If I could take away 5 stars I totally would!!!!!! NEGATIVE 5 stars FOR SURE!!!!! EBay provided an Ancient address for a return which now I lost money and product!!!! When I provided them with my address on two separate occasions including in the shipping box itself!!!! Ran by bunch of Unprofessional untrustworthy thieves!!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE EBAY EVER AGAIN!!!!! GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!

I buy ebay plus and member with ebay for long time but today AirPods sale start at 5 pm i was waiting 2 minutes before it start when sale start i click on the AirPods they saying we need more info and then when its open there is no buy button only showing option is watch and then after 2 minutes its out of stock best way to charge people and making fool easily

Ebay customer service is nonexistent. Several calls to fix issues and they tell me to go to the seller. Ebay has the wrong information in the system trying to charge me return shipping when the seller acknowledges they sent the wrong item and Ebay should not charge for a return shipping label. Several calls with customer service (Over Seas) and no help. Corporate does not provide any upper-level assistance and apparently no oversight. I will be moving my business away from Ebay.

I wrote a neutral feedback review for a product I had purchased. The item took 21 days to arrive after shipping so I said that in my review to let others know the shipping time. The seller was outraged that the feedback was not positive and was able to get eBay to remove the feedback. What good is the eBay feedback rating if sellers can alter it at will? The eBay consumers need to be aware that eBay FEEDBACK RATINGS ARE NOT ACCURATE. In another instance, I bought and paid for an item thru eBay and the seller never shipped the item. I contacted the seller repeatedly and was told it was shipped but I never received anything. I asked eBay for a refund on my account. Instead of getting a full refund, I was given a partial refund by eBay because the monetary exchange rate (US to Canadian) had changed between the time the item auction had ended and the time the refund was given. I have never heard of anything like this. If there is a discrepancy, the difference should come from the seller's account since they are the one who defaulted on the sale agreement. I contacted eBay and they refused to give me a full refund on my account. This is outrageous. How much money is eBay swindling from consumers doing this? BUYER BEWARE!

I have two orders which were never fulfilled. I never received my items, neither refund nor customer service. The website is a fraud completely.

Your help centre is an utter joke!!! No human has looked into my issue as it was all stated in my comments on the case and anyone with a brain cell could see what happened! I received my items weeks late and so In the meantime purchased a replacement from someone else, when I finally did receive the original order I asked to return it due to the fact it was late, and seller said ok and they had provided a returns label - they didn’t!!!! So I returned at my own expense and provided a photo of the Royal Mail receipt!!! You’ve closed this case as there’s no tracking number - there’s only no tracking number as I used the only method of sending back I could afford when it shouldn’t have been at my expense at all in the first place!!!! I’ve been waiting months for this to be resolved!!!! Awful (and non existent) customer service!

A company with Ebay ripped me off and Ebay didn't help. They keep hiding behind emails and won't resolve. I every got my item, I had to request my items a month later, then I got a tracking number the next day, but no tracking history has every been listed. I've turned in a complaint for my merchandis or my money back. Their respons was for me to "return" the item, "that I never received" in the first place. Also do you know that you can't turn in a review with a company on Ebay if you've filed a complaint?????? So that means the only reviews we see are the positive. I'm so dissapointed in Ebay. I've spent almost $1000 with them this year and I'm closing my account now.

very bad service My account is suspended and they sent me an email asking me to call a number to reset my account. but in that number it is impossible to speak to a human being, I have been trying to speak to someone for several weeks, and when I enter the eBay chat they tell me that due to the pandemic situation the lines are closed but that the only way to fix my situation is Calling, how should I understand this? Very disappointed on eBay if you have a problem where you need to call, you will be very frustrated there is no one to help you, very bad service for us sellers and buyers who in the end are the ones who pay for them to be sustained in the market

Buyers be aware that you can easily be scammed on Ebay. I received only half of what I ordered and the seller couldn't send the remaining items even after l contacted him. I contacted customer services and they were most unhelpful. They refused to refund the money money and closed the case. They didn't even try to explain why the sell couldn't supply what l paid for. I now realise that the seller had listed misleading information, he was overcharging and couldn't even deliver the complete order. What a joke! I will never buy from Ebay again, because when things go wrong, there is no support from their customer service. You buy from Ebay at your own risk.

If I didn’t have to give a star I wouldn’t eBay suck it took 30 days for me to have to call back about my refund and then you don’t I stand what they be saying so now I have to pay to send this product back cause I was sent the wrong stuff eBay suck and I will no longer shop from here

The other day i went to your shop to oder a nice refreshing beverage but the level of disrespect coming from person serving me was astronomical. After a long 15 minutes, with my children suffocating in the scorching car, I finally received the smoothie. To my shock, i found a HAIR in my beverage. This ruined my day so i demanded a refund. They refused! I then asked to see the manager but they said he was sick today because of covid! This is not ok as there should always be a manager. Yours sincerely, Karen Sommers xx

Had basically every item in the last 3 months turn up faulty, I'm sick of re sending them and waiting to order new items again. Been a big fan of ebay for years but now I'm switching to amazon as this is just ridiculous, ebay doesn't regulate anything they sell. Infact they claim they don't sell live animals but yet you can buy a tarantula as "live food"... what would you have in your home that would eat a tarantula? Nothing. Theres loopholes throughout the whole ebay system but they don't care as long as they generate revenue for themselves, probably why scammers are flocking to ebay. I'd advise not to buy on ebay but if you do make sure to read all the recent reviews of the buyer as these are the ones that count the most, scammers are now using old accounts with good reviews to disguise themselves so be careful.

Want to warn everyone to buy from supplier globalfactory1891. I bought a cutting plotter with 2 years warranty. After 6 months it broke. After 3 months of mailing back and forth, globalfactory1891 arranged a transport company to pick up the plotter. When the machine reached globalfactory1891 warehouse they said that the machine was scrap and that I could only get 80% of the machine's value. I should be happy that I was able to use the machine for 6 months according to globalfactory1891. Have a hard time understanding how 2 years warranty can mean that globalfactory1891 can't offer me an equivalent plotter that works or the whole sum back so I can buy from another supplier. I can't buy an equivalent plotter for 80% of the value. In my last email where I asked them to send back my broken machine and money to the repair so I can fix it, they did not reply to that email. They now have the machine, do not want to replace me with a working machine and do not want to pay back what the machine cost. To me, it looks like fraud. Is this a supplier ebay wants customers to be fooled by? Help me with this provider and warn them of their behavior towards customers, if it doesn't help, close their account so they can't fool any more customer. Be careful with eBay that really doesn’t care about their customer. One of the experience that I have is the seller was harassing me and ebay did nothing. The seller even emailed me in my email out side ebay calling me nasty names I send a copy to the ebay email, of course he denied.. but what he text me I can tell plus my email is private. They did nothing about it. I tried to contact them could not. I going to close my, cause I am worry about my safety. I would just keep Amazon. Ebay is not good at all. They really don’t care about the customer.

Disgusting!! if you Planning to waist your time and money and loosing your goods use (eBay)! hehe what’s tha joke!! I put my bike on auction With no return accepted option after the guy cam and tested it, was really happy to take it, after week sent me a message asking for a full refund as the hand grib was broken! EBay took action for send a return post letter (what a joke) for a full refund and said if I haven’t sent the return post they will issue a full refund automatically I’m trying to contact the buyer to drop the bike back for a full refund he doesn’t bother as is going to have it anyway! What next ??? ebay HOUWEEEEEE!!!!!
