Disastrous. Failed to deliver the parcel on 6 occasions. Had the audacity to suggest on attempt no 4 that they had left a Missed You calling card. They had not been to the property. Only form of customer support is a Chat box on the website.There the Chat Bot gives poor answers and dumps you out so you have to start all over again unless you guess the first 4 answer correctly. Hardly worth bothering with the agent when you finally get one. Excuses about depot being overrun. Only thing they do is rebook for yet another failed delivery. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! SHOCKING. NO FESTIVE CHEERS HERE.

Appalling non-service. Waited in for a delivery, tracked the driver online, the driver looks to be getting close, and the next thing I get an email and text saying that delivery failed because driver couldn't access the building. There's an entry phone which connects to flats' telephones and also a separate number to dial for the porter who will let delivery drivers in. Nothing was dialled. No missed calls. The driver simply didn't attempt delivery at all. Live chat adviser was as polite and helpful as she could be, but there was nothing she could do. All I could do was rebook delivery and hope that this time the driver feels like attempting the job.

I paid for next day delivery on an item of jewellery. Didn’t receive a text to give a delivery time so contacted H Samuel who gave me a tracking number. It was supposed to be delivered tonight and I kept looking at the tracking and the delivery van was near me. 30 minutes later it was scanned to a secure place at the Newcastle depot. This was a ruby wedding anniversary present for me from my husband who has stage 4 cancer. I am absolutely devastated - no ring and no money to buy another.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with regarding deliveries. They emailed saying they delivered my item....A lie. No proof of delivery via a photo, no telephone service (tried for hours), Online chat pushed me away and told me to contact the sender. Be warned and DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AT ALL!!!!

Awful company, claimed they couldn't find our address yet didn't phone to try and find it. Never had a problem with a delivery driver finding our address so can only assume this is a lie. My daughters christmas present gone. I couldn't afford to buy it until the last pay day of the month. Disgusting and no one able to help as all lines aren't in use. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible! I’ve waiting for my door bell to ring this morning and I’ve been sitting by the window waiting to see the van as this parcel was very important. The lier apparently attempted delivery at 13.55 a complete lie as my doorbell didn’t ring. Be aware of this company. The bad reviews on trust pilot say it all. I ordered a bag from the handbag clinic and for some reason they use this bunch of crooks. I won’t be buying again from them that’s for sure.

One star is too much. No communication, promised to deliver on two occasions. Did not turn up . Two weeks later delivery without notification and box and items badly damaged. How are they are still in business . Will not order from companies who use this business

Utterly atrocious service. DX deliveries have had my parcel (which was shipped via 24hr service) since 3rd December, today is 22nd December. I have received updates daily since 16th Dec (exc sat/sun) to advise item is out for delivery and will be attempted that day. I have waited in several of the days and no delivery attempt has been made. I reached out to online chat, who advised (despite the aforementioned updates) that my item is not out for delivery, they cited industry wide delays, which is odd as I have received deliveries from other carriers without issue. No apology was made, I was advised it will be out for delivery at the earliest opportunity, which is simply not good enough. Extremely shoddy service all around.

Just hear to add to the chorus of bad reviews for DX. Please, please, please do not send items with DX. They claim that they have missed me and left a card, but I was at home, didn't hear a knock, nor was there a left card. I delayed my Christmas travel in order to be at home to receive the package. No response over email, it's impossible to speak to someone over the phone. Terrible.

Complete joke of a delivery company. I've had 2 emails saying my parcel was out for delivery, waited in on both days and nobody turned up, absolutely disgusting service. Customer service is shocking, never get through to anyone on the phone as it's never answered. You mislead customers, taking time off work for a parcel that never turns up. You lot couldn't run a tap !!!!!

Company is a joke and customer service is non existent. Keep receiving emails that the item is out for delivery but then receive a message saying more information is needed even tho the DX van had been atbthe delivery address. Try to contact the company and good luck to anyone that actually needs to speak to a person as it would appear no one actually had a phone. Resigned to the fact that over £150 of Christmas presents will not be here despite having been out for delivery since 10th December. I pray to god I never have to deal with this shower again.

First, we were informed that this parcel had arrived at the depo and would be out for delivery on Wednesday 3rd December. They were not delivered on this day, and we were informed that it had been lost.   After chasing numerous times and getting nowhere, we contacted the seller/sender. They contacted you and they had miraculously been found almost immediately.  This was on Friday 12th December and they were out for delivery that very day.   You allegedly attempted to deliver the parcel but was unable to deliver as required a signature. which we were not aware of.  No attempt to deliver to a neighbour.   My partner booked today off work so that they could be delivered today, only to find out that these have yet again been lost. With the advice of speak to the sender.  This is simply not good enough, and this service is seriously reflected in the negative feedback that you get online.   Not only does this mean, that my partner has waited in for this delivery, despite having things to do. It means that we cannot possibly give out our wedding invitations over the Christmas period when seeing our friends and family.   The seller is now closed for Christmas, which is why they were ordered three weeks ago.   This service just simply is not good enough, and I want to know what you are going to do about it. If negative stars could be given, they would.

Was promised delivery by 29th November at the latest. I was told that went to wrong address! How they can get it wrong when I live less than a mile from where their warehouse is?!?! Do not buy anything large as it tends to go missing!!

This was the first time this company has delivered a parcel to me, and the experience was extremely disappointing. There was no attempt to knock at the door, and the package — containing an item worth £100 — was thrown over the fence and left in heavy rain. This level of service is unacceptable and falls far below what should be expected from a professional courier. Parcels should be handled with care and delivered responsibly. Based on this experience, I would not choose or recommend this courier company.

Extremely rude driver who read my note on the door and said "f*** off" and then got back in his van. How are you meant to get a delivery if they won't even leave it in a safe place?!?

If I could put 0 I would. Not sure why some company use them as delivery service as it’s awful. Been waiting for delivery , keep receiving email that I missed it but I doubt it because on the map they are never nearby, they never attempt to call the customer to say that they are trying to deliver. I have been and I am still waiting at home to get my parcel . They never deliver within the time slot they state on the email so I don’t even see the point to inform in that case. If I don’t get my delivery today I will just ask for my money back as it is really making me angry .

Awful company to work with. Doesn't leave a calling card, no delivery window. It's if you're working, it's literally impossible to receive your item. Customer service is just a chatbot that fobbs you off

Ordered a product with next day delivery to ensure it arrived for a birthday in a few days time. Delivery day arrived, dx tracking said the item was received the day before but no other updates. Didn't turn up. Birthday day, first thing in the morning, tracking showed it as out for delivery from local depot. An hour later, it was shown as put into storage at local depot (this was half nine in the morning). Not like it had been driven around the county all day. Still didn't turn up. Arrived the following day, after the birthday. Contacted the vendor, a fairly large company and got a refund of the express delivery charge. If everyone who experiences this useless company gets the seller to refund the express charges, firms might actually stop using DX. Ordered an item from a business seller on eBay with express delivery only to get the dispatched notification showing a DX tracking number. Unsurprisingly, no delivery yet. Absolute waste of space. They have achieved an astonishing thing by making evri look good.
