I want to warn others to avoid brokers and account managers who took advantage of me, resulting in a loss of over $800,000 of my investment capital. They demanded additional funds before processing my withdrawal request, leaving me devastated. Despite my attempts to contact their customer service, I received no response. Fortunately, I discovered me14solutionsltd.org through a broadcast that explained how scam victims can recover their funds. After reaching out to them for guidance, I promptly received a response and provided the necessary legal information about my investment. To my surprise, I successfully reclaimed my money. I am determined to share this information with the public to help other scam victims. Special thanks to them for their outstanding work in assisting me with this matter. I hope to raise awareness and prevent others from falling victim to online schemes.

Shocking service. DX said they attempted to deliver my parcel on the Monday, I was in all day, driver didn’t even ring the doorbell and just left a card 😡 Took another day off and Organised to be re delivered on the Thursday. Waited in ALL day on the newly booked day. Received no email or text, found out upon checking their site, THEY had cancelled the delivery for Thursday and allotted me Friday instead when I’m working nights that night. Tried ringing, kept on hold for 35 mins then they cut me off 😡 Shocking service. Absolute waste of space. Will boycott any company in future who uses their services.

They never EVER deliver when they say they will. When I see a delivery is out with DX I know 100% they will say delivering today; and not turn up. And have the cheek to say I wasn't in on the tracking. They re schedule for next day, just to do the same again. I'll usually get it on the 4th attempt! Or I'll have to go get it myself from the depot which is an hour drive. Shocking service!!!

Never ever ever deliver on time. Next day delivery will get rescheduled time and time again. If you get within 10 days you'll be lucky. Total lack of communication as well

The worst delivery company in the world.. incompetent in the office and also there driver.. never turned up..no calling card...was promised ETA and never called back.. what a waste of time..

The most inept, incompetent company I have ever encountered. I will boycott any company who uses these as there delivery courier. Beyond awful.

A second day wasted waiting in for a delivery that hasn't arrived. No option to chose a time slot either. I wasn't notified on either day until after midday that it wasn't arriving, so not happy! I wouldn't recommend at all ...this is no way to treat a customer.

Had to wait until Monday and they came and didn't knock on the door, can't take another day off work and nothing they can do except leave my parcel in the next town for me to collect or I take another day off work. Said they needed a signature so couldn't leave it but when rebooking delivery it says no signature required

Received an email from DX stating my parcel had been delivered. No one has pressed the doorbell camera. No one has been on any cameras. The driver had been anywhere near the address as per tracker. they were looking for an early Friday finish. shocking customer service

Absolutely Dreadful company both my deliveries today were delivered to completely different addresses nothing like what was on the label, obviously lazy can't be bothered drivers I will never use . A Harris

Said I wasn't in card was left but no card booked a redelivery on my day off said consignee not available card left I was in all day no card the chat said delivery driver not answering his phone rebooked delivery could only get the Monday let's see if it turns up again package was needed for work on the sun

FOR YOUR OWN SANITY DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. Waited in everyday all day for a week and nobody came to collect a parcel, each day I complain and some liar comes on the phone saying is will be collected the next day, but guess what? they don't.

Avoid at all costs! If you think Evri is bad, try DX Delivery!! I’ve been receiving emails that my order is out for delivery for 4 days in a row now, with a 2 hour time slot given. I’ve been tracking the driver and today he was literally 5 minutes away from my house and nobody came to deliver. Same thing has happened the other day. And once your time a lot is gone, you cannot track the driver anymore so you have no idea whether your parcel is coming or not. Tried the live chat twice today, was told I’ll get a call with an update - didn’t get anything! I then rang them - the man apologised saying that the driver is new and isn’t familiar with the area. Seeing all these negative reviews, I find it really hard to believe that this is the case. It’s more like general incompetence! I have no idea why companies use their so called ‘services’!

would give this 0 stars if I could. Parcel was due to be collected today but no one came. Waited all day for this guy to come but he didnt even come anywhere near my door. Still had the audacity to send an email to me saying I missed it? Appalling and disgusting how a company can continue to do this to customers. To businesses - if you use this courier, you are asking for your customer satisfaction to disappear. To any individuals looking to use this: you are better of delivering it by pigeon. I have more trust in a bird than this "company"/

Should be a no-star option! Failed delivery on Tuesday, no card. Then text and told to rebook. No option to request deliver to safe place or neighbour. Rebooked to different (work) address for delivery today. Just received text to say they will be unable to deliver today. No phone number, no customer service, no care that when someone places an order by courier it might be because it's urgent. This is not my first rubbish experience with DX. Fancy website, s**t service. I can't complete the rest of this Review as none of the options are valid: no delivery, no driver, no idea if it sits in a van damaged, still waiting, no way to communicate with DX so no reply, no option to rate them as 0 (very poor), no photo as no parcel. Recommendation to any retailers out there - DO NOT USE DX.
