“Easy to specify exactly what you require from shape, size foam type etc. I’ve not needed it but phone advice seems to be on offer if required, rare these days of online ordering companies.”

“I have bought a variety of products from eFoam and had always been quite content. My latest order was for three products, all described as 'Very Severe" (i.e. Very Firm). When they arrived, two were in a softer foam than the third. In my inexperience, I had ordered two different types, which I accepted as I queried this with their telephone "service". This is my complaint: I was not called back when they had indicated they would: when I chased the answer, I was told in no uncertain terms that it was my mistake; and when I said that their website was misleading, the person rang off before the conversation concluded. Atrocious service, and enough for me NEVER to do business with them ever again. Be WARNED!”

“We wanted to replace all cushions on a corner sofa. Efoam was one of the companies that could provided memoey foam on top of firm foam stuck together. The service was fast and 3 days later we had a comfortable sofa once more. Yes recommended.”

“I'm so relieved I could cry! I suffer from a degenerative spine condition and my Sofa was causing great discomfort. 2 made to measure seat pads ordered and delivered within 4 days and my sofa is brand new all over again at a tiny fraction of what I would have spent on a new sofa. Absolutely delighted. Would whole heartedly recommend.”
