To be fair there were two delivers via DX. First was great, left a note yo ask if they could leave neighbour & they did. Thought great. Second delivery was for today. Got a message to say, sorry we missed you, we've left a card. Um no they didn't, no card & no delivery & I was in all day because I was expecting a couple of deliveries plus i have a dog who barks. But the worse part is the appalling customer. First uou can't sowzk to anyone . You can use Xpert to contact, but no idea on response time. The contact number is now only automated for rescheduling a delivery, and the Live Chat is useless 65 mins for a response & you can't leave the screen or it curs off your call. Absolutely awful customer support, didn't think anyone could bring worse than Evri but DX have managed it. Have fed back to the company I purchased from.

Not delivery but put the status Delivered. When try to contact they said it's smash. Will resent for me but they didn't do anything after. Still leave the status "Delivered"

Very poor service left note for driver you leave parcel in letter box or call me Because I went to pickup my kids from school instead drop it calling me driver left note I missed you .. very poor service DX And when I’m calling company 30 min waiting on call I’m only hearing someone will come to call soon . Never ever used this company .

I can't believe how bad this country is ordered and it says delivered and it has not been delivered at all tried to phone the company but no luck at all with them at all ,

Absolutely the worst company ever. 10 days i have been waiting for delivery, they have delivered by order in 3 goes & still missing the vital delivery. In the end the fence company had to send an employee over 100 miles in a car to delivery the item whilst DX continue to mess us around. AVOID !!!!!!

Terrible company! I never make complaints an this is my first review If i could give less then one star i would! Missed placed parcels an very little you can do about it, caused me a nightmare, i might as well have drove to the shop myself

Very poor delivery company. Have said that they have tried to deliver and they haven’t. Then customer service told me that he couldn’t get here due to a road closure? I’ve had Amazon, eBay and online deliveries get here no problem at all.

Absolute joke!! I'm waiting in for a parcel that should have come last week. It seems everyone has the same problem, unreliable tracking and late delivery. I will be updating my supplier so they know not to send parcels with them. £6.95 for next day delivery and 6 days later it still isn't here.

They said I had missed delivery on Saturday and they had left a card. Not true, I was in and waiting for it. No idea where they attempted to deliver it. Can't get through to speak to anyone on Saturdays. And the bot thing is useless. Decided to go for redelivery today but it's an all day slot. Waited 40 minutes on the phone to speak to someone, just kept saying they couldn't answer my call, keep holding. I did leave messages for them on Saturday explaining how the configuration of the estate I'm on is worked (for today's delivery) No idea if this was passed on to the delivery team. Absolutely terrible communication with this company.

Do not use!! If your supplier uses DX find a new supplier!! I have been waiting 6 days for an overnight delivery and was told on three separate occasions by Kirsty from head office that the package would be delivered the next day!! Final straw was when I offered to collect the parcel myself from the Haydock depot where it has been for 5 days but was told by Michel in head office it had been sent out on a Saturday delivery and would be delivered before 12pm if not I could collect myself!! Nothing..... So called at depot to find it wasn't even open on a Saturday!! 18th Birthday Present for my son been that he will now miss!! Thanks DX

If I could give no stars I would. This company has had my item for 4 days now. Should have been with me on Tuesday the 3rd. Waited in all day and nothing turned. Item was back out for delivery the next and didn't turn up again. Next day I get a text to say my item will be delivered. No good as I was working all day. So I scheduled for today the 6th, and yet again nothing turned up. No courtesy call or email. Total disgrace, no standards left in this country now.

This company is by far the worst so called delivery company EVER!! Three set delivery slots and the idiot just leaves a TV on my back doorstep. If the brain cell was functioning then surely they wouldn’t have wedged a tv into the frame when nobody was in.

Terrible courier. Was supposed to receive parcel tue,wed, thu then again today but have still not received. Text being sent with timeslots then no one arriving. Absolute worst courier I have ever dealt with.

DX is the very worst of delivery companies and they set a new very low bar in customer service (there isn't any). I waited in all day for delivery that never arrived. I was asked to rebook delivery but yet again no delivery made. This happened for 4 whole days with NO delivery received, no apologies, lies about calling card and lies about no one in , which was a lie as each day I was waiting looking out for delivery. Amazed and disappointed that John Lewis uses such a wretched company.

My delivery slot was 12.26-14.26. At 13.30 according to their map the driver was 1 mile away. I was sat here by the window waiting - never came. Checked map again, he was heading north up the M1 miles away. By 4pm still no sign of delivery. Rang contact number, get through, paying for call but no one picks up. Rang the purchase company, they checked and came back saying driver was over his legal limit to drive any more!!!! At 1.30pm? Now expected to wait in on Monday. I ticked their box to be sent a text when one stop away - never had that either. Utter rubbish lying company and waste of my day.

Scam company, item never came and marked as delivered. When asked for refund asking to fill form to start police investigation. Stay away, not sure how in UK these courier services are thriving.

Was told day and time then got message that it hasn’t reached there depot yet which it told me the night before that it was there and now the trackings not working

For the second time my order from B&Q has not been delivered but is marked as complete on their website. I have been waiting for over two weeks and had to chase B&Q to get any information. This time I will be taking advice from a solicitor, this carry on has caused me considerable stress and left me unable to complete work on my home.
