No notification that they would be delivering, just a slip through the door saying that it had been tried to be delivered. I was working in the kitchen, right next to the front door. No knocks, just a slip which I didnt even hear coming through the letterbox! Checked with neighbours, no attempts to leave with them and yet the slip was marked "No suitable location to leave parcel". What a joke! No ability to contact a human, terrible support.

Delivery was due on the 3/12/2020 - that’s what their tracking email/text said. It is now the 5th. After looking at the sea of negative reviews, it seemed the best way to speed up my delivery was to give them a call. Spoke with a computer which took my tracking info to “arrange a delivery”. Seemed the delivery date I was originally given was bogus. I will now have to wait until the 8/12 to see if they stick to the new date. If you’re having problems, try rearranging the date by giving them a call! I’m hoping it’s a lack of organisation and that the original message I got was incorrect. We shall see...

Absolutely shocking pre 1300 Friday - took a pic of the local post box!!! rebooked for pre 0900 Saturday They changed that to 1030 without informing me and then didn't arrive - no information Trying to get hold of them - nigh on impossible - appalling call centre - completely incompetent

Avoid DX at all cost! I freaked out when i seen the parcel i ordered will be delivered by this company. Based on my previous experiences i was afraid they will late, damage my parcel, not be available on phone nor emails. They did not disappoint... I wait for my next day delivery for fifth day now. DX is one very much unreliable and not trustworthy company.

Shocking service. Delivery still not arrived and unable to use tracking. Tried phoning and was held on phone for over 30 minutes. So far no one answered.

My Heart sank when I saw my order was being delivered by DX. The company I work for used them for 2 months to deliver their products, they lost £1000s of pounds worth of packages with many many customer complaints. We stopped using them. Most of the drivers are very unprofessional, one that came to pick up bought his wife along for the ride and was cought by the owner up one of her trees stealing apples !!! Another driver bought his 2 children along and sent them out to grab all the packages. The item I am waiting for is 4 glass birds, I will be amazed if when they do arrive (if they arrive at all) they will not be broken as a college visited one of their disgusting dirty wear houses in Crawley, only to find a massive pile of packages and boxes in the middle of the floor with vans and cars all backing in, drivers climbing all over them scrambling to find the Packages for their rounds ! The company is so unorganised and shady. Some of our products came back and had even been run over 😂😂😂😂 Well, my delivery is 5 days late now with tracking just saying...out for delivery ! Good luck to any one waiting for something to arrive from DX !

Awful, go elsewhere. Parcel still not arrived, over a week late even though they messaged me on the day of delivery to say it would be delivered. Kept checking the tracking and keeps saying out for redelivery but never appears. How can it be out for redelivery if they haven’t even attempted to deliver. Customer service is appalling, can’t get hold of anyone on the phone as they just tell you to email, you email and get no response for days.

I wish I could give 0. I had a delivery for a birthday cake today, got informed that my item will be delivered between 8-6pm. I waited at the door practically all day, there was no delivery. Then at 5:30, it updated to delivered and signed for which was a terrible lie. Called the customer service, they claimed the update was a mistake. That delivery attempted but no one was home. Another big lie because I was at the door waiting and looking out the window. They now suggested delivering next week friday on their available date for a birthday cake!!! What am I supposed to do with a week old cake? Please do not use this service! Very poor service, dishonest and unprofessional.

Should have delivered 2/12/20 between 18.18 and 20.18 did not arrive and no message......Delivered today about 15.40 this is what parcel looked like didn’t even knock at door.......

Failed to pick up my parcel twice. Message said unable to locate address which was ridiculous as it is a shop with the name above in large lettering,never had a problem before with pick ups only Dx. I don't think the pick up was even attempted. complete waste of time

I'm still waiting for my parcel which was due on the 25th called to be told they had to speak to operations to find out what's happened as my tracking keeps changing was supposed to be due today guess what nothing still I have emailed numerous times aswell .

Disgusting service. Told me that the driver was unable to access the property when I’ve been at home all day. Even tested the door bell to check it works...and to no surprise it does! Totally unacceptable delivery company behaviour. AVOID WHEREVER POSSIBLE! Would give 0 stars if I could. Sounds like many others with the same issue, sort your drivers out DX Delivery!

I will not use DX again twice now they have failed to pick up parcels and I have sat in waiting. This has not happened with any other delivery company. I will pay more in future and use a reliable company

Heard nothing for 2 days after a missed delivery that we waited in for. Go to the tracking app and it says 'DX has your item but there are some delays at this time, bear with us, we will deliver soon. What does that mean???!!!! Rubbish, retailers DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

There parcel collector lie and say they missed me when I was in all day. Oddly it happened 15 minutes before the end of their collection time. They are obviously spending last 15 mins pretending they attempted collection on all the ones they didn't have time to collect that day.

They have Had my parcel for 7 days now. Told everyday it was going to be delivered. Guess what it never arrived. Followed tracking for delivery driver and he never comes anywhere near my house. What a joke. Don’t go near them they don’t know how to deliver a parcel and have no respect at all for their customers. Worst delivery service I have ever known

It’s a pity there is not a 0 stars option. After paying for expedited 2-day delivery, we believed the parcel would arrive by Tuesday. It didn’t. We didn’t receive a tracking number until the Friday, when they sent an email explaining that there had been some delays. The parcel was very important for plans we had on Saturday, so it needed to be delivered either Friday or Saturday morning. On Friday, we tracked the parcel and saw that it was ‘out for delivery’ - well clearly not for us! On the Saturday morning we received an email from them that we were not in and that a note had been left for us in the mail box. We have not left our home for the past week! And when we checked the mail box, there was no such note. All in all, terrible service. ‘Exact delivery’ - absolute tosh. It’s over 4 days late, little to no contact, the tracking is obviously as useful as a glass eye and they’ve lied. Would definitely not recommend!
