Worse courier service in the UK. They came to deliver 5 days in a row, no one was in to sign for it. And they don't deliver weekends. So if you work Monday to Friday, no chance your getting your parcel. I contacted them and they never got back to me. In the end I contacted the website who I purchased the item from and they arranged for it to be sent back for a refund. Absolutely terrible courier service.

"I've been waiting for my package for 5 days, and the status is still 'in delivery.' This is the worst courier company I know. If you want to avoid stress, I recommend avoiding them. They are the worst.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stayed in on four separate days. No delivery, not even attempted (although they lied and said they had in the first) meaningful contact is impossible. Debenhams.com will soon go bust like their stores.

By far the worst courier service I have ever had to deal with. I paid an expensive next day delivery charge for my flooring to be delivered. 2 attempts but didn’t even bother ringing the bell , just had a notification saying that delivery was attempted WHICH IT WASN’T. Tried calling them directly, and literally must have called about 20 times before I got to speak to someone. That person was so unhelpful, terrible customer service and told me that DX also don’t deliver Saturdays. Still don’t have the flooring after a week , and need it urgently so am going to cancel my order and collect from Homebase where I can click and collect within 30 mins.

Awful, lying, poor delivery service, if you can call it a service that is. Not entirely how this company is still going. Any companies using DX will ultimately lose business as I cannot see anyone purchasing more than once from a company who uses DX.

Avoid like the plague, lost two items in a row, 9 attempts of deliver and numerous excuses later item was returned to seller and I never received it, never been so frustrated, wasted numerous days waiting in, numerous lies from the staff just to get rid of you! Will check before I order anything on line now to make sure these cowboys aren’t the courier!!! Not worth the one star I had to give them!

Attempted delivery of documents required for passport outside of timeframe they suggested and to the wrong address twice. Phone numbers supplied not answered or answered by someone unable to help.

The worst courier company I've had experience with. The driver came near my house twice, but never made attempt to deliver my item, falsely claiming that I was not in.

Terrible service. All automated and most importantly every time we've ordered something due to be delivered by DX something goes wrong. Today it's out for delivery. We could see it on the map, 10 mins from our house. Waited in for hours during the delivery window, then suddenly the map updates and the driver is going in the opposite direction! This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened with your service. It's an absolute disgrace. Obviously we would not choose to use their service, we bought something off Amazon and didn't have a choice in the matter. If you do have a choice boycott at all costs. Absolute joke, no customer service at all. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Expected my delivery today to be told the driver is busy and can’t deliver, what sort of company is this? Then told I can collect from depot so I’m doing their job no thanks total waste of space

AVOID! This company is terrible, customer service a joke if you get to speak to anyone. Send about 5 different emails to tell you there coming all with different dates. express delivery a joke 15 days in. If there was half a star I still wouldn’t give it them. Told the supplier to change currier.

Appaling company not worth the 1 star I had to provide to write this review, DX called at my property 3 days ago, I answered using my ring doorbell and asked the courier to put the parcel in my large secure metal parcel box by the front door, he refused say he needed the parcel signed for, I tried on 3 attempts to speak to someone to no avail, there are only automated messages. I rearranged the parcel for delivery today, took the day off work, watched the tracking which said the parcel was out for delivery at 05:21 only for it to be updated at 11.06 saying it had been scanned back to the delivery depot. I tried calling again, the automated service said the parcel delivery is scheduled for today and it does NOT need a signature. I have been on hold to the DX general enquires number for over an hour to no avail. THIS COMPANY IS APPALLING, IT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT IT IS DOING, HIDES BEHIND AUTOMATED ANSWERING AND CANNOT DO THE ONE THING IT IS SUPPOSED TO WHICH IS DELIVERY PARCEL. AVOID DX AT ALL COSTS, THERE ARE OTHER DELIVERY COMPANIES THAT ARE POOR BUT DX IS BEYOND USELESS.

Terrible customer service. They are unable to track thier own internal deliveries between their depots and take up to a week to complete an overnight delivery. !!!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Awful delivery 2 heavy clothes lines poles were left in the middle of the path so anyone could trip over. We asked driver to politely move them told us "no! I'm not doing that" and walked off.
