Terrible, they don't even try to deliver, then just say unable to deliver to get an early finish or something, customer service no help at all. any company thinking of using them, think again.

Do not use i am still waiting for my parcel after 3 days every day i have been given a delivery slot and it hasn't turned up,ended up ringing company that was sending my bookcase via them they were told by DX Express that after a certain time they go from deliveries to collections so the time i was always given seemed to be after their cut off point for deliveries They assured the people supplying my bookcase that i would get it the next day(today).said parcel was out for delivery i rang them up to discover it hadn't even been put on their van so i am now waiting to see what happens next.Waiting for phone call but i won't hold my breath.I will not doubt be phoning the bookcase manufacturer again

Have had several up dates on day and time of delivery and now onto 3rd day and still no package. Waited over 2 hrs after their txt delivery time still no delivery. Cannot even speak to a person to sort out. I could even collect from depot quicker as not far away. Crazy service.

Delivery did not arrive on agreed day then arrived damaged and dirty with the product damaged. Very poor service.

Disgraceful delivery service, I’d give 0* if possible, we’ve been told 3 different dates up til now. One date they came without the item to deliver?! The next two dates no one showed up at all with no response as to why. Customer service phone line couldn’t care less, and the complaints email address is a waste of time no one even bothered responding to ours. I’ll now avoid buying from anywhere using DX.

Not great. 2 things listed as due to be delivered Friday 1st November. I assume on same vehicle. Only delivered 1 item. Another message today (4th nov) saying will be delivered between 8am - 6pm. No further updates so went to site where it claims road closed / no access. Funnily enough at the time people had managed to get to and from the house perfectly fine. Not impressed at all

Waited in all day for delivery. Goat an email saying they attempted delivery which was a total lie. I was in all day working by the front door....obviously no calling card left like they stated. No human contact to complain too, just automated voices.

Tracking details shows item has been delivered but It still not been delivered to us. We been waiting since morning to receive this important ID document parcel careless this DX courier. And their customer service asking me to knock my neighbours doors to check my parcel, It’s really shameful DX

Absolutely shocking waited in yesterday for my delivery to be told it was unable to come "sorry the missed me" I have cctv proof that nobody even stepped foot near my property let alone attempted to come with my parcel not even parked up outside between them times. So today I waited again for another no show now waiting for a call off a so called manager that I think I know definitely won't happen as the company is awful.

I do not make a habit of leaving reviews - good or bad, but for the sake of my fellow consumers, I am compelled to make an exception here. Hmmm. What can I say about these guys, that has not already been said about Afghanistan? Torturous is a word I do not often use, but it seems fitting, when I search for words to describe my experience of having been subjected to the "service" received. False claims of attempted deliveries (gated community with CCTV covering the approach), extremely rude "service" when chasing the delivery. Loss of income when having to cancel meetings so I could work from home on 4 occasions when the phantom "deliveries" were being "attempted". The business who used these for the delivery only agreed to try another courier service after I gave them the alternative of cancelling my order. They deserve a piece of my mind as well, but perhaps that is another review in itself, now that I got into this. In summary - steer clear.

I arranged for dx to collect a return from me second day now they have failed to collect from me but sending me confirmation it’s been collected when it’s clearly still in my property seriously recommend not using this company to others

The driver 'Jordan' passed me as I was entering the property and refused to give me my parcel. Stating that he didn't want to drive back the 50m to my house to take a picture of the parcel in the doorway and that doing so would make his next delivery late. He told me that the next delivery was more important than mine and couldn't possibly be 2 minutes later (the time it would have taken to get out, give me my parcel, take a photo of it and leave) and I needed to reschedule mine as I'd missed him by about 30 seconds. He also made a comment about his next delivery being for a pharmacy, His exact words "These are peoples cancer drugs. They need them more than you need yours". As the son of a cancer survivor, this is frankly disgusting. Their phone line also seems to never actually be picked up. meaning there is no direct line to contact customer services other than through their online form. (I've currently been waiting for someone to speak to me on the phone for 25 minutes)

This company has promised delivery since last Wednesday by Adam Kevin and Daryn I think they are totally unprofessional, there are much better delivery companies don’t use this one.

Waited in all day for arranged delivery for set of bunk beds with matress. No show.3 days later they tell me it was delivered in a safe place on my drive. Then they send me photos of my so called safe place. Not even my house!!! Wish I had read all these reviews before hand.

Supposed to come Thursday, Delivery got attempted on the Friday to the wrong address, I desperately needed the sack truck to move house, now second attempt is today when I've already moved house so no ones there to collect. Contacted the help chat and also the Dx customer service, talked a good game, end result useless.

I have had two separate packages, and both have been lost. The first package, I got an email saying delivered. I clicked on the link, and it said "delivered to neighbour, please check calling card". There was no calling card because they didn't even come to my house, and my neighbour didn't have my package. After using their live chat service, they told me that my package was at a house number "9". My house number is "51". I went down the road to number 9, and they didn't have my package. I requested more information on the house, any details that I could use to track down my package which they delivered to the wrong place, and they said that they couldn't provide any information due to GDPR. I still haven't got my package two days later, and I have no clue where it was delivered. The second package, meant for today, I got sent an email saying delivered, and a picture of my package on the porch of another house. I, again, messaged their live chat service, and they refuse to provide any information on the address of this mystery house. Two packages, and two lost. Not very good going, eh? Unprofessional, delivered to the wrong places to meet quotas, and a lackluster live chat service to seal the deal, means that the CONSUMER is now chasing down packages that shouldn't have been an issue to deliver. I've had deliveries that were uneventful from Royal Mail, DHL, UPS and so on, so why this company can't deliver is beyond me.

I wish I could give DX less than 1 star. Waited on a call for more than 2 hours to get a precise time of my delivery and yet again "sorry we are unable to answer your call, please continue to hold". I wasn't fussed having the call going on and doing my other works but the thing is that no one bothered taking my call and then the delivery wasn't even made for another 3 days. A absolute wasted company. Just lease and finance vans and pay pennies to drivers then annoy receipents with fake delivery dates. At one occasion the driver pulls up outside my house, waited and then driven off. When checked online, the update was of attempted delivery and no one home. Checked my cctv and provided footage and yet again no response on that matter. Complete disgrace. Should be inspected by regulators of thier compliances and services.

I changed the delivery date to following day. They IGNORED THIS EVEN THOUGH THEY CONFIRMED IT!!! (on the email) So Delivery was when no one was home so left out on front drive in Rain to Steal. CUSTOMER SERVICES say they CANT HELP YOU!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! :(
