“So I oder something. It Neverending arrived. Because the courier decided to be lazy and delivered ut infront of my lobby door where everyone gets access to the item.. Purolator told me they deliver it so its not there problem.. I contacted the seller. And he told me to file a police report. Wtf. I told them I need a refund or another item. They ignored me after that so I reported it to ebay. But as soon as the seller told them it was delivered because the courier update states that. Ebay closed my case so lost everything. Money and item . There no guarantee that if the courier fucks up ebay will help u. So ebay takes no responsibility.. if u call Amazon. And there delivery does that Amazon refund or delivers another package.. now im sitting here with no money to buy another break pads for my truck.. and especially now where I'm struggling to get by.. ebay doesn't care.. do not shop from ebay because if anything happens to package. Ebay won't help u”

“Ebay Commits FRAUD! Twice ebay has changed the Guaranteed Delivery date after the item was delivered late just to cheat their customers of the $5 fee. Their customer no service just made excuses even though they confirmed that the computer changed the date. then they lied and said it was an estimated date to which I corrected that "estimated" is the normal delivery, this was GUARANTEED! The latest item was #402584674229.”

“A buyer purchased some records in which the description was 'condition unknown.' Before posting, I once again told the buyer that the condition was unknown (not used for years). He said he hoped it was okay so I posted Special Delivery (at my expense to make sure they were insured in transit). Buyer has said they so not match the photos (he received all the records that were in the photos and listed clearly in the description). Then, when I would not refund, he said they were damaged. No evidence or details of how they are damaged. Went to resolution with eBay - I sent details of my complaint. They replied within minutes, so could not have bothered to look through messages between myself and the bonkers buyer. I now have to refund so have lost money on the postage both for delivery and the return.”

“A buyer lied and put negative rating on my page. Buyer even threatened to commit fraud to get their money back. Everything is documented. Would put zero stars but not available. I messaged eBay about this and they can tell me ... long story short is that this is a learning lesson. Seek other methods to sell your stuff. I have been with eBay for a long time and this is what they tell me. This is BS!”

They have never arrive. When I complained the company sent 1 out of the 4 from UK !! As the company successfully sent one Ebay customer services said the case was closed !!! I loose the rest of my money and they do not want to know !!!! They have lost respect and trust . Looks like they have peaked and are enjoying the Covid situation. I had 1576 positive buyer reviews, looks like parting from the company is the best response. Beware its not what it was !!!! Regards Chris”

“Ebay needs to review their customer service because they need to be fair with seller and buyer and should not be favoring just buyers. In the end its seller fees that pays off the eBays bill. When the buyer win the item and does not pay then Bay should automatically cancel after a day and relist the item.”

“I bought a toilet bidet and contacted the seller twentyone2020 and sent them photos per their request, and despite various email never get a reply from them, the seller waited for more then 90 days and obviously they knew I could not get in touch with eBay as by then eBay take no interest in my complaint because is over 90 days. I tried multiple times with eBay but to no avail.”

“Received fraudulent tracking number from eBay that stated package delivered yet when I called FedEx they informed me that number was not for me or my address. Impossible to call eBay to talk to so filled a automated complaint with eBay explaining all the details who then sent same tracking number again two days later again stating package delivered which it wasn’t even tho they had been told it wasn’t since they have your money they don’t care will have to call credit card to file fraudulent charge to hopefully get money back friends have told me of them having similar experience”

“eBay cheated me out of $70 with indifference and stupidity. The short version is that I logged into eBAY, UPDATED MY MAILING ADDRESS, purchased an item, and they told me they would send it to an old address they had populated from elsewhere. I immediately informed them, and eBay said, we don't care, tell the seller. Their contact info for the seller was inaccurate, so I had to hunt them down. I found the seller and contacted them, and they said we don't care, we're going to mail it to this old address eBay supplied. I contacted the post office, but they said the shipper had not made available any means to intercept or redirect the package, even if I paid extra. The item was lost forever. eBay said the seller probably didn't see my message until after it was sent - but the seller replied to my message, which was sent within at most 20 minutes of seeing that eBay intended to ship my package to a wrong address rather than the one I had given them. They stole $70+ from me, and gave me nothing in return. Please never, ever try to buy anything from eBay. You will regret it.”

“Worst customer service I ever received. To be exact I didn't get any customer service. Bunch of empty words and lots of nonsense. I issued wrong refund by mistake and ebay knew about it. Instead they chose to ignore it. Now the byer not only scamed me, he kept 2 refunds and ebay supported him. It makes byer (tonyf56) and ebay part of scamming group. They are all thiefs and fraudsters. I lost 2 items and 2 refunds. Buyer is not communicating and ebay just ignoring me.”

“The buyer paid for the shipping eBay could not give me the right shipping label I asked for another shipping label and no response I lost a cell or I’m going to lose it you can’t talk to a live person it’s a lot easier to get a hold of the President of the United States eBay sucks”
