Worst experience of any of the delivery services..Driver was rude and refused to walk up to my door and as an elderly lady with arthritis I had to go down to him.

Really, Really bad delivery company and they make Evri look good. paid for 24-hour delivery and I am still waiting 8 days later. They keep blaming illness and backlogs. lying to the Vendor aswell.

As echoed in nearly all the reviews below—steer clear of this company. The texts and emails are utterly meaningless, leading to hours wasted waiting on both promised days. It’s deeply disappointing that businesses continue to rely on this company to deliver their goods.

You are literally the worst courier I have ever had the misfortune to use. Your staff, procedures and entire company are absolutely useless. You must be a tax fiddle, as there's no way you would let your company become so abysmally poor. 1.4 star average on Trustpilot says it all. You toilet.

On Nov 21st I ordered 5 doors from B&Q to be delivered within 4 days. I heard nothing until November 29th when I received an email from the supplier, Jeld Wen, that the doors had been dispatched. On December 2nd I was called by B&Q to confirm that the doors had been delivered, I told them they had not and that I have not been contacted by either Jeld Wen or DX. Today is the December 4th and I decided to phone B&Q to find out what is going on, they contacted the supplier and got back to me. B&Q told me that the doors were on their way and gave me a tracking number, the tracking information tells me the doors will be delivered on December 2nd, two days ago. It is now 4:25pm on December 4th and there is still no change to the tracking information, the impression I get is that they just don't care. If the doors don't arrive tomorrow, December 5th, I will cancel the order and rent a van to pick the doors up from B&Q myself, DX will be getting the bill for the rental and my time. You might be thinking I am getting worked up about a delivery being two days late but, as I said at the start, they were ordered on November 21st and I expected delivery in two days, it is now two weeks.

Six consecutive days ( excluding weekend)delivery has been promised. Still no-one has turned up. Trading standards should be informed.

Took a day off of work to receive my parcel. Delivery window was between 2-4pm but it never got delivered and live tracking turned off. I’m genuinely very very very disappointed. If it was a regular parcel I could care less but this item that they’re delivering is a travel document. A literal travel document which I need for a trip soon. I’m honestly shocked and utterly disgusted by this service, and why the visa application centre uses this dump of a delivery company knowing that they’re delivering IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Was given a delivery time of 8am to 6pm. No proper tracking or contact details. Waited in for 10 hours for a very expensive delivery, which had to be received in person, nothing arrived! Looked up phone number for DX at 5.50pm, but no response as experiencing 'technical difficulties'. Disgraceful customer service. They should be ashamed!!

Ordered express delivery a week ago. Was supposed to arrive next day, reached my local depot 3 days later. 2 days after that they said it was out for delivery, it never came and I had taken day off from work. Checked tracker everyday, they just seem to be scanning it at the local depot and not sending it out. Never ordering from a company that uses these lot for deliveries again.

delivered on time by two very polite young men Abeid and Sourav. ,,. they took off their shoes each time they came in ( they were delivering 5 doors), put the doors were i requested. I was more than happy with this company's service and 2 employees.( i am submitting this review on behalf of my daughter as i was the one who was waiting at her house for the delivery and she does not leave reviews)

Worst company in world do not use said come to my house with parcel yesterday and left car but guess what my house is fully cameras and no one come near I take day off work as supposed to come today once again no joy cowboys is generous for this set of clowns STAY AWAY PEOPLE

Would have scored no stars. Shocking company taken two days off work and still no delivery. Says they have left two cards but yet to see either. Bunch of cowboys. Tracking system is useless, online service is worse and no one answers the phone. Avoid this company if you want to get your goods

Received an email stating tried to deliver you parcel 11.17 this is simply Not TRUE as I have been working in my garden all morning and no one has come to my door why have you lived about this. Have tried contacting you by phone after 38 minutes waiting to get through I gave up tried by email no reply tried customers service no reply have now contacted supplier to cancel order and now will have to contact bank to put into dispute to get my money back. Not fit foe purpose. Do not expect to hear back from you

Have had 7 shower panels delivered by DX. Six of them have arrived badly damaged, with large footprints on the external packaging. On the plus side, driver very polite, and arrived on time.

Another rancid piece of service from the worst courier in the UK. Obviously refused to deliver, after making me wait all day for them. Obviously they never ever tried to show up, no call, no card, no nothing. Obviously they are next going to tell me that they "mysteriously" lost my item. These guys are criminals, not couriers. All businesses should stay far far away from them, regardless of how cheap they are. Id have some other words to describe them, but I'd rather my review isn't removed, but one rhymes with "hunts".
