Had to take a day off today to get my parcel as per DX text message and email I received in the morning.They said the parcel will arrive between 08:00-18:00, but failed.None of the customers service did not called for delays nor the driver.What a shameful company to deal with.Thanks for wasting my time DX!

I have wasted 3 dsys waiting for a delivery that has never come. No card...despite what they say. They have mobile nr but do not call. Our cameras do not show them arriving or leaving card. Other delivery cos come here daily. Only this co does not know how to deliver. They are hopeless. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Avoid using them if possible.

I was couldn't believe it in my eyes my parcel was change by DX . I was sending my parcel to my shop by cardboard box and i received at my shop is BIN BAG instead. Some important my items inside missing been use for business. I was contacted to DX service and they was told me they not responsible for missing items inside they only do delivery. It's funny answer , so all my item natural jump from box to bag they self 🙄. Anyone can help me explain why? Unbelievable i will never ever use them again for all my life .

Waited in and took time off work for a delivery expected between 8am and 6pm. No delivery, no update, office closed for support and live chat unavailable. Who knows where my parcel is? Shocking service.

A shocking delivery service. InhVe had many la mages Demi ères successfully over lockdown. This company is a sham. They lie about not being able to access, keep you waiting for days and even took a photo of the floor of their van which somehow proved they could not get in. I have given up and asked the company from whom I had bought to refund me and forget it.

Yesterday 20th I found a card pn my doorstep just acalling card number printed on it. With GB on the end. No sign of a package or parcel so I contacted them by phone, recorded message of course ane answer was that it ( whatever it was) had been left in a suitable place. Searched everywhere no sign of it. Never had anything stolen from here off the drive so sorry to say my suspicions lean towards the driver to have still got it in the van.

Shocking delivery company. Their tracking number shows my goods sitting in their warehouse for over 11 days but still not delivered. When I contacted them I was told I had been upgraded to an am delivery the following day but nothing arrived (surprise surprise) I have 2 young children desperate to receive their new trampoline during lockdown which was ordered over a month ago. Don’t even waste your time trying to deal with them via phone or even worse their futile online chat service which repeatedly sends out meaningless excuses for delays and other pointless automated generic messages. Unfortunately the customer often has little choice of which courier is chosen to deliver their items but I personally wouldn’t use DX to send anything. Shockingly bad service & customer service. 1 out of 5 is only because 0 isn’t an option.

This company not only gives a huge time window from 8am until 6pm, but also it is impossible to track the delivery. These days that simply isn't good enough

I should of rec 2 parcels but only 1 arrived I spoke to them on chat (reply its taking a little longer) 3 days later spoke on chat told (looking at Tracking number i need to transfer you :then disconnected) So then sent an email (still no reply ) I know parcels can go missing but the customer service is non existent for such a large company .

Had a delivery from BQ had 3 text on different days to say it was coming that day. Came on the 3rd. Day. This week had another delivery from BQ have had 3 text up to now but no delivery. Have wasted 4 days holiday waiting in with no communication about why they had not delivered. The main losser will be BQ because I will never order a home delivery again through them. Hope they read this.

I was due a delivery of a bed from Electric Beds online, I received a call to say they were 10 minutes away, I explained that I was just leaving work in Mansfield but the delivery was to a care home in Derby and they could deliver the bed and I would be there shortly. They phoned me back and I was able to pull over and take the call, they told me the road was closed and they couldn’t get through, I explained how to get to the other end of the road as there was access from that end. When I arrived they had not been so I rang the driver again in case he was lost, he said they had left as the road was also closed the other end although I had just driven down it !!!!!!! I asked them to return but they wouldn’t I phoned the office but they didn’t seem to give a dam, after 45 minutes on the phone at premium rate I finally got to speak to a manager whom promised me delivery the following day but could not guarantee a time as the delivery was being added as an extra, guess what I’ve stayed in all day and no delivery. They would do better employing people who’s understanding of the English language was better and were able to speak the queens English a little more fluently. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING steer clear of and purchases from Anyone who uses this company for deliveries 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

The worst ever ever company I have dealt with. The customer service advisor sound like their 15 years old and don't know what their talking about. I am very very surprised that trading standards have not dealt with this company after seeing all the bad reviews. The company lie to you and say that the delivery driver tried to call you when you haven't received any calls what so ever. Also they seem to employ individuals who speak little English as you cannot communicate with the driver without having to repeat yourself 10 times. It is the most disgusting company I have dealt with and I will never ever use that company again. I ordered an item from ernest jones, a very well known jewelry company and I would've thought that they would use more efficient type of delivery service, bearing in mind it was a birthday present and very expensive indeed. So if anyone from trading standards is reading this, I hope you take immediate action!!!!!

It is Friday so they did not bother to come with the excuse address is not correct. I had lots really a lot of deliveries since the lockdown, and had no problems with the address, so either they don't have the brightest people there and don't know how to use the new technologies (GPS) or just plain lazy he could not bother, it's Friday after all, they need to finish early.

This is total joke received txt message day before informing me about my delivery next day between 8 am and 6 pm.I lost all day waiting for delivery ,when 2h later I was try contact where is my delivery by phone and mail I had zero CONTACT OFFICE CLOSED!!!! Never again .

This shower of a Company would be better called ‘Delivered Vaguely’. Sat waiting for two days now on a delivery. Advice to anyone in a similar position, don’t bother ringing them (08448261178 by the way) the customer support (if you can call it that) staff take your consignment number, put you on hold and you get an automated ’no ETA’ response. Thanks you may as well have just told me to ‘get lost’!

Do not follow COVID-19 government guidelines! I’m in shielding! Dr said I will die if I get Covid. Delivery driver wore no mask, no gloves, did not social distance, made me sign his delivery PAPER! How many health and safety guidelines can one delivery driver break. He spoke barely any English. I asked him to leave the parcel outside my flat door, he could not understand me through the intercom. I put my mask on and open the door to tell him and he was stood right in my face, talking loud and spit flying everywhere. I have not had anybody that close in over 4 1/2 months. I was shouting for him to step back and I was moving backwards into my flat, and he was getting closer! How do you communicate if the delivery driver does not speak English?! If I catch COVID-19 it will be from him & I will sue you! I sent an email via your contact form and got no reply. Absolutely the worst courier company I have ever come across. All businesses need to avoid or your customers will shop elsewhere!!

I have to give one star but none are deserved. Ordered an outdoor dinning set, table chairs and parasol from Homebase was told 14 days for delivery contacted Dx 3 weeks after the said they had received my package and would send me a delivery slot to be to told they were sorry and would have it delivered 2 days later. On the day in question no contact from Dx and no delivery. Contacted them by email the next working day no reply. Contacted Homebase who said they would look into it and get back to me again no reply. Called them a week after the supposed delivery date to be told they had no trace of my package and hadn't had so since the week before I contacted them so would need to get a replacement from Homebase. The product is now out of stock so cannot be reordered what a farce. No apology from Dx or contact to say they can't deliver just an email from homebase informing me they are refunding me 6 weeks after I bought the item. The customer service and lack of complete lack of service is disgusting. Dx said the barcode must have come off the package, what a joke. Hope who ever has my dinning set enjoys it. I hope I never have the misfortune of having anything delivered or not delivered to be accurate by DX again.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a table and chair set from Homebase. Table turned up on the Friday as arranged chairs and cushions were missing. After waiting forever for customer service was told the missing items were scanned and would be delivered on Monday with no explanation as to why they hadn't all been delivered together (as ordered together) and given no opportunity to confirm whether Monday would be convenient. I shall be requesting my delivery charge back!

Have put one star only because I have to, would rather put nothing!! Parcel just delivered at 5.15p.m after three different delivery dates. The excuse being that they could not find the address which is a load of rubbish as every other delivery company doesn’t have a problem. Will never use this company again. Would never recommend.
