“Had DX a few times now and i must say i have not had any items damaged. had a upvc window sill today via trulypvc off ebay and alls good. it was originally scheduled for yesterday 28th 1st 25 so i rescheduled it for today thurs 30th 1st 25. and they texted saying it would be between 4.50pm and 5.50pm. they arrived with it at 10am which is even better and it worked in well for me and them too. can.t fault them at all. 😉👍”

“What can I add to the numerous bad reviews of this company? They had my package for eight days without delivering it. Their website informed me that it was out for delivery twice and rescheduled six times. They even claimed that on one occasion they left a calling card. This was not true. I eventually persuaded the company that sent the package to get DX to return it to sender. DX actually managed to do this, although it took them a further three days. It was then dispatched again via FedEx, and I got it within 24 hours.”

“Terrible service, I am shocked that anyone would use this company. They fabricate delivery times, lie about delivery methods and are not answerable for their rubbish delivery drivers who are paid not to deliver it seems.”

“Awful! Came to collect passport. Long queue of 20-30 people waiting. Closed the doors sharp. No warning as all to people outside waiting in the cold or that they wouldn't be seen. Also no warning of this in their emails. One star is too high for them.”

“Waited in for 2 whole days for my delivery, tracking service doesn't work, estimated delivery times are purely fictional, no-one on the phone to answer queries, have to wait in for a 3rd day now, they blame me for not being in! I have a life I need to attend to.”

“Would give zero stars if I could. They claim to have attempted delivery, can’t see it on our CCTV. Have had to go to the depot to pick up my parcels where the manager is so useless he thinks he is doing me a favour. Avoid completely”

“The item was due for delivery this morning. I waited in for it. They claimed to have tried to deliver and left a card. No one tried to deliver as can be shown on my ring camera. They never left a card either. Not only have they been dishonest regarding the delivery, but they’ve wasted my morning. They have to be the worst delivery company ever.”

“Left a £400 parcel on my doorstep, even though I requested a change to delivery date as I would not be home, fraudulently forged my signature and claimed ‘delivered’. Parcel stolen from my doorstep and refused to take accountability. Dreadful service.”

“If I could have given no stars I would have. They tried to deliver on a Monday, we weren’t in, no note was left we had no idea what was happening. Had to contact the seller. Arranged to take a day off on Thursday so rearranged. No delivery, they tried to deliver again on Friday, we weren’t there, no card etc left again. Rang the number on the website to discover you can only contact them via live chat. The person on live chat said they would deliver on Saturday, they didn't. Checked the website, it said that they were going to deliver Monday, had to take another day off.”

“I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the despicable service provided by this courier company. Their couriers are completely unprofessional, and their processes are laughably inadequate for a company claiming to offer "next-day delivery" for fragile items sent via special delivery. My parcel, a fragile plant that was a gift for Sunday, was marked as "undeliverable" because the courier supposedly "could not find the address." This is absurd, considering it’s a large, easily accessible house on a major road that has stood for over 100 years. No other courier has ever had trouble finding it. To make matters worse, they later marked it as a "missed delivery," even though the courier never made any attempt to deliver it. When I escalated the issue, they admitted the courier didn’t even try to deliver the parcel. Yet, their response was to tell me I’d have to wait 72 hours for someone to contact me and "try to resolve" the issue. By that time, the plant will most likely be damaged. This is completely unacceptable. I specifically arranged my day to ensure I would be home to receive the delivery, but the company’s negligence has not only caused me immense frustration but has also likely ruined a thoughtful gift. Their customer service and lack of accountability are appalling. This company has utterly failed to provide even a basic level of service, and I would strongly advise against using them for any important deliveries.”

“Absolutely atrocious. Two deliveries (no idea why they were separate as they were ordered together). First delivered to the wrong address and second ignoring the delivery note with CLEAR instructions on which building it is. It has been over a week and nobody answers query messages and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a person over the phone.”

“I have had the misfortune of ordering two items from two different suppliers who have chosen to use DX Express (there’s nothing express about them). After being told of 3 different days that the first item was out for delivery, DX lost the item. The replacement delivery was no better. I gave up waiting in for them as they would say the item was being delivered on a particular day within a particular time frame and it would never arrive. I am currently waiting delivery of an item from another supplier using DX. I have had notification that the item would be delivered on 4 separate days now and on each occasion it has never turned up. It’s supposedly out for delivery today 10days after the first notification of delivery. A completely incompetent delivery company”
