Driver banged on door and rang bell. No hello or pleasantry. Handed me small parcel and asked my name. Told to sign. He squeezed past my car and drive gate a mere 12 inches (he was not a small man) As he went to get second large package I went and opened the path gate for him and asked him not to squeeze past my car. He asked why I replied that my car had been previously damaged by someone doing that. He became very angry and continued to squeeze through. Shouting at me that he knew what he was doing. He handed me the package on my doorstep ( a microwave ). I said thank you but he continued to shout at me standing at the end of my path shouting in an aggressive manner. Next time he said I will not carry it up the path. It is too heavy. I am a 73 year old female and never have I experienced such a rude ignorant and arrogant delivery man. He should be sacked. Horrible person should not be dealing with the public.

If I could give zero stars I would. Shocking customer service, actually lied to me stating delivery attempts had been made but due to the nature of item being delivered I was able to prove (with government official) no attempts had been made. Do not use this cowboy company!

Not even 1 star worthy. Waited in for my delivery. Did not knock, ring the bell or post through letter box. Would not return with package. Absolutely awful customer service. Do not use.

I was told my documents would be delivered between 12 noon and 4 pm. No one arrived and the 'live chat' is not available on their website. I called them and the computer offered me a date 4 days later and has given me a time of 9 am - 5 pm. These are legal documents and I do not have the time to wait. Awful service.

Awful and shitty service. Driver said he couldn’t locate my flat. Re delivery arranged for the next day after waiting the whole day for my passport. The worst courier service company ever to exist.

Goods took over a week to arrive. They lied about 3 attempted deliveries including leaving a calling card - my CCTV says otherwise. The driver told me this was his first attempt to deliver and only because he'd found the goods 'lying in the yard'. Appalling service and customer care. Avoid like the plague.

Maybe it needs to say somewhere that DHL handles international shipments as the UK passport Email has a link to your site and nowhere on there does it say you then give international shipments to DHL, if it did I wouldn't have wasted my time and money phoning yourselves and then the UK passport office. both times I spoke with a women who couldn't have been less interested in helping me if they tried and I'd have just phoned DHL directly who of course as always were very helpful, able to supply me with tracking numbers and even reference numbers. So let me get this straight the UK government pays your company to handle posting of passports but you then employ DHL to send them internationally, I can only assume (allegedly) someone is making a nice packet out of this arrangement otherwise why not employ DHL directly, cut out the middle man as it were. But then I shouldn't expect to much from the UK government and its onward march in outsourcing anything that's not bolted down.

My brp(biometric residence permit) card didn’t arrived when i send email to brp office they said it has been delivered and signed. I am the only one at home and clearly to my knowledge I didn’t signed neither did I received my bro card. The staff atDX courier said home office will investigate it and now i have to report it as lost and reapply again. what a waste to time and money. Very disappointed.

I don't understand why the UK Home office and US embassy both use DX Delivery. They are unreliable time wise and do not provide more accurate tracking or information. Their chat support provides is equally vague information. In this on top of false information that they attempted delivery once and no one was home.

Needed some parts for a job on the 19th so paid for an express courier delivery that was supposed to arrive on the 16th but didn't. DX Then stated they were to going to deliver it on the 17th. Someone was in all day and the doorbell could wake the dead plus no card was left so clearly they hadn't been here. I checked their tracker at 6.00pm and it was still shown as out for delivery. However, It later said they had called but couldn't access the house. - nonsense. Their automated phone system stated they tried to deliver at zero am (?) and the first available re delivery slot would be on the 21st. Pretty appalling service, but judging by the other reviews it seems par for the course.

Ongoing issue. I run a business that repairs phones etc. First time ordered a battery that needed delivering within 24 hours- driver didn't even come to the building or check in with the neighbouring businesses (there's a few under one rood here). Happened yet again with another order. Tried ringing in several times but there is virtually no way of speaking to a person- the few times I did I got fobbed off. I emailed to complain and got a reply that assured this won't happen again and that they were on the case. Surprise! It's happened again and even today they've failed to deliver making 4 separate orders they just can't seem to be capable of delivering on time. It's unfortunate my supplier relies on DX for their ''next day'' delivery service. Every other delivery service has no problem whatsoever getting items to me- only DX.

Took fourteen days to collect an item. After saying they would be here on a daily basis... Put my life on hold to await collection. Went to wrong address several times... Denied having my phone number... But had... Absolutely disgraceful service.... Avoid...

DX are used by HMPO to 'securely deliver' new passports. My new passport was mis-delivered to a similar address with a completely different postcode. By a minor miracle, it has reached me via Royal Mail standard post. In the meantime, a brand new, valid, unsigned passport was unsecurely floating around the postal system for 3 days. I have reported the complaint to HMPO and hope they reconsider their contract with this useless company.

payed over 7 quid to post a £50 logitech mouse from yorkshire to london area , no one was home so dx24 decided that leaving a parcel in a block of flats in the centre of london would be very very secure . Also when talking to them on the phone they just try talking like the stuff that vacates the rear end of a bull to you on every question you ask them. So to me i think, the courier has placed the mouse on the floor taken photo of it and subsequently nicked the parcel for his or her own gready bosses who by the way are also organised thieves by the sound of it,then maybe the incentive the bosses give their couriers, is that the couriers take 10 to 20% of the takings from the profits the bosses make selling stolen parcels!

Wasted day off work waiting for delivery that never arrived. No card left, no one rang the bell, item not left with neighbour as requested if we weren't available. I wish online sellers all gave named delivery options so I can avoid using DX again. I have had a few deliveries from DX and none of them have ever gone smoothly.

Just left a laptop on my doorstep despite the fact that it should have been signed for. When I contacted their customer services they just fobbed me off and told me to contact the seller.
