DO NOT USE!!! Only giving 1 star as there is no option for ZERO stars! Ordered with a selected delivery date... arrived 3 weeks later!!! Even when it did arrive they didn't knock.. watched them leave it on the path and just drive away and mark it as 'Delivered' Worst courier company in the country and really should cease trading! exact same thing before with an order from Angling Direct.

Paid for next day delivery on 20th November, 9 days later I am still waiting for my order to arrive. Chasing customer service for a delivery date but no one can be bothered to reply. Avoid!

Absolutely ridiculous company. Fake "We missed you" message without attempting to deliver. Customer support doesn't work at all, you can wait 2 hours on the phone and speak with nobody.

Avoid at all cost!!! Delivery due 26/11 16.03- 18.03 NO Show. Delivery due 27/11 12.30-14.30 NO Show yet on both occasions driver 2 miles from me! Rescheduled 28th This time no slot no tracking GUESS WHAT NO SHOW!! Two messages One email sent tk them Yes you've guessed NO response!! Company sending goods to me was also monitoring situation. Eventually a women from DX called me apologised for DX saying it was completely their fault for someone apologising had the unfortunate abrupt and aggressive manner about her . The company sending me my repaired item now feel that it will never arrive has had to send a £300 brand new item to me Via DPD!!! IF YOU HAVE TIME ON YOUR HANDS AND LIKE BEING MESSED ABOUT THIS IS TGE COMPANY FIR YOU .HOW CAN THEY IMPROVE , WELL LETS SEE , DELIVER THE GOODS !!!

Should have had a parcel delivered Tuesday but didn’t turn up, showed out for delivery on Wed but then put back in to storage at the depot a few hours later, same Thursday and same Friday. Customer service was horrendous, wouldn’t allow me to have the depot number. No help or support whatsoever. This parcel had to be signed for so I have rearranged work to ensure someone was in.

I ordered some bags specially sized to fit my car boot. The seller shipped using these guys. They never came anywhere near my address but sent me an email saying that my stuff had been delivered. Spent hours on the phone trying to speak to someone - impossible. Filled in the website contact forms - ignored. Tried to use their live chat thing - wasn’t working. Tried all the possible emails - all bounced back as addresses not accepting messages. I’m assuming that their courier stole my stuff but they’ll make it impossibly difficult to achieve and redress. If any vendor hints that they’ll use these guys in the future they’ll automatically lose the sale.

Was concerned as soon as I realised what couriers were being used as I had never heard of them and, had I known this before purchase, I would have bought elsewhere. My item was supposed to be delivered next day but two days later tracking showed that there had been a failed delivery attempt and the goods could not be delivered. Considering I was home all day and the item would've fitted through my letterbox, this was a downright lie. Tried to 'phone but just got an automated service and couldn't locate the Live Chat they claim to have. Absolute chancers, I had a bad feeling about them right from the start.

My package checked in to the DX hotel California Leeds warehouse on Tuesday 26th and has never left. Out for delivery every day but is promptly scanned back in to storage every morning. DX is clearly having difficulties delivering the services they should be providing. I really wish the company I bought from didn’t use DX as a service provider. They are quite simply useless.

Day 1. 25/11should have been left with a neighbour as per tracking site Day 2 .26/11 text sent out for delivery then cancelled phoned helpline was told delivery driver didn't turn up so it was cancelled Day 3 27/11 second day of being sat in the house waiting got a text saying delivery between 8 and 6so rang up to get a more up to date time I was told 16.51 by Jeanie then some time later I got a text to say delivery 3 had been cancelled so I rang helpline again and got Jeanie again she spoke to the depot and assured me it would be delivered today then another text came through saying cancelled so again rang the helpline and this time I cot Shane he rang the depot to find out what was going on he told me that the driver couldn't find my address then after speaking to the depot the real reason was it had been loaded onto the wrong van and i would not be receiving my parcel today either so I asked Shane if I could spewith a manager he said there was no manager available on site as they were having a meeting Absolutly shocking company I have now found out that the real reason is that they can't handle the Black Friday peak

1 week and 1 day after my scheduled delivery date, I still don't have my package. The Tracking History shows the package as being 'Out for delivery' every day, and yet nothing is delivered. I have raised a query through their website thrice and got nothing but "We're sorry your package has been delayed. We will deliver as soon as possible." Meanwhile, I called their phone number today and was told I "had to organise a delivery". I don't understand what's going on, where my package is, what my recourse is, but it feels like this company does not deliver packages and possibly steals them.

Every single delivery has not shown up on given date companies who use these people need to reconsider changing to different couriers as they are the worse I ve ever dealt with!! Literally while typing this message I ve received a text to say my delivery has been rescheduled for next Monday it’s beyond a joke this will be the 3rd date I ve waited home for!! Surely I deserve some compensation for the loss of wages I could have been earning!!!!

I have had 3 radiators delivered today. Left at my front gate, not near my front door. No knock at the door or notification that they had been delivered. Only noticed when I went outside. Originally told they would need a signature. Boxes torn. Completely disgusted by their service.

What a dismal company. I was supposed to get 3 parcels on Monday. They delivered one and emailed gloating they had delivered exactly. I struggled to get in touch with them and after going through hoops managed to get confirmation they would deliver the 2 missing parcels today. Only one parcel arrived along with their self congratulations email stating they delivered exactly. Again had to send a few emails and they did the usual lip service apology and indicated they were running behind schedule as their reason for delays of the already delayed shipment. They point blank refused to arrange a rapid courier delivery at their cost today and if I am lucky I might get the 3rd parcel tomorrow. If you are a business looking to engage a courier this one will ruin your reputation. I have advised the company I purchased goods from that I will not order anything else from them as they are unable to deliver orders. If they have any sense they will drop this carrier for a credible alternative.

If i could i would give -5 Star for this company. 3 days delivering a parcel, every single evening sends an email which says sorry we missed you and the driver doesn't even attempt to deliver it
