“Sample material supplied was significantly thinner than expected, and assumed this was a mistake. However, sales team tried to make out 1.5mm thickness out of a 5mm thick spec foams was just how the foam was and if we had an issue we should just return the sheet. Very unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue and asked for material to be sent back at our cost. Would not recommend and won't be using for any larger production orders. Unimpressed.”

Dear Matthew, As explained we have sent out the exact product as per your online order and that we cannot guarantee complete suitability as when ordering online we are not aware of your application. Having spoke with you, you are trying to match our product to your exisiting product that you have had several years. Enevitably there will be a difference in density, compression etc. However, we have offered you a full refund upon returning the order.

“Very poor service. Waited almost a week and then whole day on the day of delivery. Nothing arrived. When called next day, I was given tracking number to chase the item myself. And the CS said that they will email the parcel company and that I have to wait for the response from the parcel company (they have no idea for how long). The CS has no clue or the urge to chase up the parcel service they use. Totally disappointed.”

“Hi order foam for my little girl she want extra bed space. The foam come in the wrong size, efoam ask me to take some photo to prove it before sending back(lose one day from work). When the new foam arrived it had join in the length whish I not wanted...never buy from here again !”

“Bad foam quality, came dirty with chunks missing. Over priced and slow delivery. Tried ringing and no one picked up. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY. There are cheaper prices on eBay with good customer service. Taking my business there.”

“eFoam's website was really easy to use. Having measured the foam exactly and entered the details I was surprised to find it was virtually the same price for my custom piece as it was for the precut ones. I found it very reassuring that you can enter the type of use (in my case pet beds) and you are automatically taken to the right type of foam and firmness. Price was very competitive.”

“I would be careful dealing with this company..I ordered foam cut to size. The price according to the site included postage to UK Mainland. Imagine my surprise when I was called by the company and told there would be a £10 postage charge since I lived in the Scottish Highlands. Further since this was a bespoke product there could be no cancellation of the order.”
