“Parcel was suppose to come Monday now says been delayed when I paid for next day delivery Friday with supplier now Wednesday just says your items delayed no update or when it’s going to be delivered shocking company won’t be using again so either i take it they lost my parcel won’t be using this company again for delivery’s”

“The delivery driver was very aggressive, threatening and abusive because I wouldn't take a 25kg package off him in the street rather than him deliver it to my door (I am disabled with severe arthritis and can only walk using sticks). He dumped the package on the ground floor of my block (I live on the 6th floor snd there are lifts) and futher verbally abused me and threatened to 'do' me. This is disgusting behaviour and will not be tolerated; it has been reported to the police. A further complaint has gone to the HSE as the package is well above the maximum permitted in the Manual Handling Regulations so a trolley should have been used or two people needed to lift it. If this horrible person is representative of the company you should avoid using them at all costs.”

“Even though I gave correct delivery address and there is concierge desk opnes for 24 hours and 7 days , this company already failes to deliver the parcel and when I track it , it always shows 'insufficient address details provided' and very difficult to contact customer service . Just so painful .”

“Dissapointed.. no updates on their web site.. i had to call the company where i ordered my package to find out whats going on… finally got the package but after 6days and it should be within 1-2 days paid extra to get it faster but nothing..”

“Delivery guy left two boxes of 50kg decking boards half inside my gate, half outside. There was plenty of room to put the decking boards safely inside the walk way, given that he’d already picked them up - he literally had to walk them another 5ft. I haves perthes disease and couldn’t lift the boxes myself, when I asked him to help me, he was in a rush and said he couldn’t ‘cos he was blocking the road’ and left. He had decided to leave his van slap bang in the middle of the road (a single width, one way street) and stop anyone from being able to get past him, my driveway was adjacent to where he had stopped his van, he knew it was there but was more concerned about getting home.”

“Terrible Company. Take monies on the pretence of a delivery before a certain time then don’t keep to it. Is this not classed as taking monies under false pretences? Go to live chat and no-one answers.”

“1 stars is too much for this company you should have the option of 0 …… your parcel never turned up on the day it should, next day nothing you phone to try and find out a delivery day and passed around pillow to post, for them to give you a phone number which does not work no communication no update nothing .. still don’t know when it will actually arrive……. They are not capable of next day delivery.”

“Due to be delivered 13:05-15:05 today. Tracked the driver locally live via tracking. As soon as it hit 15:05 live tracking vanished and no info. 18:46 comes and apparently its waiting to be taken out for delivery. Utterly useless.”

“This company is a joke. Scheduled delivery on Friday, and I've been home all the time. Suddenly, a message: 'We missed you. We tried to deliver but nobody was at the premises' (or something like that). Seriously? they never been here in the first place. Ok, let's re-schedule for Monday. Monday came and went and nobody showed up. I checked the the tracking and the message is: Your redelivery has been booked for your chosen date Expected Date Tuesday 04 Jun 2024 My chosen date? Really? Horrible service.”

“Thieving company only delivered 6 of my 10 parcels but still went ahead and updated the delivery information as if they delivered it all. Customer service are as useful as a chocolate tea pot, literally all they do is pass you from department to department and moan about each other because none of them want to do their job. They are now claiming they only received 6 items from the sender but then why would they mark 10 delivered. Absolute clowns.”

“Didn’t turn up On Thursday was advised Monika” was delivering between 12 and 2 , she didn’t show up Same happened on Friday Contacted their automated system , just said it would be out next week , no explanation for false info supplied twice”

“Terrible service - was expecting a delivery from B&Q via DX. The order was for next day delivery on 2 large items. 1 order has finally arrived on day 10 with the packaging absolutely mangled. I said to the delivery driver that I didn't think the item was what I had ordered but he ignored me, got back into his van and drove away! Still no information on the tracking on when the 2nd part of the order is due. Really poor. Avoid them like the plague!”

“The parcel had specific delivery instructions and my daughter went to the door the driver asked her if the parcel we were expecting was big or small she asked him to wait whilst she came back to ask me and the driver left inside the parcel was a much awaited toy for my four year old who can not stop crying he does not understand why he could not get the parcel and to my disappointment l immediately got an email of sorry we missed you reschedule and the options are Monday which means two and half days away l am very disappointed with your service.”

“The worst delivery company I have met so far. Driver wasnt even in my area yet sent a redelivery message 3 times. Spoke with one of there agents who said the driver wasnt in my area and she ended the call on me. Up till now my passport havent been delivered since over 5 days now.”

“Item was supposed to be delivered on 28th, item didn't arrive, waited in all day. In the evening got a text saying item would be delivered next day (the 29th), waited in till 7PM, no item, no text. Went into track and trace, just says delay”
