The worst delivery service my company has come across. Got informed of urgent delivery slot between 12-4pm to receive urgent documents from FCO and got an email at 1pm saying they couldn't get access to property even though I waited outside to ensure they made delivery. No one manning the "busy" call centre I've tried calling 20 times today and asked to email an urgent inbox for a response within 24hrs. If I rebook I have no way of knowing if they're even attempting delivery to the right address. I'm not asking much to want to speak to a human.

Found a delivery company worse than Hermes! I’ve been sat in all day (9-5pm) waiting for my passport that was attempted to be delivered last Thursday. I received my old passport on the same day returned to me with no issues but I received a text from DX to say that they had ‘attempted to deliver my new passport’ but as we you know, work no one was home during the day. I had to rearrange delivery online blah blah blah. Which I did and I rearranged for it to be delivered today and I took an unpaid day off work to sit and wait for it. When 5pm approached I googled DX delivery and came across hundreds of negative reviews online and on Twitter and it dawned on me, these fools wouldn’t be delivering my passport today. I contacted them on twitter and asked for an update on my passport delivery and added don’t bother lying about saying you have “attempted delivery” as we have CCTV on the front door and I got a response with a whopper of a lie saying and I quote “The driver has said that the delivery failed previously due to a secure entrance” from a rep called Jamie. This couldn’t be more a blatant lie if it tried and it actually doesn’t make sense? What does a secure entrance even mean? It’s a normal front door. They are no dragons securing it, no draw -bridges to cross.. it’s just a front door. If this WAS the case last Thursday then why was I given the option to rearrange delivery at my convenience? Surely this massive crucial bit of info should have been flagged up LAST THURSDAY. I’ve now lodged a complaint to the passport office who are doing a formal investigation but I’m surprised these bunch of cowboys have been given (and kept) the contract of delivering secure documents to the whole of the UK. Something very dodgy about the whole lot of it tbh.

I am opening a new business next week so getting lots of parcels delivered. I missed a delivery and got a card through the door so dutifully went online to re-arrange delivery. Code not working... So I called the number on the card, they can't find any record with this code or with my name or address (which has been written on the card). They give me another number to call, no record or the parcel there, then another number to call and again no record. My requests to speak to a supervisor or manager were flatly refused. Why should a customer be having to call multiple numbers to trace a parcel when the company's system is obviously not working? I was told again and again, there are 3 different systems for tracing a parcel depending on it's size. Why are all 3 systems not accessible by the operator at the end of the phone line printed on the missed delivery card? The last person I spoke to said she would look into it and call me back - Rosemarie White. 4 hours later no phone call so I called back again to hear that they still have no trace of the parcel and to go to my supplier. With 30 or so parcels currently out for delivery, how should I do that? What a total and utter shambles. Staff seemed poorly trained, had no idea how to trace a problem but the main issue seems to be with the frankly not fit for service system they are using. I have no control over which courier is used when I buy something online but I most certainly will never ever use DX delivery myself in the future.

STAYED IN ALL DAY AND THEY LEFT A CALLING CARD!!!!????? do the drivers actually bother to knock at doors? 92.52% bad review feedback - that could be why they didn't bother hanging around! looks like the ticket was filled in whilst driving as well, so in a Friday rush no doubt.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I have been waiting for my BRP which has been resent by the Home Office and apparently, they tried to make a delivery whilst I was out at the doctors. Had I not called I wouldn't be informed of this as they have left no card or anything. I requested for a redelivery and I waited the whole day, but no one came...but apparently they 'made an attempt to deliver' it which was a total lie as I have been sitting by the door and anyone could have seen me here. They are a very shitty company and very unreliable.

One star is generous. Tracking system wasn't working so called them. It is not clear who you call as there are 2 delivery arms. I made 4 calls to find out what was happening, having been hung up on 3 times. I won't be using them any time soon.

Treat this review as Zero stars ! Treat this review as Zero stars ! This is the most useless despicable delivery company I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. I purchased a very expensive (£4K) watch for a very special occasion from Ernest Jones and was told DX would provide next day delivery. On Tues 2nd July I received a confirmation of order and a delivery date of Wed 3rd. I rearranged my work schedule and excitedly awaited delivery. At 15:04 I received a text from DX stating delivery was going to be Thursday 4th July. I was livid but once again rearranged my work schedule to be at home on the Thursday to sign for delivery. On Thursday I received another text from DX to inform me that they were unable to deliver on the Thursday and delivery would be rearranged within 2 working days.  I spoke to Ernest Jones who contacted DX who informed them that they had sent the parcel to the wrong depot and that they could not now deliver the item for another 4 days , on Monday 8th May . Perplexed at why a next day delivery company could not provide next day delivery even when the parcel was already late due to their own fault, the only solution DX could come up with was to offer “ before 1pm on Monday 8th” delivery at an extra cost to The jeweller. The next day (Fri 5th) I received yet another text from DX totally contradicting themselves and stating parcel would be delivered on Saturday 6th.  I duly waited in on Saturday. My wife and I were meant to be going out for meal with friends but she had to go without me ! THE PARCEL DID NOT ARRIVE !!!!!!!!! Today is Monday 8th, I have sat in yet again waiting for delivery. At 4 minutes to 1pm a white unbranded van drove past my address. ( clearly marked with my house number) and I had to chase him down the street to stop him. Sure enough it was DX !! When the driver opened the van side door to give me my parcel it was tossed in the back with the box looking like someone had played American football with it ( a £4000 football !) I took the parcel told the driver he was only 6 days late and refused to sign for his delivery. He wasn’t very happy at this and wanted the parcel back, but I duly refused this having paid for the item, any attemp to take this from me would have been treated as theft and duly reported to the police. Once indoorsI could hear the box to my beautiful watch crashing around inside the packaging . I phoned the Jeweller and informed them that the watch would be returned to their local store (40 miles away) for a full refund which they accepted . DX have completely ruined my purchase , they are totally inept. To make matters worse they have just sent me an email in response to me asking where my parcel was, which I sent this morning, it reads that they have no record of the item lol  Is it possible to give a negative score on trustpilot ????? Very appalling service and my experience with DX is exactly the same as most of the reviews here. This company is incompetent for hiring couriers who can lie and just easily text you that they have attempted delivery when in fact they haven’t! First attempt they left a calling card, the second and third attempts they didn’t! Twice had to take some time off and waited all day for my visa and no one came! Customer service is automated, there are no other options offered apart from rescheduling your delivery and will transfer you to an agent but hey! All the agents are busy and asks you to email them stating urgent and they will reply to you in the next 24 hours!! They really think their customers are uneducated and won’t think of them as irresponsible, deceitful and money grabbing company who wants you to pay an extra £6.99 for an arranged morning or afternoon delivery! I finally managed to chat to Stephen who said that it is in the best interest of the courier to deliver as they won’t get paid otherwise. What about the lying couriers who don’t actually set foot on your property, don’t leave calling cards yet they message you to say they have attempted delivery! What I don’t understand is this company must have heard of all the negative feedbacks regarding their couriers but have not done anything about it! I will certainly take this up with the application centre. DX should be banned from trading due to their incompetence and fraud! By Tuesday next week it will be a week since the consulate has issued my visa. My visa only took 3 days to process and perhaps they say it can take up to 10-15 days due to the sickening delivery service!

would give no stars if i could! 4 attempts to deliver apparently & no calling cards left as they stated. i paid for a next day delivery & still have not received my item. The customer service team are not helpful at all. when I called to speak to someone, the automated message says no-one is available, please send an email. Worst company I have dealt with!

To say I am disappointed with your service delivery is an understatement, as your service is very very poor. I am actually shocked that embassies entrust you to deliver essential documents with such incompetence. I will be expressing my frustration to the embassy also. Since Friday 28th June, I was waiting for my passport as it was said to be on the road to me until 6pm, when on the tracking system, it stated that the driver could not find my address which is ludicrous as I receive loads of parcels at my house, but just shocked that an organisation involved in delivery of important documents does not invest in latest navigation systems. Today Monday 1st July at 21:31, I have just checked on the tracking site and its now saying Awaiting first delivery, earlier just before 6pm, I had a live chat with Rhiannon, who assured me that my passport would be delivered tonight as I intend to travel tomorrow evening but to no avail. The disappointing thing is that as an organisation you are very poor at communicating, I have provided you with an email and mobile or telephone number, but do not communicate, as this is the second time I am writing to you, but did not get a response by any means of communication. You need to take a leaf from Hermes you can learn something from them as you can surely track your product and you also get updates where the Hermes driver is and when the product will be delivered, if the driver faces a problem, you get a call informing you of the situation. Your service is beyond poor, it’s indescribable as I have never come across such a mediocrity of service. You lack duty of care for your customers, only if I could be told where to collect my passport rather than rely on incompetent people at DX secure, I will miss my flight, over failing to find my address.

Dodgy delivery service!!! You DX is in cooperation with Her Majesty Passport Office, you carry VERY IMPORTANT documents. However dodgy DX delivery guy did not come to my property, even did not call me, did not ring the door bell etc... Because i believe that he/she just marked as "Attempted" on the hand computer without visiting my address!!! I just spoke to customer services after i received the dodgy, lie "attempted" notification text, spoke to Michael. He tried to help me and called that dodgy delivery guy many times as well as DX Heathrow depot whilst i was waiting on hold but unfortunately delivery guy did not pick up the phone as same as DX Heathrow depot! If you can't deliver the very important documents on time then why do you work with the HMPO???The HMPO should stop their agreement with DX immediately. Don't trust DX and its liar, dodgy delivery guys!!!!

So i waited in 11 hours only to be told my delivery was missing. They arranged a replacement which was decent of them and gave me another 11 hour delivery slot. At 15:35 i found a card in my door saying I'd missed delivery at 15:40. Back to work next week and can't recieve so I've sent it back to sender. I'll find an alternative from a firm that doesn't use DX

Dishonest and disgusting customer service, hurriedly arrived said they had 3 items to deliver and needed help unloading them threw them down (glass shower doors) shoved a piece of paper to be signed under my husbands nose who duly signed it thinking it was for the 3 items and low and behold half of the order was missing and he's unwittingly signed for 5 items so they have got away with £300 worth of shower equipment and the company won't listen

Appalling service next day delivery was booked 2 days later still no delivery, couldn't track the delivery and not to mention this company doesn't notify anyone regarding delays nor deliveries, I had a client wait on site both days waiting for the delivery to finish his job, the builder wasted two days on site just waiting for this courier to delivery money lost.... if you want to use it to deliver business to business please look else where, yes DX is cheap but like the saying you pay for what you get. Will not recommend this service to anyone as this has happened to me 3 times this week with them. Will never use DX again they have cost my business money......

Such a worst delivery company. I took a day off and waited the whole day to receive my parcel. It never arrived and no one came to deliver it. When I contacted them by phone unable to speak to anyone and suggested them to contact by email. Finally I got connected to chat with someone through their website. The response I received was failed delivery. I asked them to give details of the vehicle number to check the security camera, refused to give any details. Bunch of absolute liers. Even the person suggested me to go and collect from their depo approximately 70 miles from my residence. I suggest never use their service.

Totally useless delivery company. I have waited in 3 different days for my package to arrive and this useless crowd just keep coming up with excuses and ignorance for why it isn't delivered and nobody turns up. They are a total disgrace. When you see how some companies can show you their drivers position and give an ETA to within 1 hour it shows this useless bunch up for what they are.

Pathetic service, when you track on line they say attempted delivery. No chance. Stayed in twice now and no attempt was made. Useless service. Why no telephone me if you can't find me? You have both mobile and land line numbers. Can't stand liars. Zero rating if that was an option. and still don't have my passport.
