Ebay is not secure and i am always getting hacked into. I cant even cancel my ebay as someone changed my email address and phone number. Be very careful using Ebay as it easy to get hacked into and before you know it, you are selling 10 cars! Customer service is terrible and you cant speak to anyone! Not a safe website

Ebay is in SERIOUS NEED of a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. There is no longer any live help in customer service. And the automated system is completely boxed into a very narrow and usually unhelpful system. This amounts to FRAUD. Buyers and Sellers have a very big case developing. This FAKE disorganized company will soon go the way of SEARS. It is time to end this charade.

By far the worst and most incompetent service that I have ever experienced. Being a member in spending hundreds of thousands of dollars if not in the millions with buying and selling through them. They have falsely charged me for thousands of dollars to an bank account that was closed months before they continued to say that they deposited money and I an account that was not even opened and then charge me for the money that they needed to withdraw back out due to fraudulent charges that happened. I have never been so disappointed in a company and their customer service to neglect and not take responsibility for anything in my entire life. So sad hopefully people realize that there are other options out there because you guys have made the situation unbearable and unworkable due to a lack of morality

eBay is the worst, they suspended my account for no reason, I'm just a new customer who wanted to buy some computer parts for my new computer and sell my old parts to others. Should receive 0 start instead of 1.

Long story short. First time buyer, was permanently banned without an explanation. Contacting the customer service, I was only given pre-prepared responses but not any actual customer service. Oh, but I was getting vague accusations against my conduct and threats that if I would try to purchase anything in the future my accounts would again get suspended. I suspect there was a technical issue with the checkout, but it seems they have too much money to give a care.

If I could give Ebay less than one star I would. I have been a long time seller and even longer buyer. They have changed the way you get paid out for a sale. They are not going thru Paypal anymore where you would see the money from the transaction in your Paypal account immediately after a buyer paid. They are collecting the $ and supposed to be transferring the income from sales directly into your bank account. I had my first sale under their "Managed Payments" five days ago (the buyer paid the same day in the morning) and I still don't have the money from the transaction. If it shows up tomorrow, it will be six days since the transaction occurred. Totally unacceptable! Ebay is blaming my bank, mind you I can transfer funds from my Paypal account to my bank account and it's in there the next day. I'm not comfortable shipping an item without having received the payment, and now according to Ebay I'm late with shipping. Also, they are taking a larger share of the transaction, it previously was 10% now it's close to 14%. This is how greed works, they hold onto your money so they can draw some interest off of it and they charge you more for a sale. Bye Ebay!!!

Huge fees for sellers you better off deleting your account if you’re using eBay to sell is too expensive and most iff the products for sale is all rubbish. Go out and shop this useless I delete my account. Horror experience

Compré un celular a través de eBay. Cobraron el celular y luego eBay me escribe que eliminaron mi compra porque dudaban del vendedor. ¿Por qué eBay no investiga primero a sus vendedores antes de permitirles que hagan sus ventas a través de eBay? Qué empresa tan desastrosa es eBay. Nunca la volveré a usar. 🤬

Full of rude incompetent sellers. Everyone avoid seller with username starbase-atlanta. Extremely spiteful and nasty , not fit to be in customer facing environment!

Made a purchase for over $500, item showed delivered but was never received. Contacted ebay the very same day, they said give it a few days to see if it shows up. Has been close to a week and still no item, but yet I get email from ebay saying that they made a final decision and I won't get a refund even though I have not gotten the item that I ordered. I work too hard for my money and they basically stole $504 from because I never got what I purchased. I have called them many times before today and been told that rest assured we have a money back guarantee you will get your money back if not the item. But today still no item and they say no refund. So basically they stole my money. All I'm saying is beware of buying on ebay they steal from their customers and don't honor their money back guarantee. Been faithful for many years but from now on only buying on Amazon, at least they don't STEAL from customers.

Ebay charges are now 12.8% and 30p per transaction. So your not actually saving anything not using PayPal like they made out by saying it was a good thing you didn't need to use pay pal. If you can call 0.1% a saving then all I can do is laugh. The added pain now that they aren't using paypal is I don't have access to the money instantly. I have now got to wait 5 days for the payment to process because of the bank holiday which isn't very good. So if you don't have a printer for postage label through ebay you will have to use other funds to pay for your postage at the post office. That or make the buyer wait. I don't think I can be arsed with that so am not going to bother selling on there I don't think. Might try amazon and etsy.

absolute pirates... avoid being a seller on their site at all costs... all sorts of tricks up their sleeves to con you out of money... they now include your postage fee as part of the final sale cost and charge you a percentage of it.. as well as their new managed payments (munged robbery) making it easier for them to rob you as they see fit

OMG Had a package stolen. 5 days of them trying to refund over the phone. Told them to keep 50 dollars not worth the effort. Customer service was very nice and kept trying.

eBay customer service is non-existent! If you have an issue or question there is no phone number to discuss. You are simply referred to ebay/help online, it turns into endless circle! eBay use to be amazing, but over the past year it gone worse and worse, 1 star out of 5! Moved to Amazon and Market place, KEEP AWAY.

a buyer gave me a neutral rating. said i did not describe my item properly. i did and the proof was in the ad text, but ebay would not take it back, after i complained. Ebays has a new policy of wanting my banking information, because they have separated from pay-pal. Not comfortable with giving my banking info. For now no more ebay for me.

DANGER! Ebay Giftcards! If giftcard is lost or stolen they will not help you. They will demand everything from you birth certificate, to your passport, to your vaccine records, and in the end will still not help you recover your funds. To clarify, I had many egift cards with random funds on them. One day they where all removed, I was suspended for having too many ecards? and they said I needed all these documents PLUS physical receipts. Email confirmation was not enough, when asked to clarify, the "Assistant" just kept sending same prompt, telling me to look at it. I did and asked follow up questions which lead to copy and paste of original message from "Assistant'. Read terms and conditions, they can suspend ANYONE at their convenience and keep their giftcard/egiftcard money, when you agree to their terms you are agreeing on this, PLEASE READ and learn moving forward, this company is NOT to be trusted!
