Absolute joke of a company been waiting on a parcel for 3 weeks said it’s been attempted 3 times when I’ve been in and they haven’t done !! 😡

Always ask a firm if they use dx.If they do I do not place an order.Everydody should do that

Claimed first delivery date missed as sent to wrong depot. Now there is just no delivery, nothing.

Delivery did not arrive, unable to speak to anyone - just an automated system. When I track the parcel it still says it is on the lorry

Their service is appalling!. They claim to have tried to deliver and that no one is home. Utter lies.... as l work from home and can see who is approaching my front door each day. THEY CATEGORICALLY DID NOT attempt to deliver anything on the 6th and 7th January. Then when you try to ring up to complain you only get recorded messages and menus .... and not a human being. Despicable service!!!

Received a text on Wednesday saying delivery will be you with today. No delivery. Same again on Thursday. It's now Monday a third text and the delivery driver has missed his delivery window yet again. This is 3 days of waiting in for a parcel that is yet to be delivered, with no apology or follow-up text saying there is a delay. Would strongly recommend any company thinking of using these for delivery services to stay well away.

Parcel left at wrong house Photo taken by the driver proves this. Well it is number 4 but not my door. Only machines to talk to. Tracking number not being recognised. Truly shocking company!

Terrible company, the damage they do is incredible, they must go on special courses to learn this, hope they are well insured. New toilet pan smashed to pieces, see photo.

Worst delivery company I have ever expereinced in my life, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I placed an order on Amazon for a pair of golf shoes which should have been delivered on Decmber 31st but didnt arrive so contacted DX who told me it should be with me on 31st December but if not I would definately have it on January 4th. Got called on January 4th to be told it will now be January 5th. Got a voicemail on January 5th to advise it would be January 6th. At that point I went into a live chat to cancel the order as it had been rescheduled 6 times. The advisor I spoke to told me to call Boothen Limited and then ended the chat, no phone number, no email, no reference number, nothing. So went back into another live chat and was told DX do not have any details for boothen limited at all. I found it strange that because DX are useless at delivering my item I would need to the leg work to get the order cancelled and refunded. So i went on to google to locate Boothen limiteds details. Could not find any phone numbers or email addresses so back onto another DX live chat and this time I was told to contact Amazon and also the seller I bought the item off of which I have done. Between the 6 delivey reschedules, abysmal customer service and the difficulties with actually cancelling an order I would avoid DX at all costs. I used to workin a call centre for B&Q and it was DX who done all of the deliveries. The amount of complaints we received about deliveries going wrong was insane. It comes as no surpise to me that my DX delivery has been so poorly handled to the point where you feel DX couldnt care less whether you get your delivery or not.

Would leave minus stars if I could. Waiting for a delivery for nearly a month. They keep saying they can't find our address. Every other delivery company has no such problem. Today I received a message saying "unable to deliver at 14:29 as nobody was in" and so they left a calling card. I was in at the time, NOBODY came to the house and, guess what - NO CALLING CARD!!! Absolutely useless and now a bunch of outright LIARS too. AVOID this company and any business that is stupid enough to use them for deliveries.

I would like to leave a zero, my item was supppsed to be here between 07:00 - 13:00. it is 16:30 and it hasn’t even left the yard according to the tracker, live chat is non existent. So I call the office and I am on hold for 30 minutes, they then put me through to express and I’m on hold for 25 minutes and given the option for them to call me back if I give a number. I am still waiting and this is a car battery that my wife needs for work.

Diabolical is about the only way to describe this company. From the constant lies the call centres give to the delivery drivers that have the worst attitudes in delivery, I am surprised this outfit is still in business! I have had about 10 deliveries from this company in my entire life and not one has gone as expected however them losing my passport with a new visa application is the final straw. I have paid out over £700 for my passport and new visa and all I get from anyone is "It is still in Edinburgh" and that it has missed it's connecting truck on it's journey. It has been in Edinburgh now for five days when it was supposed to be a next day service. When I ask why it keeps missing the truck for three days they get angry at me as if I have no right to question their incompetence! Complete joke. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolutely disgusted with this companies so called delivery service, waited in all day, item was due to be delivered by 3.20 pm, kept watching the updates but updates ceased at 12.20pm no notification to say parcel wouldn’t be delivered, can’t contact anyone to query this. This is a joke of a company

Disgusting, I sat in all day to watch parcel be only 5 roads away then dissappear after my two hour slot their automated voice keeps hankering up on me but their liar of a delivery driver made a big mistake at the time he said I wasn't in half hour before my arranged slot I had a axon parcel and dead on 12 my tescos came. He couldn't access the building because I'm flat 2 he didn't bother to come here or he would have seen a house there are no flats lazy drivers despicable service they've been reported to amazon as sellers to be investigated because 6 pages of 1 star reviews is concerning now I don't know when I'm going to get my parcel if I'll get parcel but me and 3 children don't have a dining set to eat at let alone for Christmas Dinner well done DX you lot are wankers atleast employ honest decent people

That company is a JOKE !!! Since a week im waiting for my parcel. Got information that I should have a calling card but it’s not true. My wife is in home 24/7 and NO ONE left ANY cards. Got cameras in front !!!!! Changed adress and today is the same !!! My sister was waiting all day and guess what ??? Calling card !!!! But we can’t find that card. What a liars. IM IN HOME AND NEED THAT ASAP !!!!!!!!!
