Tracking says item was delivered, well not to me it wasn't. No picture uploaded, and completely stuffed now as i cant get a refund from ebay as it states item was delivered. Why cant couriers do their job properly ? very very annoying.

What a absolute shocking company monkeys with no driving licence or road sense would do better then these… got a notification saying my parcels been delivered to a neighbours address and to check calling card ( never got one ) my partner waited in all day and they never even came to my address as my ring doorbell would of picked them up and was not with any neighbours so we had to contact the seller to contact them to get delivery photos and they send them 2 photos of different houses with closed doors and no photos of parcel.. eventually tracked down the address as it looked familiar and I knocked on the door of the adresss no answers as I was leaving I noticed a large box stuffed under a bush at this adresss so I looked and it was my parcel with my name and my adresss on my house number is 19 the adresss it was took to was 23 and it was 2 streets over with a different postcode!! What a absolute stupid company this is.. the driver needs sacking and the company should just pack up and stop operation as they have no sense of business and drivers have no sense of direction.. reviews say it all.. the company we brought the item from is all cutting ties with this god awful company and if you are thinking of using this DONT. Use evri or anotner relable company.. will be making a formal complaint against this place.. the item is a car part and I had to PAY my mechanic a call out fee as parcel was suppose to have arrived but he was already booked due to delivery at time slot stated and now got to pay him again to come tomorrow 🙄🙄 will be pushing for compensation

Terrible company and logistics. Got a notification Tuesday saying my parcel will arrive. Waited all day and found out it wasn’t coming. Thursday same thing and I rescheduled it at 7pm. Today I spoke to the staff and they mentioned it will definitely be delivered 9-5pm. Take a whole day off, this company is shocking and people need to know!

Sent email saying it would arrive between 7am and 6pm, waited in all day, no one turns up tried to contact them and closed totally ruined day and have no idea what's going on now, avoid avoid avoid absolutely shockingly bad service

I am SOOOOOO angry! Been waiting on an expensive item arriving and company chose DX to deliver. For over a one week I’ve been palmed off with them a) not finding me (bollocks, I’m a shop on a high street) b) I ‘wasn’t in’ (Bollocks, I was, in said shop which was open) c) ‘couldn’t find me’ when I changed to my home address (now we’re getting silly d) just didn’t show up e) couldn’t deliver as there ‘was no one in.’ Again, utter nonsense as we stayed in ALL DAY. I don’t know what to do. I’ve paid lots for a bit of signage which hasn’t arrived

Tracking number shows it will be delivered on the 08th of April. No one came at all. Tried to contact the company through phone, email and contact form. I got a reply saying it was delayed but after asking them when will it be delivered they went silence. Appalling service.

Absolute rubbish! Waited for an important document all day and they message saying attempted delivery and Not available! Liars! No one came to my door ! Person on live chat could only apologize and reschedule delivery! I needed that document but thanx to them , they have ruined things for me!

Yep terrible courier. Hang around all day for the delivery tracking then with 2 mins left they tell you to call 0333 as they need more information only to waste more time sitting in a hrs queue on live chat for them to say they don't know what's gone on and they will have to rebook the delivery. In future I'll insist any seller I deal with doesn't use DX delivery and hopefully they will fold

Awful company, 3 times I've had my package delivery cancelled by them, when you speak to customer service they don't help, promise to call back but don't. Live chat is a waste of time and very unhelpful and the tracking system is a waste of time. The company is morally corrupt, happy to lie and it's clear the incompetence runs from the top to the bottom of the organisation. Keep well away!

Waited in for my parcel, found it abandoned at the bottom of my public stair. Never buzzed or let me know he couldn’t be bothered to deliver to my door. Had to ask a neighbour to retrieve as I’m in by myself with a small child.

Changed delivery to another day as wasn’t going to be home and receieved confirmation of that, but then received a text message to say my package would be delivered on the original day. Contacted customer service who told me if they couldn’t deliver on that day they would try and deliver again on the day I changed it to as the parcel was now on the road. Asked them to not leave the parcel on my doorstep which customer service said they wouldn’t do. Got a text message later in the day to say my parcel had been delivered to me even though I wasn’t home and they had just left it on the doorstep!

The driver got stuck in my front lawn and used my front door mat to get out...he didn't even asked. He put back but it's destroyed!!! I'm trying to contact DX customer services for the last 10 days...not even one single call or email from them.

Would like to give no stars, but unfortunately your not able to, Ordered a Blind on 12th March, company posted over night on the 14th March, with DX, after company chasing my blind, it arrived 5th April, lent up in front of our outside door, the door opens out wards and the blind is more than 8ft long, thankfully we were able to call a not so happy driver back to move it out the way, so we could open the door, this is the second delivery we have had from this company, the first Blind was so badly damaged by DX, the company had to send us a replacement blind, I will check in future when ordering anything else, If its DX, I won't bother, disgusting company.

I’d give zero if I could . They were supposed to be delivering my medication package yesterday . They didn’t , tracking showed it will come today . I kept an eye on tracking map and noticed it said left at back door ! I have Ring doorbell cameras and nobody came . No photo proof either so I am now with my medication . I went on chat they said I need to contact the vendor then cut me off before I could reply and the message box disappeared. I’m livid !

My parcel was due to be delivered and I kept checking on the map to see where the driver was. For over an hour the map didn't update, it was stuck at 12:37 until the window for my delivery had passed. At which point the map never showed and it simply said "We'll Deliver it Today" - they never did. At exactly midnight, the status then changed to "Item Delivered". I have since spoken to their live chat twice. The first time I waited in the queue and an agent answered the chat, however the agent never wrote a message to me. 10 minutes passed of silence. The second agent was arguably more unhelpful, they told me that they cannot provide proof of delivery due to the contractual arrangements with the sender and I would need to contact the sender to find out where my parcel it (are you kidding me?! you're the delivery company). The matter is still unresolved, there's a very expensive package somewhere but nobody knows its whereabouts.

Waited in two days in a row and still no parcel delivered. Driver said he can’t find my address but he drove right past my house. This service is the pits and they don’t care. Can’t get in touch with customer service

Useless. Tracking says it was due to be received Wednesday 3rd April. 2 days later and still no appearance. Phone number and links they provide are to "rearrange" delivery dates. Why companies like Next use clowns like this embarrassing.
