeze.....and after a period the tracking number will expire automatically...
When u place a complaint, they will send a form asking you to fill and send it back to them; and there shall be no response after that..... I waited almost more than 3.5 months for my order with no refund..Order no.16407775
Dont buy anything from DRESSINN and its other INN sites...its an organized scam, customer service is impossible to reach and pathetic....hope they will refund my money....

“After 10 weeks the order still has not been delivered. I have been in email contact with the company and they still do not have a delivery date. I gave them until the 20th of June to receive the order and still nothing. I have cancelled my order and have contacted my credit card company to reverse the charge and credit my account. “Silly me. I ordered a Dooney & Bourke nylon tote. $29.99. Should have known better. I own many of the real ones. Just thought this was a good sale price. Realized when tracking was in Chinese that I was taken in by the authentic picture. When it arrived I laughed till I cried. Tacky, cheap. Thin plastic strap, cheap nylon , a white tag with Dooney & Bourke stamped on it. Live and learn. I gave it to my daughter to carry her beauty supplies in they travel to their farm. Live and learn.”

The tracking “page” where I go to contact someone... anyone... directs me back to my tracking page that pretty much says my order landed in some random warehouse way over a week ago, and hasn’t left since then. “Ordered the exact jeans I currently owned that I bought in a store 2 years ago after they started wearing out. The jeans I recieved were much worse in quality, comfort and sizing, as well as the pockets are so small my hands don't fit in them. It feels like they are knock offs, but I can not say for certain. They have apparently responded for my messages, but they do not appear anywhere in my profile on the website.
Steer clear unless you want poor quality clothing and no/very unhelpful customer service. Also the reviews on the website appear fake, and they haven't posted my review of the pants on their page.

Hi! I bought snickers, backpack and men’s summer shoes from a company named DressInn on 26.04.2020. My order is 16900683 .I payed with my prepaid card and I received an email confirmation from the company. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 12th may 2020. But it never got to me. The shipping company GLS answered that they have my parcel but here is what they said: “We are sorry for this situation. “The sender has to provide the paperwork for the shipment of the goods including a commercial invoice for your order. As soon as the paperwork is provided the parcel can move on to Switzerland.“
I am giving you this information several times and you continue to be telling me that the shopping company got the goods (which I know) but you never answer to me whether you send the papers that should accompany the parcel and direct it to me. I have the tracking number and it stays frozen from the 8th may stating exactly that GLS has the parcel but can’t move them further because of you!
I need answer now!
