I ordered a large piece of foam from eFoam in January 2019. It was never delivered / delivered to the wrong place... either way it is now May, I still have no foam / no refund and eFoam are ignoring my emails asking what their complaints process is. VERY unhappy customer. I will NOT be using them again. Their terms of sale state 14.4 All Goods purchased by you will be delivered within 5 calendar days of our order confirmation unless otherwise agreed. 14.5 The risk in the Goods shall remain with Us until they come into your physical possession. They have not complied with their own terms of sale.

Dear Dave, Please refer to all emails / communications. We keep an audit trail of all communications and have provided several documentations showing the order was delivered to the correct address at the correct time. Kind Regards Efoam

3 PIECES ORDERED. TURNED UP COMPLETELY WRONG SIZES. UNABLE TO HELP ON PHONE (WANTS PICTURES). NO APOLOGY. NO MANAGEMENT AVAILABLE TO SPEAK WITH. NOT ABLE TO GIVE ME A TIME TO PHONE ME BACK, ONCE IN RECEIPT OF PHOTOS. PHOTO SHOWS UNEVEN JOINS WHERE PIECES SHOULD BE MEET NEATLY & FIT INSIDE MY CAMPERVAN DOOR. TERRIBLE COMPANY, AVOID! Dear Mark, Please be assured having spoke to you over the telephone and via email before referring you to management who contacted you directly to advise that the measurements appeared ever so slightly oversized due to the polyfibre and fitting them into the covers had not been attempted, we very quickly uplifted your order and replaced them at no extra cost. Place feels like an absolute con. Product recived completely the wrong size (140cm should have been 83cm) have sent e-mail 3 times and spoken to them 3 times. Photo with measuring tape shows it’s over 140cm but always told I need to send something else and they will call me back which they don’t. AVOID.

Very poor customer service. Having made an order I promptly cancelled it on the same day over the phone. Two days later, to my surprise, the item was delivered. I rang immediately to ask about the returns process. They made me feel that I was just being a nuisance. They explained I should hear from them in 3-5 days about how to return the item and put the phone down on me even though I had not finished talking which meant I had to ring back. I heard nothing more and rang again a week later. They knew nothing about a refund and asked me to email the order details etc so that they could look into the matter. To date some 10 days on from the time of notifying them I wanted to cancel the order I have heard nothing. Also, before making this order my daughter had rung e-foam to make general inquiries and had found them unhelpful.

Update from my late review: I see efoam has posted response to my previous review. Part of it reads: "However, as per your order and the images provided the sizes are correct to the order you placed online". They really are showing their true colours now. In one photo I sent them was of one piece of foam I received from them alongside a tape measure. This showed a 90mm shortfall in width - 1140mm versus 1050mm. (See attached photo showing this and the photo showing the order). In other photos I sent the photos showed foam to be 30mm at least too big on other all other dimensions. Their initial response was that "their factory checks everything 3 times so there is nothing they could do about my problem", and then when they got the photos they said that I "would have to return all of the foam to them at my cost if I was unhappy and wanted a refund". They have never accepted their mistake, instead they have defended themselves by saying I should have allowed some margin for inaccuracies when ordering polyfibre. When I ordered the website specifically said I didn't need to allow for polyfibre. Shame on the business for having such a bad customer service attitude - not forgetting the misleading information you just posted online. I have since gone onto Amazon and got the same piece for £12.00 which I can cut to size and stick to the piece I received from efoam. Don't be afraid to check other suppliers.

already done a review, but surprise surprise is hasn`t been included on website? i had two orders, one was £100+, the other £80+, despite repeated emails no reply...... will be using other firms in future

very poor after ordering on line and following screen prompts with pictures i received the wrong foam after revisiting web site order form found out you can hi light multiple options but poorly designed web site only orders first hi lighted choice and disregards any other requirements. customer service were no help at all purely profit driven company

Update on my last review. I have sent them the photo specifically showing the piece they sent me was 90mm shorter than it should be. It had a tape measure alongside it. It also showed the height was 5mm off what it should be (I could live with this). I have asked them to consider redoing the foam without the polyfibre based on the photos. Their response this morning is as follows (showing a total lack of interest or belief in that fact they sent me a wrong item): "We will only be able to do another piece if you pay for the foam again. If you would like to have a refund for your items you would need to send this back at your own cost. " For me to send this back to them would cost me the equivalent of the foam piece so this is a ridiculous suggestion. I really dont know why they even asked me to send photos when they are completely ignoring them and telling me to return them from Ireland at my own cost. By the way, as these have been cut to size, they are entitled not to refund as per terms.

I buy online regularly and very aware of good companies to deal with and the ones you would never deal with again. Unfortunately, efoam is the latter. I ordered 2 pieces online for a window seat, both with a polyfibre wrap. When I ordered the website told me I didn't have to account for the polyfibre in my sizes. When they arrived, promptly enough, every size was out by up to 30mm to big and short by over 100mm. Needless to say, they are no use to me. When I reported this their email back to me was to say there is a + or - 10mm tolerance to take into account AND they check them 3 times in the factory so there is nothing further they can do!!! Quite amazing!! I called them to discuss further and they told me to send photos with a tape measure alongside showing where the measurements were wrong. I did this showing every measurement to be out by 20mm to big in some cases to a piece to 100mm to short in another. I could have lived with the smaller differences but given the other piece was way out, I just showed them everything. After sending them the photos with the exact measurements, I have been told that they can do nothing further (ignoring my photos with the measurements). In fact this is a quote from their email: "Having spoken to the factory and showed images there is not much that can be done to solve this issue, as this may alter again as foam is flexible, you also have polyfibre that makes them look larger but polyfibre compresses." I dont know how this explains one piece being 100mm to small. Anyway, they did go on to say I could return them if I wasn't happy, but I dont know if this means I will get a refund. Oh, and I have been told to contact them by email only in future, which is presumably their way of saying "stop bothering us"! Anyway my point is if you buy online, you must have the security of a business able and willing to deal with incorrect orders. This business has showed me they are not interested and seems to be making up excuses not to remedy this. I don't review things negatively like this lightly but I would honestly warn people about using them. The fact that lots of reviews about this business have been happy shows me that my order has been sent out incorrectly and without checks as they claimed they had done. Bottom line is, if your order is wrong, they are able or really interested in resolving it for you. As long as you pay for it to be sent back they may give you a refund, and this will depend if they are in agreement with you about your issue!!

Sorry to see this review. However, as per your order and the images provided the sizes are correct to the order you placed online. We have advised that as we cannot come to a mutual agreed resolution for this, to return the products to us and a full refund will be issued on receipt. Kind Regards Efoam

just received the product, completely wrong product and when I called customer services the person that answered the phone was rude and threatening telling me that they will charge 10% for as far as she is concerned she sent out the correct product. Be aware as what is on advertised is not what you will be getting. When I continued informing her its the wrong product she said she will put the phone down and I can take her to court. They must have so many customers that they can afford to be rude!! I will send it back and if Efoam want to take 10% I will claim this money back as its no good that rude companies get away with my money. This is a stock item and not a bespoke item and its in my consumer right that all the money is refunded.

Dear Kathleen, Sorry to see this review. However, as our customer service advisor explained the correct order as per your online order was processed and dispatched to you. We offered to refund your order once returned as you had ordered the incorrect item and that a 10% restocking charge would be deducted from the refund which is in line with our terms and conditions. At no time were our staff rude, all our calls are monitored and recorded. Regards Efoam

I sent my cushions cover to be measured and replaced foam. Efoam phoned me and give me adviced that medium firm foam would be a perfect choice for my sofa back cushions and When i received my order I was choked it was impossible to rest my back on it, extremely hard foam. Poor services! Never buy anything from efoam!!

on 5 August I ordered 4 pieces of foam with one rounded edge for dining chairs. The width and length were correctly entered, but arrived with the rounded edge along the side. When I rang up about this, the person who answered the phone implied that ' lot's of people have one rounded edge down the side'. After many phone calls and being ignored I was told on 29 August that if I returned the pads AT MY OWN COST they would correct this for me. I returned them on 30 August, signed for with an accompanying letter giving the sizes again and stating NO rounded edge. 8 September I emailed again asking for an update, I was asked for the details AGAIN. 13 September I received the foam. As there had been a death in the family and I had had visitors I have not been able to do anything until yesterday. Would you believe it, yes I would after all the previous incompetence, the original pads have been returned to me. So, after all that, I have something that I am going to have to use and hope no-one notices and am also out of pocket having to send them back.

You initially placed your order online to have a dome and we contacted you to advise this was not possible, refunded the difference in cost and reconfirmed your order with you before dispatching. Upon receipt you contacted us to advise it was wrong and although this was your error as we had confirmed the order and sent it in accordance with the template shown on our website, we agreed to replace it providing you return the order to us. Once we received the foam back we contacted you to request clarity via email confirming you exact requirements. Subsequently the order was processed and resent according to your confirmation email. Whilst we appreciate and acknowledge there may have been a slight delay due to us awaiting a confirmation email from yourself, the order was re-produced and resent in good faith and through no fault of our own, you were not charged again for the replacement either. Try calling in to complain and they will put the phone down on you, try emailing to complain and thy will not reply. Extremely poor service. Im sure if you get what you want and don't have to cross them then everything will be ok
