Muy mala experiencia tuve al reservar con esta compañía por suerte fue la primera vez y la última. Reserva echa desde octubre para diciembre 27 confirmada hasta el día antes de recoger el carro. Al momento de recoger el vehículo no tenían carro para darme, mis vacaciones y la de mi familia se vieron seriamente afectadas con este inconveniente de última hora. Nadie se hizo responsable, solo fui yo la única afectada. En fin, no lo recomiendo y jamás volvería a rentar con uds.

Enterprise rent a car screwed me over. Progressive insurance rented a car for me through enterprise in Stafford Tx location while my vehicle was being repaired at Helfman Ford. When I picked up the rental I had to put my credit card on file to secure the car. They also told me when my vehicle was ready I could leave the rental at the body shop and they will pick it up. When my truck was complete I called enterprise to inform them that my truck was ready and I would be returning their vehicle. Oct. 7 2024 I picked up my vehicle and left their car at the body shop. I also informed enterprise their vehicle was there for pickup. The service guy at Helfman Ford also called enterprise to inform them that their car was there for pickup. Enterprise didn’t pickup their car until Oct. 9 2024 Progressive insurance stop paying for the rental on Oct. 7 2024 the day I picked up my truck. Enterprise in turn charged my credit card for the 2 days the rental set at the ford body shop. I have called their customer service 6 times speaking to several agents and they telling me someone from that region will contact me. As Jan 18 2025 no one has called me yet. I would never rent another vehicle from enterprise rent a car.

Terrible experience, complete lack of respect for customers For the second year in a row, I tried renting a car with Enterprise, and it was an extremely frustrating experience. I planned everything in advance: made the reservation, called the store to confirm the availability, and on the day of pickup, they simply didn’t have the car I reserved. This forced us to spend the entire day scrambling to find another car. Several stores claimed over the phone that they had a car available, but when we arrived, there was nothing. We lost an entire day of our trip because of this company. On top of that, the cost was outrageous. I was prepared to pay $1,400, but I ended up having to rent from another company (Alamo) that actually had the car. However, since it was last minute, I paid double the price. This happened both years I tried using Enterprise, and in both cases, it showed a complete lack of respect for their customers. I will never rent from this company again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Res 17861858 I got my Reservation confirmed very important trip to California. I get there and as easy as 123 lady says we don't take same day reservations. This late in the day I have to go find a better reliable company. All because of incompetent employees that can't provide courtesy calls. I now I am only speaking up in the wind. For what it's worth.

I rented a pickup in December in Las Vegas and I forgot something in the pickup and it came back an hour later and they told me that they couldn't show me the truck anymore because they were working on it and that I should make a claim and after two hours of waiting there I They said they had already rented it and I made the claim and they never returned the piece I forgot. I went a few days later and the truck was there without the part I forgot and they never gave it back to me in the end they stole it

Had a car reserved through insurance. I called the day before to confirm confirmation, next day get there to get the car and was told very unprofessionally that there was not a car available. They had cars on the lot , but bc I was through insurance I could it rent ine. I even stayed I would pay the difference bc I was by myself and stranded . The salesman acted as though he did not hear me. I called customer service and was told the district manager would call me ASAP.. still waiting. Do better enterprise!!

If I could leave a zero I would. Ordered a car and got confirmation on a Tuesday and it's Thursday and I still don't have a car. Can they even be called a rental car service.

Had a reservation and confirmation number for a car rental and when my wife got there they said they had no vehicles. She Tried a different Enterprise in the next town the following day they were supposed to be open at 9:00 a.m. and went there at 11:00 and they weren't even there. Have called their corporate number and have just been given the runaround. If you need to get somewhere and have plans don't ever rent from Enterprise you're not guaranteed to have a car.

They simple dont care. I was given a car with a leak in the rear tire. Before you get the car, they ask you 1000 questions to cover their ass. 4 contacts. Referrals. Domestic bills!!! I saw a poor women on Xmas Eve being refused because she only has a débit card. Illegal! Discriminatory In my case when I retourned the car they were paid by USAA to drop me at the repair Shop. The driver dropped me I. The middle of nowhere and I had to call a Uber by a freezing Day.

I did not receive my money back yhat was taken from my account without authorisation by me. I received a call from Kalib and brennan but nothing to do with my return date. I have been asking for my money back and I have not received my $372 as of yet. Iam tired of calling and leaving messages with this group on seigen lane BR, La. It's time to send my money back or i will put this all over FB and beyond.

The worst service I have every had from a rental car service. It makes you not want to rent a car. This is about the 5th time I have had trouble with enterprise. I was going on a birthday trip for my girlfriend and the Bastrop la enterprise messed that up. I made a reservation on a insurance claim to get a discount. So the day of they called and said they had no rentals. So I waited till later and they had a rental but wouldn't give me the discount. So I missed the whole trip cause they wanted to charge me full price which was to much. I am done with them . They are not reliable at all.

About a month ago, my daughter rented a car hers was in an accident. They charged her account put a hold on her card. I said that the money was coming back. The money never came back then they took money out of my account for her car unauthorized. There are nothing but a money racket scheme trying to get money from people people in offices do not know their ass from a hole in the ground. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody call to do is rip you off they’re not even worth the one star I had to press the right this review.

I have been a valued customer of enterprise for 5 + yrs today will be the last time I rent from them. They change their minds like I change my kids diapers!! They only offer rides when it’s condiment to them or for them. They reserved vehicles then when u get to location to pick it up it’s not there or they send you to another location. Then they won’t give you the ride to get there!! This company has went to pure ahit hiring all these young know it all kids that can’t even count money. Enterprise has ran a monopoly and took over Fayetteville NC market and shitting on every client!!!

I have hired many vehicles from different car rental companies and I have never been ripped off by anyone of them except Enterprise. Blaming me for a nick in a tyre on a Fiat 500 and charging me nearly £170 when I picked up the car the woman that came out side with said there is nothing wrong with the xar when I started to look over it. Because she didn't want to stand there with me because it was pouring down with rain as said again to me that she could ashore me there was nothing wrong with the car. The nick in the tyre could of been missed in the dry let alone the pouring rain. I will never use Enterprise again. And will post on social networks to all the people I know of what your company is like.

I went online and rented a car from the Beaumont location. The car was supposed to be delivered to me but I found out 2 hours before the trip that they do not deliver cars, so I had to get a ride up there. Once I got there the guy told me the only car left was Electric I told him I didn't know anything about the electric cars and he said it was fine. He said every Walmart has a charging station and it wouldn't be a problem. I told him I'm going 16 hours overnight and I'm 64 years old and I can't take any chances he promised me it was not a problem to keep getting charged. I get about an hour down the road into Louisiana when I finally realize where the battery line is that tells me how much is on the charge. It said 56% so I started looking for a Walmart found one and they had no charging stations. I went to a hotel nearby Walmart that had charging stations but come to find out it was only for Tesla's and I had a Nissan. I looked a few places and could not find a charging station so I finally thought about it and realized I can call Enterprise and switch the car. Of course by then I'm hysterically crying because I don't know what to do. The guy on the phone told me the only place I could to switch the car would be at the airport I told him I'd be in the car was on 33% charge he said I could make it no big deal. I get 7 miles from the airport and the car dies on me at an intersection of a four-way red light. It's raining and it's storming and the skies are getting dark at 3:00 p.m. so I'm crying people are honking and I don't know what to do. Finally a cop stops that was in his own personal car and said he would help me he directed traffic until he got another police officer on the site with the flashing red and blue lights. In the meantime I had called customer service for Enterprise and the girl I spoke to was not very fluid in English so we had a hard time speaking to each other. When the other cop got there he called Enterprise and was trying to hurry up and get me a car. Finally after about a couple of hours the girl from Enterprise brought me a RAV4 the girl that brought the RAV4 said the car was not fully charged when I left Beaumont because it wouldn't have died on me. The record came and we switched the stuff over in my car and I got on the road. So what was supposed to be a 16 hour drive ended up being a 24-hour Drive. The next day which was actually December 25th I called customer service and told them about my experience crying the whole time because it was horrible and the girl promised me that corporate would call me. Still have not heard from anyone they charged me for the electric car. When I got to North Carolina I turned the car in like I was supposed to they didn't have any record of it. A couple of days later I got a call asking if I wanted to extend my lease because I still have the car. I told them no it was turned in when it was supposed to be on the 26th. This was such a hard experience I don't plan on using Enterprise again but I feel like I should be in reimburse for something.

PRICE GOUGING AT ITS FINEEEEST!!!!! The good ol' US-of-A way! You're disgusting, enterprise! A car, like my personal car, or any other car going through a typical toll....how are you justifying a $24.75 SERVICE CHARGE on an $8. toll????? 3X THE CHARGE ITSELF??? FDOT themselves don't even charge that way! Explain what SERVICE you're charging for? -5 stars!!!!!

I made a reservation for an airport car rental at West Palm Beach, FL and everything was confirmed with no apparent issues. When I got to the Enterprise desk and started to go through the rental payment I was informed I could not use a debit card to pay for my rental because it was a “premium” car. I was not told about this during my reservation and it does not say anything about that on their website. In fact, there was a sign on the customer service counter that specifically stated debit cards are an allowed method of payment (see picture attached). The only suggestion was to downgrade the car reservation however with 3 kids under the age of 6 I needed a car with a 3rd row to fit 3 car seats. This situation resulted in my wife, 3 kids under 6, and myself having to sit at the airport for an extra 2 hours while waiting for a family member to come and make the reservation with a credit card. Terrible way to do business. False advertising and no warning of this anywhere on their website. I will not be using enterprise again.

Rented a car in St Stephens Green Shopping Center Dublin for one day. After returning the car , the next day I got a claim for a bulge in a front tire. At the photos we took by returning the car after closing hours you could not see any tyre with a bulge. We made a phone call wether we could check the tyre with the bulge or visit the garage where the tyre would be repaired. The manager Erika refused! Why? It was not allowed to see the tyre with the bulge. According to us now we have to pay for a tyre wich has no bulge? Rip-off?
