Paid for Saturday morning redelivery between 9-1 at rang the office just after 1 no idea where the driver was. Why is the Passport Office using this courier service when they are hopeless?

Delivery person didnt come to deliver,or even leave a card. It was a free delivery,but I was offered a redelivery on a saturday without being told you charge for it. Then she said i could have redelivery free as a goodwill gesture! What a cheek!! I waited in all day for that parcel.

Never turned up even though paid for redelivery at a specific time (afternoon) took time off work too. All I got was an email saying they attempted delivery, lies. DX will be out of business soon due to their terrible reputation and service, the only positive I see.

Absolutely appalling service. Took time off work, sat at home waiting for the delivery and then I receive an email saying we couldn’t deliver? Yes I was sat at home in my apartment waiting for a knock on the door, a call or something at least? Then when you go online to try and talk to someone it goes straight to voice email saying please email us we will respond in 24hrs. Just terrible DO NOT USE.

Hopeless. No timeslots given for delivery, no tracking number givem - and all phone numbers for them have a recorded message 'we're too busy' and the line just cuts off. Absolutely no way of getting in touch with them. DISASTER. AVOID.

Only a 1 star as I could not select zero!! The only five star they Get is for inventive excuses!!! 3 days our new bathroom suite has been sat in the back of their van!!! Should of been delivered Monday. It’s now Wednesday 4pm and our delivery is nowhere to be seen!!! Three days off work and one excuse after the other! The first excuse was, no one home! ( I took the day off work. We also have cctv and delivery was never even attempted!) then bad weather was a reason for no delivery! Then a broken down van! Never arrived Tuesday. We incurred a mobile phone bill for £8 on hold and they never answered! Finally got through and the delivery was rescheduled for between 10am-12pm Today (Wednesday) guess what! ... never arrived. We called them to be told the van had fallen into a ditch! Our delivery would be here for 3pm! It never arrived! It’s been rescheduled 4-5pm! Let’s hope the bathroom suite is in one piece when/If it finally arrives after it’s off road accident!! Don’t ever use this courier service they don’t deserve your business!

Absolutely disgusting customer service!!! Our bathroom has been on the back of their van for three days!!! Should of been delivered on Monday it’s now Wednesday and it’s missed three separate dates and times! They’ve completely lied. Stated a failed delivery Monday. No attempt was ever made to deliver! (We have cctv!) I arranged the day off work and waited home all day! (Now 3 days off work!)We called the contact number. No answer! We called the second day. Put on hold for 15 minutes!! Incurred a £8 phone bill through their helpline and never got through! When finally getting through and challenging their excuses for ‘failed delivery’ we were given three different stories! Bad weather, Van broken down, no answer! Never arrived Tuesday! Should of been delivered Wednesday between 10am and 12pm! It’s now 4pm and no sign! We’ve spoken to these jokers twice today given another time for delivery (3pm) We’ve had another time given for delivery at 5pm! Their excuse is the van has now fallen into a ditch!! The only 5 star they get is for inventive excuses!! Let’s hope the bathroom suite arrives in once piece after it’s off road accident! This company does not deserve your business and undoubtedly will get you poor customer reviews!! Avoid at all costs!!! I will never use this courier service ever!!!

Waited in all day for passport, no one turned up. On the tracking, it said they had attempted delivery which they hadn't. Do not use this courier if you can avoid it.

I am waiting for an item. Paid the slot fee. Scheduled it. Stayed in. No one showed up. No calls. No nothing. Spent hours on the phone to get my fee back. No apologies. Rescheduled delivery. Again waiting. No show. You call them, they say we're busy and please send an email. You send an email, they say they will reply in 24 hours. This company's service is so incredibly bad that it reads like fiction.

Absolutely horrible service, I don’t know why the passport office works with these incompetent people?? I’ve waited 2 days at home, taking days off work to collect my passport but the driver failed to deliver the item as instructed... Unbelievably professional...

The worst delivery courier they are cheating absolute liars, they say they will deliver our parcel but they are never coming I’m absolutely disgusted. I really don’t know how they manage to operate they are thieves and a scam really. This parcel company shouldn’t even be existed , how? Really don’t recommend this company the Is worst I have ever seen in my life.

Worst delivery company rescheduled my delivery for 2 days later they came 2 different days I'd not arranged ,no time slot no txt no call service centre 20 miles away gave up will wait for parcel to go back to sender and get a refund

They have delivered my passport to someone else. Yes, they delivered a special delivery without an ID confirmation. Someone signed for my passport delivery and DX delivery do not even lift a finger to help the situation. I could get some help from the VFS global (which was the sender). However, DX delivery has automated responses. They wanted me to check the reception of my building, which DOES NOT EXIST. Then, they wanted me to check my neighbours. Obviously, none of my neighbours had my passport. I do not know what will happen to my passport anymore, that is why I am writing this review now. My suggestion to anyone who reads this, DO NOT TRUST DX DELIVERY. Avoid it like it is the coronavirus.

Waiting for a samsung watch to be delivered, they says was delivered and sign for, never happened. Scam company and thieves drivers. Shame for samsung because they choose to work with sla company like this.

This company doesn't deserve a single star. The worst service I have experienced. They just through the card outside the block and didn't bother to ring the flat number and deliver the passport properly as it should be.

Terrible service. I worked from home to ensure I was in all day. followed tracking on their website all day. Finally the tracking system updated late afternoon saying the driver tried to deliver at 1.30pm but could not get access to property. This is a blatant lie, as I was in all day and no one even rang the door bell. Clearly couldn't be bothered / had time to deliver my parcel so made up an excuse. Terrible service - don't touch them with a barge pole if you can avoid them.

Apparently my dad passport was delivered on 29 January to his door which apparently did not happen I have checked cctv and no one had been to the door and apparently someone has signed for it at the door according to dx the driver says he has delivered it and know the passport office is investigating where the passport has gone .dx delivery company are a scam the way they deliver goods to your door never use them .also the driver took pics of another door which don't even match my dad front door .

I had booked a collection for a return to an online shop with DX, and was given a timeframe between 9am and 5pm, meaning I had to take annual leave and was unable to leave the house all day. Unfortunately DX did not show up; another collection date was arranged and I called the day before to confirm, but despite this it was another no show. In the meantime all of my emails had been ignored, so I got the online retailer I tried to return an item to arranged another date for me, only for DX to not show up for the third time. I have sent several emails, and DX have not been in touch to either apologise, offer an explanation or offer another date for finally fulfilling the service I have already paid for and on which I already wasted three full days. Steer well clear.
