The biggest bunch of harrassers I've ever come across. I've dealt with double glazing companies, insurers, energy providers and car dealers, Easylife are by far the worst of the lot. I have been called by 9 different phone numbers at least once a day , often twice, since I was stupid enough to place an order with them. I have blocked yet another phone number of theirs today and fully expect a new number to try calling me tomorrow. Icm younger and less vulnerable than their target audience. I've read some horrendous reviews of unauthorised debits and conning pensioners into subscriptions they don't need or want. Avoid these crooks please.

This company likes taking money out of your account for products/services you have not ordered!!This is the second time I have had to phone up and ask for a refund for a 'promotion/ product we apparently subscribed to' but hadn't. They are either inept or deliberately doing this, and judging by the many reviews left by customers regarding the same problem they have I can only highly recommend you don't buy from this company...they will only treat you the same way as many many other customers and take your money for no service or product time and time again!!!...DREADFUL COMPANY!!!!!!!

Avoid doing any business with this company. You will be deluged with emails ever after and "unsubscribing" is totally ineffectual. Very annoying.

Bought something for my grandma over the phone & without any consent were then charging her £18.50 a month including another £74.50 for a rewards club & other promotions. Even worse were sometimes charging her twice both in mine & her name. Hounded with sales calls whom also specifically told me she wasn’t signed up to any promotions & when asked to be taken off the mailing list also they still continued to call me. Never been so disgusted with a company. Highly recommend you not to buy from here & if you do check your bank statements following a he months.

Ordered a bird box over 12 months ago and have been hounded with cold calls from them 2-3 times a week since then. I've even told them to remove me from their system they say "certainly we won't bother you again" then they call within days. Absolute Nuisance!!!!!

What a waste of money. We bought 2 Aqua Rugs. They have been absolutely useless - covered in mould very quickly. Certainly not worth the £40 we paid. We have carefully washed as recommended to no avail. Don't buy them - we have had to purchase elsewhere.

I don’t as a rule do reviews on things but am so angry that this company Easylife are nothing but scammers who prey on the elderly. I ordered 2 items in June and paid for them, then bombarded with pamphlets. This week discovering they took £74.99 I telephoned their customer services dept spoke to a very rude man who said I must have signed up for a supercard club which I did not and would not. He told me he was doing me a favour by letting me know I was paying for the call to which I asked for his name, surprise surprise he didn’t have to give it. Tried emailing them ...invalid email after all the time drafting a letter. He said he would put me through to another number I asked was I paying for this call he said no. Spoke to a lady rude again asked her name it sounded like Asonde and asked to spell it to which she replied ber name was Chris!!!she said I would get a refund in 5 days...I know I wont, she sounded like she was just trying to get rid of me. Asked her if I was paying for the call, she said YES. Sorry for rambling but please don’t let any of your family or friends, particularly the elderly and vunerable order from these scammers. They should be called hardlife not easylife. Will update on these people. They must be accountable. Pauline(pensioner) By the way they don’t even get one star Thank you

Signed up for rewards club which I did not agree. Will never order anything ever again. Do not order from this company you will be signed up , unlawful, and may have money stolen from your account. Dishonest tele sales staff probably bonus for sign ups. Dreadful, found out by an accidental marketing call.

My husband ordered an expensive folding table in December. It eventually arrived in January. My husband died in January, the table had been used two, three times at most. It has been behind my sofa but a month or so ago i decided i mighy as well use it myself. It wasn't stable and was really rickety just to try to eat a meal from. After a few times of use, it fell apart, the screws just don't hold it together. Absolute rubbish, expensive rubbish. I emailed easylife to ask for either refund, credit note or lastly a replacement. I told them my husband had died (had been ordered in his name). After 4 emails asking me to get HIS permission to discuss it - i eventually got it through to them he was dead so couldn't get his permission. However they then asked if I had POA - why on Earth ask that, it makes no difference after death. I offered to send a copy of his death certificate- bear in mind this is just to talk about the table, nothing else. Aftet another 4 or 5 emails i gave up trying to get a person who had any common sense so I called customer services. Explained everything to him, his response- read me consumer acts, drone on about how old it was - what, yeh 8 months and used half a dozen times- broken!! Not interested in refunded or credit note or replacement- not even a 'oh we're sorry to hear aboutbyiur loss ' or 'sorry the table is useless ' just quotes that were read parrot fashion. So i will never ever order from them even if they were the last shop on Earth. I am disgusted by their lack of concern, care and they have no empathy whatsoever for customers. I cannot believe their total blindness to the situation. Easy Life you are expensive, uncaring, have no customer care relations and your attitude stinks.
