Bad experience with DX. They were to deliver our passport, for which we had paid £30 as an additional delivery charge. The passport was never delivered. DX claimed that 3 attempts were made and a note was left at the door. Strangely, we have received all other packages (Amazon etc) during this time but nothing from DX. No note was found. No call was made to us. On requesting their customer service for proof, they said that could not be provided to us. I would suggest Royal Mail or another service.

Usual sub par service, parcel doesn't arrive on time, tracking app hasn't been updated with any details and no effort made to communicate with the customer.

Stayed in all day DX will be delivering your Order on 18/09/25. Between 08:00 - 18:00. It is possible you will receive more than one delivery to complete your order, please check your confirmation email for details. No delivery, it’s 18:00 now?

The driver asken me to help unload the goods from the vehicle. After I assisted,he did not even say a word of thanks. His behaviour is unprofessional and completely unacceptable

★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Terrible – Avoid at All Costs DX Delivery is hands down the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. My parcel never arrived, yet their tracking app falsely claimed that a “delivery card was left at my door.” This is a complete lie — no one even came near my property, and I have CCTV footage to prove it. Tried contacting their customer service — no one answers the phone. It’s either on hold forever or it just cuts off. When I finally did get through once, the support was completely unhelpful and dismissive. This company is dishonest, unreliable, and impossible to deal with. Please, do not use DX Delivery — there are much better and more trustworthy options out there. I will never use them again.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! My passport was supposed to be delivered today and expected time was shown 6-7pm on the website. I was at work and not at delivery address (home).The driver didn’t even call me before attempting delivery and delivered the parcel to somebody in my building. He delivered at 2pm where the ETA on website was showing 6-7pm. When the high value parcel is sent which requires a signature, that signature MUST be of the person who is supposed to get the delivery and not some neighbour! Isn’t this thing obvious for any basic or small courier company? Now I’m missing my passport and there is no fkcing contact number to call on! The company is so irresponsible and hopeless that they emailed me next day and asked me to raise a complain with the sender, so that they will issue a new passport, raise a police complain, do all the lengthy paperwork. And meanwhile, you will have to cancel your all the travel plans because you have lost the passport! WHAT A JOKE!

Terrible company! They claimed they rang my doorbell to collect, but I was at home the whole time and nobody rang! They lied. I asked them to show me the photo they supposedly took at my door, and they told me they’re not allowed to show it. Absolutely ridiculous. If I could, I would give them minus 10 stars. Awful company! ⸻

You make false statements about making an attempted delivery. You make false statements about leaving a card. I was looking forward to receiving my delivery today so very disappointed. I will probably contact retailer and cancel order.

Dx freight can't get enough drivers because managers get treated better than the drivers. The face of any company is the boots on the ground eg drivers and not the managers. That's why the service is rubbish

I have been waiting in for a collection to be collected from my home. I have been given 6 different days since the end of August for them to collect each day they DID NOT SHOW UP to collect. You try to phone them they never answer send emails they never answer then their dreaded chatbot. They are the most diabolical so called delivery firm I have ever had dealings with. A WARNING to anyone thinking of using them DON’T. They should be done under the trades description act for force advertising. 6 bloody days lost from work I’m fuming

Claim they tried to deliver and had left a card. I've been in all day and there has been nothing - no van, no driver no card. The phone number just puts you through to an automated line. The supposed live chat is just a chatbot that cuts you off saying all agents are busy after keeping you waiting. These are appalling and will not buy from anyone who uses them again, let alone use them myself.

No communication. Not even a quick call, which in most cases would lead to a successful delivery. Waited in all day, then saw a ‘card left at house’ message on tracking. It’s a flat and no card was left. Stress level is through the roof. You are in the lap of the Gods! How can they afford to run a business like that? Shocking.

Abysmal service. Driver called on mobile to confirm I was at home for delivery and I confirmed I was. Driver rang doorbell of building and I buzzed him up. He didn't open the door and just stood there. Rang again, buzzed him up again, again he just stood there. I go downstairs and he's already put away the item and about to leave and is irritated when I ask for my item - which is a large rug. He brings it back out and I go to open the door and he refuses to bring it inside and tells me to move so he can take a photo of the building external door. I ask him to bring the package inside and he refuses and puts the item back in the van and drives off. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour, and pure laziness.

Word of warning to all the service from DX courier service in Nottingham is appalling. Waited in all day Wednesday day for a delivery didn't arrive, DX said the drive ran out of time. DX said it will be with Thursday in-between 13:00 & 15:00. Delivery didn't arrive,the driver is running out of time again! Why was it not one of the first deliveries in the truck since I've been messed around I asked DX they couldn't answer. They clearly don't care about customer service Now rebooked for Friday. If you require reliable, dependable service think twice about these guys

My parcels were due to be delivered yesterday between 08.00-18.00. I was at work and my son was at college. When we got home around 17.30 there was no card so I assumed we might be the last drop off. When 18.00 passed I checked the tracking info which said it they had been delivered at 14.30! I checked with my neighbours and they didn't have them so I sent an email to DX and the supplier. DX called me today and said they had been delivered to a house 10 doors away in a cul-de-sac around the corner. How was I supposed to know that without a delivery card? The courier was going to come back today, collect them and then deliver them to the correct address, but I told him I wouldn't be home. He would have to come back tomorrow when I'm home. In the meantime, my parents had come to my house and found a handwritten note through my door saying my parcels were at the house 10 doors away. When my parents went round to collect them, they had been left outside the door for anyone walking past to see. These parcels are worth over £500 and could have easily been stolen! Appalling service and I am surprised, with a 1.2 star rating, that the company I made the purchase from actually still use DX for their products, which are not cheap!

These clowns are even worse than yodel. Delivered to wrong address and no clue where as the “safe place” photo they supplied was just a closeup of someone’s open shed / garage - looked abandoned. Impossible to find where they delivered it “exactly” - could literally be anywhere. Tracking is a joke as they said it was being delivered on the Saturday but then delivered to wrong address on Monday. Don’t use this company. Zero stars.
