Appalling service delivery cancelled on scheduled delivery day and moved to 7 days later, no answer to calls or emails. Delivery finally arrives after 1½ weeks. Driver then walks across the garden instead of the drive unbelievable, shambolic best avoided.

Absolutely do not invest with this company. Contacts on this platform include Adam Shaw, Jonathan Gordon, John Andris etc. They removed US$376000 in my trading account claiming my trade was illegal. When ! went to close my account they altered my crypto wallet so now my US$376000 is now lost in this company Nothing but thieves from this trading platform,my only saviour from this company was that I was able to  report this company to the Economic Crime Command (ECC) who referred me to this man called Alexi victim with the email address alexivictimhelps @ mail . com who was able to recover all my funds from this company.. please do not invest with this company, they are good with sweet words in you investing and trading with them but they will never release your profits for you rather they will block your account or freeze it..

they lie in a day light . they do not go to pick up parcel from the sender and say we have no information on our system .

Appalling service. I won't use any companies that use this delivery method in future. They fail to turn up at the times they give, no apologies, then say they've been when I am sat in my house and have a ring doorbell and no one has been near it. Impossible to speak to anyone to chase it up. Shocking service.

Useless company three times I have been told delivery today three times no delivery no explanation no excuse as long as E Bay use this cowboy outfit I will never buy anything again

Without doubt the most unprofessional , so called delivery service provider we have ever experienced. If we ever have DX stated as the delivery courier we will cancel the order rather than have the unpleasant time delay, package damaged experience ever again. Advice any one to use DPD or Any other courier as DX will cause you nothing but stress.

I've had 3 delivery dates from these people and didn't arrive on any of them they haven't even given me another date. Worst delivery company ever I'm asking the company I bought from for my money back. I thought yodel was bad but DX TAKE THE BISCUIT WORST DELIVERY IN THE UK

Worst customer service ever took over 30 mins for them to answer and then cut the phone straight away with out saying a word called again 28 mins later they answered and wasn’t really helpful

I have the driver recorded on video from my front doorbell, coming 5 metres away from my front door and throwing on the sidewalk 2 cards saying they tried to deliver but they missed me, while I was home. They never approached the front door, never called my phone or tried to deliver the package I was expecting. I tried calling DX Delivery 2 minutes later after the driver had left, stayed on the phone for 20 minutes but no one answered. I am assuming the driver either didn't want to deliver the package since he might have damaged it, or might have completely forgotten to bring the package with him on the van and noticed only when he was here that he was missing the package. Because there is no other explanation on how absurd and surreal this is. The driver is on video, coming on the sidewalk in front of my front door, throwing ON THE SIDEWALK 2 cards saying "we missed you", and left. He didn't even try to leave the cards on my front door but threw them on the sidewalk. I was so unlucky to have to expect packages twice from DX Delivery and both times the experience has been horrible.

After reading lots of negative reviews I was worried about our packages being delivered today .. however I have had no problems with DX , in fact the driver was extremely helpful .

Sent an email from dx to advise my delivery will be delivered Thursday any time 8-6 what a total waste of my day waited in all day lost a day at work. No delivery no message absolute disgusting why are firms using these people I will be ringing the manufacturer tomorrow and cancel the ordrr

Terrible company, ordered something from Ebay. Item was out for delivery New Years Eve, then got a message saying it wasn't, so a wasted day in. Then got a message saying it would be delivered on the 2nd between 15.00 and 17.00. Went on the map tracker and could see the driver a couple of miles away. Went on an hour later and he's further away. Then got a message saying there was a failed delivery and to rebook. I was literally sitting by the door. There is no ne to actually talk to at customer service as I rung the number. You have to go on Web Chat and all they said was the item is showing as needing to be rebooked for delivery. No help what so ever, driver was clearly lying. So they have failed to deliver on 2 days that they said they would deliver an item.

We are disgusted with DX delivery, we waited in all day for our delivery, no one arrived, had a text message from them saying as we were not home they would deliver the next day, WHAT RUBBISH! The next day we were looking out the window, saw the DX van drive passed at a speed, ten minutes later passed back the other way, didnt even stop, had another text message, saying as we were not home they would deliver tomorrow. We got in touch with Amazon to cancel the order, they were very quick to respond and we had our money back, the company we were going to have the goods from was also excellent service, which is a shame for them as they lost a sale. We will never deal with DX again....

Worst delivery company ever. Even worse than RM and that's saying something. As usual they have mucked up delivery and now about a week over the delivery date. They "can't find" my parcel. Just the usual zero standard i have learned to expect from DX.

Awful, extremely pathetic attitude, they say can't deliver as nobody home, I changed address to the neighbours but still they lied again today. I had my parcel coming from Pakistan, they haven't deliver me yet don't know what they gonna do with it.

Truly lives up to the rating, if anything, it should be lower. Delivery driver didn't even bother ringing my doorbell, and drops a calling card in instead. Pure laziness if you ask me, it really isn't hard to ring a bell and wait a few seconds, it's more effort to keep redelivering, taking a photo in front of my door and writing me a missed delivery card. I had to call the local depot myself and explain that the same thing had happened 5 times, and they were quite understanding, going as far as to call the driver to reattempt the delivery on the same day. They also noted the delivery notes where it said to ring the doorbell, knock or call my mobile (I had these updated on the delivery notes prior as it had happened so many times). I have had to cancel plans and sit at home waiting for this delivery 5 times. When I met the driver (Scott), he told me he does not work 12 hours or get paid enough per delivery to have to wait for someone to answer the door. He insists that having done this job for 25 years, he knows how to ring a doorbell, so I suppose the doorbell that has been working all this time (including days where I have been sat at home waiting for the delivery) must suddenly decide to stop working when he presses it. He must have magical fingers that momentarily break electrical circuits, or weak knuckles that are not able to withstand knocking a door. Since he claims that the doorbell doesn't work (it definitely does), I assume he has not been able hear the bell ring from outside on all his previous delivery attempts. If that were the case, I imagine the next best course of action that would cross the mind of anyone with common sense would be to knock. Or perhaps myself and my housemates become deaf as soon he comes near the door? In conclusion, I suppose this will remain a mystery because there didn't seem to be a doubt in Scott's mind that he is faultless and does his job flawlessly, my account of events would probably differ. Don't use DX, what a waste of time and money.

Terrible,didn’t do delivery at all but been told unable to deliver to the place because nobody there .the driver lied to me and the company! We are all here to waiting the parcel.no photo to prove .terrible company terrible driver
