i will never purchase anything here again. wanting to return a pair of trousers for work due to the cut which does not fit me, feel entrapped: the seller workwear is abs miserable...ebay is not cooperative. 0 points

They have absolutely no idea how to treat either buyers or sellers. They have a call centre which employs people for whom English is not a first language and who keep you on the line for ever. Everything they do is designed to take you round in circles, often getting nowhere. Tim OFT investigated the way they run their business. Finally, how comes Trustpilot have such a different review result than you. They have a figure of 1.25 and that's influenced by, like yout reviews, you can't give them a zero? I will ask Trustpilot the same question.

Do not even try to sell anything on Ebay . It is a trap for sellers and haven for buyers. As an buyer just order anything , use it an then claim it as faulty or damaged.

Left neg feedback about a seller, but eBay removed feedback, sellers sells a lot through eBay, eBay refunded me because I mentioned this which is praising eBay they removed it and I cannot leave another review for this seller, so other victims could experience the same as me, I gave a honest feedback, so basically as a valued customer ( their words, ha ) they don't mind losing me as I have now closed my account, there are plenty of other eBay types out there I will never use again, they are all about money and not their customers, we are just a very small fish in a very big pond, by they we make the top of the tree very rich

Full of fake items from Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren Polo, Clone Island Paul & Shrink. I have returned fake items and stated that I am returning because they are counterfeit only for the seller to put them back on sale again. They have a way to report items and I have used this until I’ve torn the....out of it but to no avail. My advice is to buy the item/s you are after by researching them first and you will find authentic ones at decent prices. Be aware if it can be counterfeited it will be on EBay and they don’t care as long as they get their slice of the cake!!!

Your customer service is useless you are letting buyers be conned with fake postage so they pay twice for items that are not genuine.

Atrocious. No protections for sellers at all. Received harassing and threatening emails from a buyer despite them receiving two items in perfect condition, and as described. Said buyer then demanded refund for both items, and lied about the condition of them for said purpose, and posted an untrue and negative review. Ebay did nothing to help me. Instead, they threatened me with debt collectors, and said buyer now has refund from eBay, AND the items. And i have had to pay again, despite doing nothing wrong. I am down two valuable items, down the money on top of that, and have been treated horrendously, all because someone chose to lie, and wanted money out of me. Never using Ebay again. Disgraceful.

Bought item size 6-8 received a 3-5 with the wrong label. Ebay are in breach of contract refusing to honour their guarantee displayed on every page. Not worth suing for 5£

As a business seller you have no rights. You end up having the goods back if the customer isn't in to collect or of changes his mind. You end up losing the small profit you started with. Be warned.

Ordered 2 digital time switches 18 th Sept for del`y on 27th arrived ok paid £11.98 .Within a few day`s 1 simply stopped working ,contacted supplier by e/m they advised me eventually after 3/4 more e/mail`s of a tracking no ,on search for this no it did not exist ?? . The last contact with them was on 5th Dec and NO reply from them since . So once bitten twice shy shan`t be using them again ( Business name BLUE CITY EUROPE LTD Berkshire

I bought a product on ebay from a company near me and arranged to collect it and pay cash but its a dreadful area so I asked the seller to give me a phone number in case I got lost. Ebay would not allow this and I was not much bothered but now Ebay has restricted my account so I cannot buy or sell anything. So I ring up and the Customer Service number is wrong! So I get the right one and they can't help so I ask to speak to the respondents supervisor. He's busy but will ring back in half an hour. He does not. I telephone again and ask for a supervisor again but he's busy and will ring back in an hour but again does not!!! Arrogant company without enough staff, those it has do not care for customers. I have bought or sold 800 items over the years and this s how they treat me. I have some transactions to complete and then will never deal with them again.. I suggest other users stop dealing with this unpleasant company,

Seller couldn't fulfil 2 separate orders and refunded a month later after I chased them. Negative feedback was left for both orders and subsequently removed by ebay. Although they make it extremely difficult to actually get in touch with someone at ebay, I eventually managed to get a message back from them stating along the lines "due to privacy concerns we can't discuss feedback removal". If it wasn't such a well-known company, I'd be sure it was a scam website.
