It took exactly 1 week for my delivery for various reasons unrelated to me except the fact that I had to pop out when initially the parcel was due and it was not left due to no signature.(fair enough.) However after a week of being let down it was finally delivered but no knock on the door but left on the step with no signature asked for.(not their company policy) Poor delivery service but I did get a very good and professional email reply from customer services with an apology which saved DX from getting a One

Due to be delivered 13:05-15:05 today. Tracked the driver locally live via tracking. As soon as it hit 15:05 live tracking vanished and no info. 18:46 comes and apparently its waiting to be taken out for delivery. Utterly useless.

This company is a joke. Scheduled delivery on Friday, and I've been home all the time. Suddenly, a message: 'We missed you. We tried to deliver but nobody was at the premises' (or something like that). Seriously? they never been here in the first place. Ok, let's re-schedule for Monday. Monday came and went and nobody showed up. I checked the the tracking and the message is: Your redelivery has been booked for your chosen date Expected Date Tuesday 04 Jun 2024 My chosen date? Really? Horrible service.

Thieving company only delivered 6 of my 10 parcels but still went ahead and updated the delivery information as if they delivered it all. Customer service are as useful as a chocolate tea pot, literally all they do is pass you from department to department and moan about each other because none of them want to do their job. They are now claiming they only received 6 items from the sender but then why would they mark 10 delivered. Absolute clowns.

Let down twice, and suggested they attempted delivery and supposedly left a card. Have CCTV at home and they never showed up on either day... Terrible company. Will never use.

Didn’t turn up On Thursday was advised Monika” was delivering between 12 and 2 , she didn’t show up Same happened on Friday Contacted their automated system , just said it would be out next week , no explanation for false info supplied twice

Terrible service - was expecting a delivery from B&Q via DX. The order was for next day delivery on 2 large items. 1 order has finally arrived on day 10 with the packaging absolutely mangled. I said to the delivery driver that I didn't think the item was what I had ordered but he ignored me, got back into his van and drove away! Still no information on the tracking on when the 2nd part of the order is due. Really poor. Avoid them like the plague!

The parcel had specific delivery instructions and my daughter went to the door the driver asked her if the parcel we were expecting was big or small she asked him to wait whilst she came back to ask me and the driver left inside the parcel was a much awaited toy for my four year old who can not stop crying he does not understand why he could not get the parcel and to my disappointment l immediately got an email of sorry we missed you reschedule and the options are Monday which means two and half days away l am very disappointed with your service.

Awful company did not deliver my parcel and i had already waited extra days for my next day delivery!! Showed on my maps diver on the way and then disappears in the evening time

LIAR COURIER ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH. IM IN ALL DAY WAITING FOR DELIVERY, BUT THEY SENT TO ME MESSAGE WE CAN`T DELIVER NOBODY IN, LIAR LAZY COURIERS. DON`T TRUST DX

The worst delivery company I have met so far. Driver wasnt even in my area yet sent a redelivery message 3 times. Spoke with one of there agents who said the driver wasnt in my area and she ended the call on me. Up till now my passport havent been delivered since over 5 days now.

Item was supposed to be delivered on 28th, item didn't arrive, waited in all day. In the evening got a text saying item would be delivered next day (the 29th), waited in till 7PM, no item, no text. Went into track and trace, just says delay

Over the last 6 years (roughly) I have dealt with DX a couple of times. Here's what to expect: Expect that you don't need to be in on the delivery date because you will be told that there was a problem with delivery and you must rebook. In fact you may even be told they left a card, but you will not find it. Expect that they will not find your address. I once discovered my delivery driver was driving up and down the street slapping his horn, and had been for some time, not bothering to look for the address. Expect your packaging to be damaged. Expect their call centre to have their hands tied, in that there's nothing they can do for you, even if it's the third day you have waited in for your DX chariot to arrive only to be told once again that your delivery is not possible today. Expect to see the DX van in your street nearby if you use tracking. Oh yes, they "will" be nearby. Do not expect a knock on the door. Do expect to track them five minutes later to find them a long way away. I cannot believe that DX are not only still operating, but that they have not changed in the years they have been around. No one should have a sinking feeling of dread when they find out what courier is delivering their item. No one. Not about the courier. But once in a blue moon I see DX come up in an email or text, and I know already I won't be seeing my item for some time.

Afew weeks ago two items were supposed to have been delivered by 18.31. DX tracking showed they were approximately 10 minutes from my home at 17.29 but nothing was received. Reference to their tracking service at 19.15 stated "item out on delivery vehicle" but the tracking history contradicts this, advising both items were returned to the Bristol Service Centre "for storage" at 18.40 (9 minutes after they were supposed to have delivered to my address). Three weeks later, It has happened again. This time I have waited at home for the same DX courier to collect a parcel from my address. I have been following the progress of the courier throughout the day until, at 15.25, the tracking service states the collection has been "rebooked for my preferred date". My preferred date was today and I have never suggested any alternative date. I tried complaining via the DX telephone service but it does not appear to provide the opportunity to do so. Absolutely appalling service.

An absolute farce of a company. 4 times tracking shows 'out for delivery' , a two hour time slot given, then nothing.....repeat the next day, then the next, then the next etc. I shall avoid any purchase where these guys are listed as the courier from now on. One star still too much for them.

Arranged a collection as I ordered two rugs from Robert Dyas. First collection date they claimed they came to me but I wasn’t it. Which I was. Called to rearrange, the lady even told me on the phone there was no photo evidence that they are supposed to provide. Arranged another date, booked day off work. Had my time slot. Next thing I get a missed call on my mobile to tell me I missed my collection. I rang the driver immediately he said he knocked on the door, but I have a ring door bell, a normal door bell or they could have banged on the door. He said he was at the end of my road but wasn’t “allowed” to come back as it’s one try only. Myself and my husband was in. I called the collection team AGAIN, I even gave her the man’s mobile. She called back to say he said I was rude and he’s refusing to come back (which I wasn’t) I was desperate to get rid of the rugs. D X Express said they now refusing to come back EVER. I don’t believe they knocked, I think the service is absolute rubbish, read the reviews. They speak for themselves. DO NOT USE DX EXPRESS … rubbish

As with all other reviews - worst courier company ever. This is my second experience of them. 1st experience was 7 days of promised delivery windows. Never showed up. The seller ended up using DHL to deliver in the end up. Currently on day 4 of them not showing up after daily messages and delivery windows for which I sat in and waited for. They literally just lie to customers (and the sellers) on a daily basis. I’ve given up on getting my item. How they can run a business like this is beyond me. The worst.

Excellent service and very kind drivers who are so friendly and helpful. Being disabled this is so important to me, they have patience and put box inside my front door. Cannot recommend highly enough.
