crashma 63 I bought some motorcycle bags from eBay. the seller sent them to the wrong address in the wrong City.. don't have a clue how they got that address.. tried dealing with the seller they refused to help me. tried talking to eBay they refused to help me. they refused my refund and closed the case.

ebay is next to Wells Fargo Bank the most dishonest ,incompetent company you can deal with as a seller. Will automatically on every instance allow buyers to return items even though you have no return item policies with missing ,stolen pieces.Also because of covid and packages moving slowly buyers call customer service and complain get there money back and then get packages shortly afterward and seller money is never refunded. No customer service availability in USA and meant to be that way for Phillipines to handle all calls and be of absolutely no help.If you are thinking about ever becoming a seller here definetly do not.

What on earth has happened to Ebay?! Someone sold me illegal counterfeit apple products - ebay ignored all my correspondence and closed the case. I'm now £200 down and in receipt of fake products I can't do anything with - sales that were against Ebay's selling policy. No contact numbers available for Ebay and they ignore all customer complaint emails. Amazon far superior in this day in age.

eBay is a scam company. I had just started using eBay and ordered an item which was not delivered. Despite several emails which have been ignored I have got nowhere. So, I requested a refund but this to has been ignored. There is no way to make a complaint to or about eBay. Basically eBay has stolen my money. Just use Amazon who have absolutely fantastic customer service. I so wish I had never used eBay.

horrible customer service, difficult to contact them and they dont give attention, I received a faulty expensive item, although the resolution center got in contact with the seller, they never answred who was supped to pay the return of a non working item (DHL asked 400 euro and post 114) So I wonder where is the so called protection?

EBay now set the postage charges way more than they should be. They force you to use paypal if you want to sell and give them even more money since they own paypal. Then paypal keep what's left for ages. EBay makes it impossible to grab a bargain on2nd hand clothes - $5 for the item, $9-15 for the postage.

Ebay has a lot of products that Amazon does not carry. Ebay‘s price is comparable to Amazon. Ebay protects its customers especially if you go through PayPal. - Ebay leaves the shipping up to the seller, which is absolutely horrible and not accountable. The worst part about Ebay which is pretty serious is the shipping it’s terrible. Amazon for some reason you can get it the next day or two days at most. I’ve been waiting for a piece of plastic it’s been 10 days. They’ve got to do better. And it’s impossible to get a hold of anybody at Ebay.I consider myself a good customer of Ebay but they would be able to judge that better than myself. I pray they get their sellers to ship things out quicker.

It's a bit confusing. The buckwheat pillow that I ordered was a lot smaller then I thought it would be. I am returning it. The box it came in had labels with Amazon's name...that was confusing. When I went to my orders on both Ebay and Amazon, my order wasn't listed. I paid $39+ for the pillow and they are only giving me $21+ back. Amazon does a good job of packing...here, the pillow was squashed into a very small box and a lot tape as if it was a return from someone else. I gave two stars because they make returns easy.

Personal experience told me even if you are right as a buyer with Ebay you will always be wrong. You pay for something you don't get then you have to put up with lies and deceits.

Do not use this awful platform if you are a seller. If you are a low volume seller, competitors can purchase your goods and leave your negative reviews. This will almost 100% take you out the market as you can no longer advertise. Ebay are a joke

Horrible Customer Service!!!! Horrible Customer Service!!!! Was given a coupon code for money off but it didn't work when I tried to use it. Called in and was told they would fix the problem and reissue. Never happened. Called again and was told a second time, we'll take care of it. Nothing happened. Called again and was told it would be reissued and it was; however, it once again didn't work. Called again. Was told how sorry they were that things haven't worked out and that they would see what they could do. Many weeks later and still no response. I have therefore quit selling on Ebay, and only buy as last resort. There are too many other options available today (Facebook is great) to deal with these clowns. They are so big that they just don't care. Pretty sad! Can't wait till it catches up with them and they fail big time!

This company is a scam. Their online communication system does not work to allow any meaningful communication with ebay. My only positive experience was with the seller who seems to be trying to do the right thing For 30 days I asked through every channel on their ridiculas communication system for a return label to return a table that I didnt like and had arrived damaged. The seller approved the return Finally they closed my return request because they didnt hear from me although I sent upwards of 20 messages asking for a return label or directions to get one I have worked through the seller to get some assistance. I even had 2 other people trying to open a chat for me, one a tec person. They reached the same dead end in the system that I had. The worst buying experience ever. I intend to never to work with a company that doesn't have a working phone number. Ebay itself is a pitiful joke. Fortunately I had an honest seller. Don't get tangled up in the ebay mess. Someone needs to scrap their website and start over, or maybe the intent is to defraud the buyer with their nonfunctioning online communication system.

Do not waste your time and money purchasing items from the eBay Seller called ""auto*spare*home". Dodgy and unprofessional. Falsely advertised item, sent me the wrong item, many excuses and promises made, poor English communication and comprehension skills and they still owe me shipping costs. Save yourself from the headache. Not worth dealing with.

During a period of about 5 seconds, I got a slew of emails from eBay telling me that my bids were cancelled. Okay? Those bids were paid for and the items already delivered weeks ago. Then, eBay was restricting my account pending I send them a copy of a bank statement and my driver's license, both of which I did. Then, I was suspended. Like forever. No explanation, no nothing. I had a sale with money coming to me but that was stopped. I guess eBay is keeping it. Vague explanations came one after the next after the next. No resolution. These people are crooks.

Sellers beware Sellers beware! EBay moneyback guarantee allows buyers to claim anything they want about their purchase when they have buyers remorse and seller is responsible for paying return shipping. EBay debits you for outgoing shipping, return shipping, item cost and their fee!! As a seller with 9 years of only 5 star ratings, they didn’t even bother to give me an opportunity to defend myself. You can no longer call EBay. They might as well have tied me up and held a gun to my head because they robbed me, refunded seller all their money before I got item back so I am screwed.

Too many buyer scammers which ebsy side with along with many crappy chinese sellers ripping off photos from the Internet then when you get the goods they look nothing like whats displayed.

DO NOT BUY FROM A SELLER CALLED EDSJUNKANDMORE!! They stole $110 from me & I never got my item. Ebay doesn't really do anything for this either. They have a circle of links that just being you back to nowhere.
