I am deeply saddened and utterly disappointed by the abhorrent behavior exhibited by Enterprise Car Rental towards my business. As a loyal corporate account holder, I had entrusted them with our vehicle hire needs for the past two months. However, since April 2023, their unscrupulous actions have resulted in fraudulent charges amounting to an astonishing £5,000 on my business account. Despite my persistent efforts to rectify this grave matter, Enterprise Car Rental has shown a complete lack of concern and respect. Countless attempts to communicate with various managers and departments have been met with nothing but silence and indifference. Each time I have requested invoices or an explanation for these suspicious transactions, my pleas have been callously brushed aside. In an attempt to find some resolution, I recently engaged in a conversation with a manager named Roop. To my dismay, he displayed a shocking lack of empathy and willingness to address my concerns. Instead, he nonchalantly assured me that my email would be forwarded to the appropriate party, leaving me to wait indefinitely for a response. This dismissive attitude is not only unsatisfactory but also reflects the corporate disregard for small independent businesses like mine. If it were possible, I would grant Enterprise Car Rental a solitary star, as they have demonstrated a complete disregard for their customers' well-being. I implore everyone to steer clear of this deceitful company and avoid the potential havoc they could wreak on your business. Furthermore, I humbly request any individuals who may possess knowledge or advice on how to seek legal recourse in this matter to kindly share their insights in response to this review. It has become glaringly evident that Enterprise Car Rental cares solely about lining their pockets, even if it means deceitfully extracting unauthorized payments from unsuspecting customers. Resolving the issue at hand appears to be of no interest to them; their sole focus lies in exploiting customers for their own profit, leaving businesses like mine on the brink of closure.

My name is Regina colize I rented a car from Enterprise around July 26th 28th I believe I put rented it with my debit card so I had to put a $300 holding on it I did not get my $300 back because my granddaughter waste milk so they told me they had to take my $300 and detailed the car no car ever had to be detail for $300 so I give them a one

Avoid these guys. There are better companies to go for with clearer policies. I have banned these guys for leaving me high and dry.

This company supports animal cruelty, they allow their vans to transport Beagle puppies to laboratories for cruel, torturous experiments and eventually death. Do not use this company

We reserved at the Las Vegas airport location. The car was not ready when we arrived at our scheduled time and we had to wait 45 minutes for the staff to deliver the car to us. It was wet when delivered so they had clearly scrambled to get it ready. They handed us the keys and a card and told us to do our own inspection and be sure to take a video so we could prove it. They did not show us how to operate the car in any way. This was 9:30pm. We spent the next 3 HOURS trying to figure out how to operate the car and connect the apple car to our phones. Since we were completely frustrated and still had a 2 HOUR drive ahead of us that night, we gave up and decided to get started. Keep in mind that the staff that handed us the keys were still there watching us! As we were leaving Enterprise, the attendant asked about our experience so we gave him a brief overview. He was helpful and determined that our phones were not compatible with the car. He knew there was a converter and sent us to a store where we could purchase it. At 1:30am we started our 2 HOUR drive to our destination because of the extremely POOR service received by the Enterprise staff at the Las Vegas location. We will NOT use Enterprise again and we will NOT recommend them to friends.

Horrible experience and staff. Tried to charge me an extra €200 on "OPTIONAL" as quoted on website. Do not give them your credit card details. Scammers.Horrible Company

Very disappointed today on trying to rent a car in Princeton WV in Green Valley. Please change your policy on taking other forms of payment besides MAJOR CREDIT CARD. TRIED TO RENT A CAR AT THIS ENTERPRISE TO GO TO NORTH CAROLINA TO PICK GRANDKIDS UP FOR THE SUMMER. WAS TOLD I NEED A MAJOR CREDIT CARD, I SAID NO, ALL MY INCOME COMES ON ONE CARD AND THAT IS THE CARD THAT DON'T EXCEPT. WOW BIG DISAPPOINTED. I HAVE BEEN RENTING FROM THIS ENTERPRISE FOR 20 + YEAR'S. THEY HAVE ALWAYS TAKEN THIS CARD IN PREVIOUS RENT ALS WITH OUT A PROBLEM.

Manager Jenee or Janee enterprise metro airport detroit just terrible!!! I have never experienced the level of disrespect from an enterprise rep in all my years of renting vehicles. Snatched my debit card raising her voice refused help me an would allow other reps to help me. Enterprise I am very disappointed an surprised that this women was chosen to be the face of the airport location. I'm not stopping with the branch manager I'm going to complain an bring this employee the attention u earned last night. If u see a brown skin Manager in the dtw location move on to the next employee trust me.

Rented a car for our trip to Myrtle Beach. I told Colin that we wouldn’t be back until after 6pm. He totally ignored me. I found this out after a call to him as I received a text message from them that the car had to be returned by 10 am on the morning of our return. I called Colin and he tried to play it off as trying to save me money. It wasn’t a save, it was a late fee. As far as the car we rented, When we got in the vehicle, seemed nice. But as we drove off, all I heard was rattling. I just thought it was something in the back, after loading the luggage. After we got on the interstate, the rattling got worse. Come to find out, the suspension in the vehicle was shot. When I called Colin about the text that I received, he said not to worry, he would take care of the car situation once the car was returned and would give me credit. Because they don’t check cars as they are turned back in. I didn’t get any credit! I got the late fee. I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again!!!

I rented a damaged vehicle from enterprise on Thanksgiving day. This company screwed me there in North Little Rock Arkansas. I tried to get my vehicle back due to returning the damaged vehicle and was left without another replacement. That’s what you call screwing somebody so I went to Hertz at the airport and they rented me a vehicle or I would’ve had to stayed and slept in the airport all night I was told I would get refunded the money I spent at hertz to rent a car but guess what I still don’t have the money I posted this a few months ago and enterprise responded saying I will take care of this no you didn’t u lied

We picked up a Fiat Panda at the Heraklion (Crete) Port office. The next morning it would not start; the battery was bad. After much argument Enterprise finally sent someone out with a replacement car, but we lost half a day of our vacation waiting around. Then upon return to the States, I reserved a car online for pickup at SeaTac airport and return in downtown Eugene OR. However when I tried to pick up the car I was told that a debit card was not acceptable for one-way rentals, only a credit card; we do not have a credit card. There was nothing in the reservation process that mentioned this stipulation. Furthermore, the Crete reservation was made with a debit card with no problem (car was returned at the Chania airport). The result was that I was forced to go to another rental company (Budget) who did accept my MasterCard debit card, although of course since this was not reserved in advance, all the economy cars had sold out and I had to rent a large vehicle at twice the price I'd budgeted for. Plus because Budget has only an airport office, this added a lot of time and hassle to the final leg of my trip. I will not be using Enterprise again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Had a good history with enterprise but recently got a car on line..didn't find spot to put loyalty number so 2 days later called to add loyalty number..price increase $250...they said I changed the reservation..I did not...horrible to do to long time customer

Car broke down. Had to pay someone to drive us to 3 locations before we could get another car. The 1st 2 employees rude one laughed (Cody Crawford) had to go over 30 miles away before someone treated us as customers and put us in a car. Almost 7 hours gone as our 3 grandkids waited to go to the Waterpark. 200.00 for someone to drive us all over. Enterprise offered us a 10% discount for the inconvenience. NEVER use this company that says " we will pick you up" ha that's a lie they left us stranded.

Rented a van in Terre Haute on US 41 South in May for our Florida trip. It was filthy and had gravel in the floorboard throughout. Had to take it back before we left to have it re-cleaned and they did a half ass job. Their excuse was that it came from soldiers at Camp Atterbury. NO EXCUSE. Then my son rented a van in Mattoon, IL and when he drove an hour and a half to pick it up they told him the tire had a nail in it and he had no rental. Said they would call with on when they found another and NEVER called. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST. I WILL RENT FROM ANYWHERE BUT ENTERPRISE.

This company does not even deserve a star at all! Service is bad and we’ve been waiting for the past 3 hours to pick up our rental car! Worst rental car service ever! I don’t recommend this place at all. If you guys are travelling and does not want to waste your time DON’T RENT from this company!

Hi the car was great.. The after service is absolutely pathetic.. You have taken 2 x £35 and a £45 fines that i have already paid these... Guess what??? You have know one to speak too... I find this totally useless and daylight robbery...

I rented a car because someone had crashed into me, so my car was out for repair at Caliber Collision in Hollywood. When my car was repaired and I went to Caliber to pick it up, I brought someone with me, so we could then drive the rental back to Enterprise on Hillhurst. Someone at Caliber told me just to leave the car there and they would get it back to Enterprise. I trusted he was correct and that Enterprise could trust Caliber, its agent. I knew I had minor damage to the front lip of the car, which I had documented with photos and a report at my office where I'd done this little damage, costing about $100. I also had a witness of the condition of the car when I brought it to Caliber. After I returned the car I got a notification from Enterprise that the rental had over $900 in damage!!! Obviously, this happened on Caliber's watch, but Enterprise wouldn't stand up for their agent, instead billing me for $900 and threatening to send the account to collections if I did not pay. I offered to pay for the damage I caused, in the full amount shown on their invoice (a little over $100) but they wouldn't accept that. They want to charge me $900. I don't know who is the bad guy-- Enterprise or Caliber. But it's not me. BE SURE TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THE CONDITION OF ANY CAR YOU LEAVE AT CALIBER BECAUSE ENTERPRISE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR DAMAGE THAT CALIBER WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR.

I have rented a car by GEICO and after I returned the car they charge my credit card in $352. The manager is very dishonest because she told me a thing and she put in contract other thing. I don't recommend Enterprise anyone. I'm very frustrated about the company.

Terrible place to rent a vehicle from, use Hertz or anyone else. When you try reaching someone at the local office at 9999 W Ih 10 San Antonio, TX, US, 78230 No one ever answers. The manager ignores you and never returns call, that is if you can ever reach anyone. They always claim they are busy. Well I was a paying customer and they don’t care. Terrible management.
