COULD NOT HAVE MADE THIS UP COMPANY LOST A KING SIZE MATRESS THEN TRIED YO SAY IT WAS SIGNED BY US. JUST ASWELL WE HAVE CCTV AT HOME DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DISHONEST ????

Worst delivery service ever, delivery driver doesnt even come to the property to deliver package, a SMS comes through saying "unable to deliver". I was in the property all the time they saying tried to deliver. I have tried rearranging delivery three times same story on three occassion. The package is from specsavers which easily fits through letterbox anyway. Checked CCTV no signs of DX driver coming to the property. No idea whats going to happen with my package which costed me nearly £160. NEVER USING DX DELIVERY AGAIN...

Joke of a delivery service, online chat is useless, promise you a call never happens, suppliers pay good money for a sub standard delivery service. I for one will be asking from now on if I buy anything and if they tell me DX is the shipper I'll be sure to purchase elsewhere instead, infuriating! All they need to do is call you if there's a problem but they'd rather just do nothing.

I ordered 2 separate things from 2 different companies and unfortunately both use DX. 2 weeks later I am making a follow up and being told the items were delivered on 5 November. The funny thing is I was home for the whole week and I never saw any delivery and neither did my neighbours. Company tracking says items were delivered and signed for but they can’t show a copy of signature. A nightmare to deal with and trying to follow up. They do not read queries and just answer to what they think you are asking. Wouldn’t buy from anyone who uses them again!

Cant get hold of anyone, and only deliver Monday to Friday, I have to work so do my neighbours, but they won't leave the parcel in a safe place. shocking service stay away,

Absolutely shocking service. Every day for the last 4 days I have had a message giving me an allocated time slot for a delivery. I've made sure I've been in 4 days in a row at the specified times to take delivery. Shame I'm the only one that turned up - Abdelkarium the driver obviously couldn't be bothered. Seriously, what's the point in giving guaranteed delivery times when there is no chance of them being fulfilled? DX might even be worse than Yodel.......and that's saying something!

Scheduled delivery (by DX) due to take place yesterday 09:18 (?) - 11:18 At 10:50 I received a text to say they couldn’t find my house! (it’s really very easy to locate). I rescheduled delivery for today (0800-1800) but once again no delivery, no reason given, no communication at all. Rubbish. Why do companies still use them?

not recieved my parcel .and when contacted saying they never had it and when I spoke to sender they confirmed they have .never again it's a shame this will be first and last .come on dx delivery you got so many bad reviews this is terrible services

Poor service, I received a text message that my order would be delivered on Friday last week today is Wednesday I still haven't got an update I had to call them and rebook?? Not Happy

For 2 day running i have waited for a delivery that says they are close by, then it doesn't turn up, no card no explanation & you can't speak to anyone. What sort of courier service would do this & why do companies use them. The reviews on here are all bad so they have a problems that they don't seem to correct or care about the custermors.

I was expecting my delivery today. I have been all day at home. At 18:20 I have received a message:’we were not able to deliver, a calling card has been left..’ No calling card was left, no driver come to our door. Extremely unprofessional. Do not use this company

I ordered a sofa through Claytons Carpets and the courier DX ..where due to deliver it today. I even got a text last night, to say the delivery slot was between 10 and 12 today. At 12 I started to track the driver. It said at 12.27 they were in Hertford (this is 40mins away). At 12.32 it said they had attempted delivery!!!!!! A total lie and one which can be proven with my screen shots. I contacted C.C and DX . The lady (Gillian) at DX , put the phone down on me!! I continued to phone and so did CC. Eventually DX said it WAS NEVER ON THE VAN!! ... I still do not know where my furniture is or when it will be delivered. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER COMPANY and make sure you check when ordering something, that it ISNT DX the delivery.. i LOOK TO TAKE THIS FURTHER. They should be shut down.

This is probably one of the worst delivery services around! they have failed to deliver a parcel for Specsavers 3 times! There is no customer service and the only way to get in touch is via an automated phone system that the only option that is made available is to re-arrange delivery, which of course never happens! Vicious circle!

unreliable! constantly pushing off delivery times!!! you can be waiting all day at home because they said they will deliver today 7.00am then in the end of the day when you call them they will give you the funniest reasons in the world (i think they have a ready sheet or book with reasons, such good ones). you can end up waiting at home for your delivery a whole week or more. today (afternooon) they gave me a reason they said "the lorry was to big to turn the corners, sounds very childish, have never heard such a reason where i live, roads are very wide in my area. other times they answerd me after waiting a whole day at home that " the driver has run out hours", (if they make up reasons i think they should make up better reasons) after a few days of waiting they let me know that the item broke, they said they will bring a new one not sure who paid for it seller or carrier, and then the same thing happened, they gave us a slot between 7 and 11 am and we ended up waiting at home all day!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought an item and it was booked with this company for delivery on a weekday to my office. I waited until 6pm and nothing arrived so rebooked. It's due today between 6pm and 7pm - two hours after my work closes its doors. their only response is well you will need to rebook it - what, for 7pm again?????? I have no option but to wait at work for 2 hours until they decide to arrive.
