DX Freight Driver- injure's my puppy dog they and as a company don't seem to care about your animals (IMO). Please be vigilant because, so far, they have chosen to ignore me.

Parcel has been out on the van for the last 3 days. I still do not have it. Completely inept. Useless. Their help chat is a joke.

Delivery driver has left my parcel at the wrong address, there's no photo to give me a clue as to where, and there's no number to call. The live chat was a joke - got passed around three 'advisors,' then told i'd got through to the wrong department - no - there's one link to one live chat ffs, and then they closed the call abruptly without offering any help whatsoever.

Can't believe this company is still in business. They clearly mop up all the dregs of humanity that no other company would even sniff at (a bit like the NHS). Their employees are totally and consistently bone idle, ignorant, incompetent and bare faced liars. They fail to deliver over and over again, just because they really can't be arsed to do their job. Then they lie that they "couldn't find the property" or some similar lying drivel. I always check when I order anything now, who they use as couriers. Unfortunately, many suppliers don't provide this information. If it's DX I don't order, and I let the supplier know why (recently the RSPB). I can't believe these suppliers aren't aware of the appalling ratings of this company and continue to use them. How bad does it have to get before they get the message? I will never, ever, order from a company if I know they use DX. Can't say if the item is damaged, or how long it took to deliver, because as usual, I still haven't received it. Too much trouble for the driver to get out of bed.

Totally incompetent delivery company. Promise a delivery time, fail to deliver, then tell blatant lies about their failure. I've been let down two days running for a delivery of live plants. Absolutely pathetic.

This company without doubt the worst one out there I've had several deliveries by them and there's always a problem it never arrives on the day it's meant to I used to work for a parcel delivery company so I know how it works pick up parcel and next day it gets delivered if you want your goods to reach your customers avoid these cowboys

Lost first order then struggled with delivery ofreplacement - only positive was nice customer services lady who did get back to me when she promised and delivery driver was very helpful.

Missed original delivery date by a day. By then there was no one available to accept the goods. Then they missed the re-delivery date by a day. Hopeless. What a waste of time. Their chat facility is equally useless -Artificial Stupidity, not Artificial Intelligence.

Just don't use And good luck trying to get you delivery The website will not let you send it to a place of work so now I have to wait a week The online chat are hopeless and will not redirect the package

Absolute joke for a delivery company, never deliver when the say they are going to. They give you estimated times and tracking only to track when time had passed that it's gone back to the depot. Customer service don't even bother contacting them, as much use as a chocolate teapot. This particular problem has occurred on the last 3 occasions of retailers using them!

Agree with all the other 1 star reviews. Absolutely hopeless. There is zero contact, zero options to interact with them, and I've been waiting in multiple days at a time (all day long - you don't get an hour slot or anything related to the 20th century). They also randomly change the day they're going to attempt to delivery it. And then don't deliver it anyway. I feel sorry for the music shop I ordered it from, as I've been using them for years, but I've had to unfortunately let them know I'll have to shop elsewhere that has a delivery company that actually, you know, delivers something.

I have received a number of messages saying that a delivery was attempted however each time I have actually been in the house all day and fail to understand how a delivery could have been attempted without my knowledge. It has been nearly 2 weeks since I placed the Amazon Prime order and I have totally lost faith in DX express (and Amazon Prime) what a misnomer!

Absolutely diabolical. Got a email to say the parcel was being delivered on a Tuesday with a ridiculous time frame window of between 0800-1800. After waiting till 14.50 I received a email telling me the parcel had been delivered.I was only five meters from my front door,nobody had attempted to deliver anything.After waiting for about forty minutes to speak to someone from DX on live chat,I was informed that I had to contact the shop to tell them so they could get in touch with DX to start an investigation. So even though they’ve had the parcel,failed to deliver it I’ve still got to get in touch with the shop so they can contact them.I feel sorry for the shop because I’m going to have to ring them to sort it out when it’s not their problem.Whatever I purchase in future if it’s been delivered by them I’m going to insist they use another courier or I won’t be spending my money. About as useful as a chocolate fireguard.

I was supposed to receive a parcel today from vfs while i was tracking the parcel it showed delivered. I tried to contact DX they asked me to check different house. The delivery needed my signature still it was delivered to different house . DX delivered my parcel to different street with same house number. I personally went to few house and asked if they had my parcel. Luckily i got my parcel.

The item we ordered 8 weeks ago still hasn't been delivered. The first item, they broke so we had to reorder. We've been waiting for the delivery of the 2nd order for 3 weeks now with no straight answer as to why they can't deliver. Even the company we've ordered from can't get a straight answer from them. 1st excuse was, they needed help finding the address......we live in clear sight on a main road, google takes you straight to it......2nd excuse was that they tried to deliver but no one was in.....I was in all day waiting having taken a day off from work. The company we have ordered from are now chasing it for us but even they have admitted that they can't get a reason as to why it's still not been delivered! Terrible company, I won't be ordering from a company if these are their delivery company
