Supposed to come Thursday, Delivery got attempted on the Friday to the wrong address, I desperately needed the sack truck to move house, now second attempt is today when I've already moved house so no ones there to collect. Contacted the help chat and also the Dx customer service, talked a good game, end result useless.

I have had two separate packages, and both have been lost. The first package, I got an email saying delivered. I clicked on the link, and it said "delivered to neighbour, please check calling card". There was no calling card because they didn't even come to my house, and my neighbour didn't have my package. After using their live chat service, they told me that my package was at a house number "9". My house number is "51". I went down the road to number 9, and they didn't have my package. I requested more information on the house, any details that I could use to track down my package which they delivered to the wrong place, and they said that they couldn't provide any information due to GDPR. I still haven't got my package two days later, and I have no clue where it was delivered. The second package, meant for today, I got sent an email saying delivered, and a picture of my package on the porch of another house. I, again, messaged their live chat service, and they refuse to provide any information on the address of this mystery house. Two packages, and two lost. Not very good going, eh? Unprofessional, delivered to the wrong places to meet quotas, and a lackluster live chat service to seal the deal, means that the CONSUMER is now chasing down packages that shouldn't have been an issue to deliver. I've had deliveries that were uneventful from Royal Mail, DHL, UPS and so on, so why this company can't deliver is beyond me.

I wish I could give DX less than 1 star. Waited on a call for more than 2 hours to get a precise time of my delivery and yet again "sorry we are unable to answer your call, please continue to hold". I wasn't fussed having the call going on and doing my other works but the thing is that no one bothered taking my call and then the delivery wasn't even made for another 3 days. A absolute wasted company. Just lease and finance vans and pay pennies to drivers then annoy receipents with fake delivery dates. At one occasion the driver pulls up outside my house, waited and then driven off. When checked online, the update was of attempted delivery and no one home. Checked my cctv and provided footage and yet again no response on that matter. Complete disgrace. Should be inspected by regulators of thier compliances and services.

I changed the delivery date to following day. They IGNORED THIS EVEN THOUGH THEY CONFIRMED IT!!! (on the email) So Delivery was when no one was home so left out on front drive in Rain to Steal. CUSTOMER SERVICES say they CANT HELP YOU!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! :(

I saw a driver pull up to the address, get out of the car, then get back in and drive away without ringing the doorbell because the package was too heavy for him. This must be some kind of joke. The driver’s trick is that when they have something heavy or inconvenient to deliver, they pull up to the given address, wait for a minute, and then drive off. This way, any complaint will be checked on GPS, which will show that the driver was at the address, but in fact, the driver didn’t ring the doorbell and didn’t deliver the package. This is how DX courier operate.

Lied about attempting delivery and leaving card. Sorry I've got CCTV and a RING doorbell that say otherwise. Didn't fancy carrying a large package up the stairs? We'll never know...

Absolute joke of a company, even worse than Hermes!!! parcel never arrived when it said it would even though I tracked the driver to the end of my street. 3 days later it still said it was due in that slot! Re-booked, never arrived. Re-booked again, no further info. Sent 3 messages over the week, no response. Tried calling, number is just to an automated service. Spoke to someone on live chat who said its due to arrive today between 9 and 5 but the driver hasn't turned up so its not coming. If you want your parcel to arrive AVOID!

Second time in as many weeks that DX have lied. First time they claimed by property wasn’t accessible - utter nonsense and second time that they attempted delivery and claimed to have left a card. Total lie. Who is running this half-baked outfit? Clearly muppets recruiting and liars behind the wheel. Avoid. Hope they go bust.

The worst and most stressful delivery experience I ever had. They lie and gaslight you through the whole process so you can't organise anything. They make the whole experience so unpleasant and stressful that I will make sure I will never do business with anyone who uses DX

Parcel is was expecting went to DENMARK!!! --- I got the DENMARK parcel here in the UK. Courier left a blank card with no details on it. The seller had to refund me and probably lost the DENMARK sale as well. WORST FREIGHT COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN. KEEP AWAY!!!!!

On two occasions I have picked up a card from dx on my front door mat suggesting the non delivery of an awaited item. On the first occasion I was away from my house fair enough , but on the second I was in all the time and my front door bell was working but no one rang it. There were 3 cars in my drive way on the last occasion. It seems to me this firm are using in-competant delivery personal to pretend to be working when they are not. I will now seek my money back from the online merchant who is losing out. I feel sorry for dx who are employing worthless staff and paying for wasted fuel and delivery vehicle costs.

Well folks where do I start. I took the day off work on Friday after receiving a txt message early Friday morning from dx to say my parcel would be delivered by Mark between 13.17 and 15.17 on Friday and at 13.38 I received a txt message to say dx tried to deliver my parcel but no one was home and that he left a card guess what folks yes that's right no card to be found anywhere and no dx courier on my camera trying to deliver my parcel at any point that day so yes another little bullshitter that saw it was a flat and didn't want to walk upstairs and this is the second time dx have meant to deliver a parcel and the other parcel was the same they said no one was home when I was in all day again so anything g I am going to buy from now on I will be asking who the courier is and if they say dx then they will lose a sale. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.this company is like covid should be avoided at any cost.

I am still waiting for a delivery. I have been told 3 times they attempted to deliver but i wasnt in. The first time i thought maybe i was busy and didnt notice them knocking. But they didnt leave a card so i dont think this was the case. But the following 2 times i waited in, made sure i could not miss the knock. The third time i was doing some work in my hall right next to the front door. No one came, and all i got was an automated text to say "sorry you were not in when we tried to deliver". I tried calling but the automated system just tells you to go online and book a redelivery. And i sent a complaint via the online form. Which led to me getting an automated email saying "sorry you were not in when we tried to deliver". They are absolutely diabolical. If you are a company using their services please be aware that customers will give up using you as its impossible to get items delivered without driving customers nuts.

What went wrong??? …. Everything that’s what…. three separate delivery dates and not one attempt on any of them absolutely awful company…. If you ever order anything and you see dx freight as the courier just ask for a refund because you will be lucky if they deliver

I have not used your company but was followed in Stowmarket by one of your vans. It was so close I was a bit scared. He also hooted at me for no reason at all that I could ascertain. We then went into separate lanes at the Station Approach junction. He was behind two cars and when the lights changed. The cars pulled away and he didn’t move for quite awhile. He may have been unwell, but whatever the reason his driving was unsafe. Your company reputation is at risk. I did not record the reg no. as I was concentrating on my driving, but you can’t have had that many drivers at that location today at 12.30. Please take this seriously. An accident may be caused by this driver.

They recon they called today.they put on tracking they have left a calling card.i am afraid that's a lie.no calling card in my door.a rubbish delivery firm.lie about calling card.or did they not come.no time slot.they can't leave where I have said I want it leaving.where post man and all other delivers have gone .no problems.people work.cant lose money or should be expected too .all day.

What went right?? 1st time using this company. 91 minutes on chat box. No delivery attempts made though chat disagreed. Offered the option to go collect from their office. I paid for delivery not click and collect. Driver in unreachable. Lady chat unable to resolve my request to deliver to my door. Unacceptable. Unprofessional. Disappointed I didn't read reviews before I ordered,but didn't know who courier partner was until email re delivery. Avoid this company if you don't have time to spend chasing your package. No option for 0 star's. Never again.

5 days straight I wait at home for an important piece of equipment. Received text saying it will be her at certain time. Close to the time I received a text saying they can’t deliver today. Imagine! You can’t call and speak to a human. I recommend not using this company if you have awareness that they will be delivering your package. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

I was in, however the driver did not wait at the door. Dumped parcel on doorstep, but according to the tracking, left in a safe place! Not safe if I wasn't at home! Awful
