I tried to buy something and eBay blocked my bid. When I contacted them they said I had to be re-identified and they removed the restriction. Wouldn’t compensate me or do anything for me. Customer service sucks and don’t care at all about the average buyer.

I only look at history stuff, but don’t you think 200 bucks for a us airborne jacket is expensive, most of the historic stuff has original in the name but I know 99% most of the stuff is replicated stuff

Ebay refunded one of our buyers without having them return our item, leaving us without our product or payment. Very unacceptable.

We have shopped alot on eBay but are now shopping elsewhere,we had problems or bought pack of 6" nails was sent 1 nail,bought black plastic sheeting j Knox ,was sent pale grey ,little or no help from eBay,bought 2 items ,sent only 1 ,seller did not respond ,eventually got refund after long time,bought plants arrived very poor,bought seeds ,was sent sometimes just 3 seeds,some seeds supposed be viola ,but when germinated where oil seed rape,& cosmos ,supposed to be rare orchid. So we have had enough and now lockdown has ended will shop in town, postag e for items is far too expensive,we have been good eBay shoppers but have lost confidence. Still waiting for wall poster it's taken over M nth still haven't got it,we have contacted eBay in past with little help.

Most clients don't even realize that you can only spend a mere $1,500 a MONTH on their OWN GIFT CARDS! That's right, buyers who support e-bay by buying their gift cards actually have a limit. If that's not absurd enough, that policy is hidden 4 pages under "gift card restrictions"...add to the fact E-bucks tend to go up to 5% a few days a MONTH teasing the Buyer to spend more. It's no wonder (with poor Management that never communicate with the customer, and this policy) anyone would want to support E-bay anymore....they used to be a great company.

I won an auction for a play station 5 for my son for Christmas and tried to pay for it with two different credit cards and both were rejected. I was advised by an ebay representative to go to the store and get several $200 ebay cards and make the purchase. When i entered th ebay cards the balance remained the same on the payment for the PS5 but my ebay cards balance was now 0. So they had accepted the ebay cards and not applied the money to the auction i won for the PS5. Ebay literally screwed me out of $800 and refused to refund me or send me the PS5. I called my card companies and both told me that ebay never attempted to make a charge to either one. Ebay literally, intentionally screwed a me out of $800 worth of ebay cards and never even attempted to resolve the situation.

eBay.de is a shady site.. customer service seem to side with sellers and just ban accounts for no reason. I made a few bids and sent messages to sellers asking if item was shipped to my country and my account was permanently banned because I put the community at risk?! I have used .ie .uk and .com sites and never had issues. So bad for eBay.

Bought stollen computer on Ebay and Ebay says no help from them after 30 days and seller still active. Do not buy anything large on Ebay because scammers use the platform and are supported by Ebay.

This Ebay.com need to stop their selling platforms. I believe the Government should really investigate on how they stealing and scamming people hard earn money. It’s a shame if the United state Government do not step in. I have constantly buying 100’s and 1000’s of dollars worth of an items. In feb I purchased an item $1400 worth. The seller claimed it was delivered but hold on the carrier claimed they could not delivered to my provided address instead they googled an address and they delivered it to God knows where. They claimed it was delivered however this item was meant to be signed for, where is my signature on delivery? I requested for proof of delivery and signature showing I signed for it. Now they awarding the seller my hard earn money. Also while all this was going on I recently purchased other 4 items worth a total of $1700+. America as you are witnessing this you need to stop buying on ebay and the United State Government need to investigate their scams. Since February I have fought hard on retaining my money, but to no success. Few weeks ago I was told on two different occasions that I will be awarded a few refund to allow 3-5 business days, then I will get messages like this (Thank you for getting in touch with eBay about the item Trunk/decklid/hatch/tailgate INFINITI (293461542466) you purchased from “advautosal112”. I receive your email and I understand you opened a case requesting a full refund on the transaction. Upon checking, I see that we initiated the refund today as part of your purchase protection. Kindly allow 24-48 hours to pass for finalization due to the amount of the item being processed. Let me thank you for the time and effort you exerted in resolving this case, your patience in handling this case is truly commendable. I trust that the information provided herewith is to your satisfaction and is helpful to you) Then today I get a reverse decision.now appealing for the 2nd time.despite this hard time of COVID-19, I’m still stupid enough to do business with EBay.com Scamming their buyer.

eBay is now the nesting place for fraudulent transactions and fake companies! For 4 months i have been requesting for a refund of $83.77 but to NO Avail. eBay do not have Customer Support nor Customer Service.

Really bad experience, I bought 3 times an item from there and only one item arrived. The last time I bought a virtual key . E bay canceled my order so I cannot give a feedback to that fraud guy, if it's a guy ( nor e bay itself), there is no post of the product anymore so I cannot do a thing. The payment have already been done. A company that doesn't care for the buyers and the customer service doesn't exist.

.I have been a member since 2004. The Money back guarantee did not work for me. eBay did not pay attention to a dodgy seller who is selling faulty goods. Buy from Amazon better customer service and buyer protection. eBay is finished it’s had it day.
