Ebay is forcing its sellers to drop Paypall. When they do your account is temporarily restricted. To unrestricted you have to provide ID (fair enou) but they also want a utility bill or bank statement. BS! When they restrict, all of your auctions are dumped....wasting your time and the bidders time.

FRAUD Ebay continue to steal money from people by taking it out of their accounts even after signing over to the new agreement where when you've sold something ebay deducts the fees themselves, so PayPal is no longer involved, but after checking my account PayPal has paid ebay £13.61, ebay and PayPal are both FRAUDS and hopefully they'll continue to lose sellers on their platform.

Don't ever buy ink cartridges from ebay as they only have a 30 day return policy, after that your on your own.. Most ink companies have at least a year to return them if they are defective or not compatible... You would not know until you run out of ink and replace it with the purchase you made. Maybe you bought a spare... I bought a ink cartridge 2 1/2 months ago and now I installed it.. Defective, does not work on my Canon as a compatible cartridge, shuts down the printer with a B204 (error cartridge code) cannot use any buttons on the printer.. Ebay said they only guarantee 30 days from purchase.. So what's the point of buying ink from ebay.. They would not even provide me the phone # of that vendor.. Looks like the vendor is from Hong Kong, which was misleading during my purchase... I have contacted the vendor through ebay website and well see what happens.. Never again will I buy ink from ebay.. Buyer beware !!!

eBay supports scam criminal trade. eBay doesn't care about customers and doesn't have responsibility for non-completed trade. If you care about your money you should never buy through eBay. We bought a model kit on eBay and it was said that due to Covid issues the item delivery would be delayed. However, the item was never delivered and when we contacted the eBay customer service they said they do not care. That's the experience we share. This is a set up that supports criminal activity and this should be taken care of by police.

Bought x2 CDs. advised due date 16/4. Seller tells me items delivered 6/4. I take this up with seller. Seller ignores me. After 16/4 I query again. Seller just tells me to contact Royal Mail. It shouldn't be my problem but I contact them anyway. Royal Mail confirm delivery but to the wrong address - you might think Seller claims from Royal mail. But no Seller has sent to a different address and refuses to engage with Royal mail. Royal Mail refuses to engage with me - I am not their customer. Ebay then refuses to refund on the basis that Seller can show 'delivery'. It refuses to ask anything more of the seller. Hey presto my appeal is turned down and no refund. As I lose £5 I have to write it off, along with any further business through ebay - it isn't worth suing for.

Ebay is forcing its sellers to drop Paypall as their bank. We sell in US$, and Ebay is refusing to pay us the money they collect in US $. They are charging us a 3% conversion fee. DO NOT use Ebay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE CORPORATE BULLIES. Also, very bad customer service.

I ordered some t-shirts from ebay, the last order I had placed, I didn't get 3 of the t-shirts because of fraudulent sellers, I got my money back, but then the last order I placed with ebay again, the same thing happened, I didn't get 3 of the t-shirts I ordered again, ebay doesn't check the sellers on they're site, they have way too many fraudulent sellers, these people do everything, false tracking numbers, just plain never ship the item, and the worst part about it, when a seller provides a false tracking number, eBay doesn't even remove the seller from the site, so this kind of thing happens to different customers, that's a bad way to do business, you never know if your actually going to receive a order, or get scammed, I don't trust eBay anymore, and eBay isn't doing a thing to get rid of the fraudulent sellers, they let them stay, so the sellers can rip off other customers as well, I won't order from them again.

Was robbed by an out of country seller. Sent back a defective product and since USPS could not track it all the way I was never refunded. Seller walked away with money and item. Buyer protection?? BS!!! I've been buying from eBay for 18 years... This has happened twice, will not happen a 3rd. I will NEVER buy from eBay again!!

First of all, the associate, Dina, hung up on me without saying anything. It was totally rude, unprofessional and my issue was not resolved. The two issues I had that I needed to be sorted were not addressed, resolved and I am totally unhappy. The Funds Availability Program is not clear in any seller setup, and is not communicated in my dashboard. I only found out about this program by calling eBay support and even then the support team members did not know why my funds weren't being released. This is a really frustrating lack of clear expectation setting and communication by eBay.

I bought a sports card 'buy it now' ebay, on 12/12/2020 . I waited about 10 days, never got any notice that is shipped. On 12/20/2020 I received a message from the sellers id that said 'My father (the seller) was going to get out of the hospital on Monday but he will not be getting out until Wednesday.' I responded 'No worries'. Because it was a round the holidays I waited another 3 weeks and never hear anything. Sent a message to the seller and didn't receive any response. I called ebay and they said oh sorry it has been more than 30 days you can't get your money back. So for being kind I got screwed. Thanks ebay!!!!

My husband and I sold a something on Ebay and they took way more compensation and we never received our money. Customer service was terrible and one of them even threatened to ban my husband from ebay because he asked for the

I have a dispute and cannot login to take the steps they recommend. I changed my PW and still cannot log in. Forget about reaching a live person! Ever6 time I call and try, the recorded message ends up hanging up. I will NEVER order from this site again. I was scammed.

I sold something a month ago and still have not been paid by ebay, I mean why would they pay me? They are earning interest on my money. They also took £500 from my bank account they set up a direct debit without informing me. DO NOT SELL WITH THEM.

WORST SITE EVER WITH NO ONE TO RESOLVE ISSUES, ITS A MACHINE AND IF IT DONT UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEM YOU GET BANNED... AMAZON IS SO MUCH BETTER AND YOU CAN TALK TO SOMEONE!!!

After 20 years as a loyal customer and never once received negative feedback I have been banned for LIFE. No idea why, no explanation or appeal process. I believe current management are focused on selling the business and the some malicious individuals in “customer support” have been given unchecked powers. R.I.P eBay.

I purchased a phone, was not as described in the ad, I started the return process. The Chinese seller would not provide a return shipping label, I paid for the return shipping, it has been over 2 months and the seller has not refunded me the shipping cost, even after over 20 messages asking for the refund.
