Should be a zero. I waited for a rental because my car was totaled and I had no choice. The truck that Katelyn brought out for me had damage. We discussed it and she wrote on the tablet. It started raining and I was stressed. She handed me the tablet and I looked at what it scrolled through. I asked about the walk through and she said that it would be attached to the contract. I signed it and found out a month later that Enterprise was charging my insurance for all of that damage. When I went back through the contract, she had written on one small line that there was no damage. This company took advantage of a vulnerable person already going through a trauma. They never responded to my request for pictures demonstrating that there was no damage when I rented the vehicle. Beware of signing on their tablet.

I went to 619 York Rd., Towson, MD Office they do shady Businesses with Insurance Claim, their quote was different then my first time I rented the car from them, I return the car in good condition and with gas the Insurance company was taking awhile to get to my car so I returned the rental until the Insurance company finally got my car in the shop I called them to get the rental again this time they gave me a high quote for out of pocket expenses for the same type of car I had the first time, after I told them that I wasn’t paying the higher quote that I was going to call another Enterprise they tried to Black Ball me from renting a car with out paying the higher quote from them. So My husband let me drive his car lol Enterprise in Towson is very shady.

I used to be a valued customer with Enterprise and then they put me on the do not rent list because my mother in law took the rental I had in the driveway without my knowledge and ended up getting pulled over. I got it out of the lot they towed it to within 10 minutes if it being there and had returned the car back to Enterprise. I told Enterprise to file charges on my mother in law for taking the vehicle as I did not give her permission nor did I want to lose my relationship with them because I rented vehicles from them quite frequently but instead they put me in the do not rent list and no one will return my calls when I call and beg and plead if there is anything I can do to get off of it. Now my mother in law is allowed to rent from them and I am not, even though I was a preferred customer. Very disappointed how Enterprise has treated me as a valued customer for the past several years. I can’t even rent a car with my insurance company if something happens to my vehicle because they use Enterprise and they will not remove my name from their do not rent list.

We were hit by one of your rental trucks and after contacting countless departments at your company, no one would take an incident report. I was specifically told by multiple employees to never use the words, “claim or report” or no one in your company would touch it. The person at our local branch openly mocked me because he knows he can get away with it. One person told me you have GPS tracking on all vehicles and he just laughed out loud when I suggested that you might. The local branch rep said, he definitely wasn't going to help me. When I asked about GPS he laughed hysterically and stated, “Go ahead. Call corporate, call claims, call anyone you want. Good luck with that! You track that down! Hahaha! No one is ever going to help you! Hahahaha!” Then, he hung up on me. This is the one person everyone at your company said I had to get a case number from or no one would be able to help me. No one in multiple divisions would start a case so you attempt to look for the person who returns a damaged truck. I understand it's a long shot, but it's what the police told us to do after filing the police report. I was repeatedly told you have 10000 trucks on the road and you have no clue where they are. I find that hard to believe. It's clear that you have no system in place for non-customers who want assistance to report a hit-and-run renter. You rent trucks to companies for 2-3 years so they can hit people, cause property damage, and flee the scene of an accident and you will protect them, the criminal! No wonder your renter told us to “f*Ck off” and sped away. After two days of calling and countless Enterprise employees, they basically told us the same thing—to f*Ck off!

Poor customer service, they just want all your money and won’t update you before hand about procedures needed before taking their cars. Insurance claims beware: even if your insurance is paying for the rental you will need to cough up a couple hundred for a deposit.

My name is Giovanni Arnaboldi North Carolina resident with valid North Carolina driver license. I reserved a car with Enterprise at Fort Lauderdale airport on January 20th, 2024. I presented my North Carolina driver license and my credit card, I am an Enterprise plus member. At the check in I was asked for a second document with my picture an my address that I didn’t have with me. After half hour I was forced to rent a car from Avis. Never again with Enterprise a company to be avoided

Subject: Complaint Regarding Enterprise's Handling of Insurance Claim and Rental Services I have been a loyal customer of Enterprise for over 25 years under my driver's license, but the recent experience with an insurance claim and rental services has left me frustrated. Enterprise made a deal with State Farm to pick up my vehicle on November 3rd, but due to circumstances, I could only collect it on November 4th. The complications arose when my car, taken to a Ford shop by State Farm, was not serviced because they claimed to exclusively work on Chevrolets. To make matters worse, in late November, both State Farm and Enterprise abruptly halted my rental without notifying me about payment issues. Instead of addressing the problem transparently, they requested the return of the car, citing mileage limits and offering a newer rental. When I contacted Enterprise to report an unauthorized deduction of $389 from my bank account on December 8th, the situation became more perplexing. State Farm admitted they hadn't initiated any work orders because they were unsure of my car's location, and the rental needed to be restarted. It became evident that State Farm was mishandling claims and concealing information on their app. Returning the car on December 11th, after I saw the fees taking out my account. Then after they closed, and I was waiting in parking lot for my husband to pick me up. The manager Johnathan sent a guy out to give me the rental keys back. I assumed they saw where Zachery of state farm re inputted the new claim to start new on the 11th of Dec. I left it and assume they saw it on the computer. I already was already facing challenges with the Ford shop repairs, as they needed State Farm's permission to proceed with repairs. But, Zachery of State Farm resent the claim and told me to call the shop and make sure they got it. Debbie said yes, but only wanted to do the body and not anything else because they don't service Chevys. Despite conflicting information, Enterprise continued to deduct money from my account without permission and in January. Furthermore, Enterprise's refusal to rent to me on December 30th, citing State Farm's outstanding balance, contradicted the information provided by Enterprise Corp. Though almost $600 has been taking on 3 different transactions. In summary, I am asking that my car be promptly repaired, State Farm fulfills their financial commitments to Enterprise for the pickup scheduled on November 3rd, and Enterprise addresses the unauthorized deductions and rental denials that I did not reserve myself. This experience has been disheartening, and I am asking for a resolution to these issues. The rental shows State farm is responsible and I was told everything was covered by stat farm themselves and the appraisal person, Debbie via text to my phone.

Absolutely shocking experience with enterprise and not for the first time. Contacted the reservations line this morning to try and book a car for the same day if possible. Initially tried Llanelli and was told there was availability and a booking confirmation was sent. Within minutes I had a phonecall to say there was no availability so it was cancelled. I then rang the reservation number again and tried for Carmarthen, again I was told there was availablity and when I question if this was correct I was told yes but I could ring them to double check for peace of mind given my previous experience. Again had an email confirmation of booking. I then spent the next hour and half trying to get through to the Carmarthen branch with no answer. Eventually I had to ask my husband to leave work and drive round to check my reservation. He was told that it had been cancelled and there were no cars available. I had not been contacted and told this absolutely shocking customer service. When I complained to enterprise I was told I would have a phonecall within a few hours to discuss my complaint. Needless to say this never happend. This is not the first time this has happened. The company is terrible with no regard for their customers and zero customer service.

What a saga this has been. I reserved a small to medium van to move myself and my partner from Aberdeen to London. Evening before pickup I get a call from Enterprise saying they don't have any small-medium vans but will try their best to get us a large one. Not ideal as the van will be half empty and quite large to navigate through central London but what can you do, we were on a strict schedule. When picking up the van the enterprise agent noted some damage to the vehicle however informed us that damage under the size of a £10 note is not recorded on paper by Enterprise as it is deemed cosmetic on a vehicle of that size. Regardless, we made sure to take photographs of the van as it was picked up (these photos have been sent to Enterprise in our attempt to reconcile with them). A week after dropping the van off in London I received an email from Enterprise saying the van had sustained damage during our rental period and we would be charged £250 for repairs. Upon inspection of the damage report, it was obvious that the damage claimed to have been sustained during our rental period was in fact already present on the vehicle when we picked it up from the Aberdeen location. Noting this, I emailed the agent in Aberdeen stating that this damage was already present and provided the photos we took when pickup up. I have since had several unsuccessful communications with Enterprise. They do not care about anything I have to say and repeatedly send the same responses over and over. I finally managed to get the charges reverse by my bank however today (11 months after this began) have had an email from a debt collection agency. I now see the only way out of this is small claims court. Never will deal with Enterprise or their sister companies (Alamo and National) again and I strongly recommend others stay away.

I would have left a 0 if it was possible. 1st they would not pick me up from my house, I had to get a taxi. Then the car was so filthy I could barely see out the windows and didn't want to sit in the seats. I left my garage door opener on the visor which is like having a key to my house and it just disappeared. They charged me 107.00 for tolls that I had an ezpass for and kept my $50 deposit. I will never rent from them again....ever.

We got a car from the BRANDON FLORIDA LOCATION 110 US-301 N TAMPA, FL 33619 that smelt like smoke, so bad it would take your breath away. I made them and corporate aware of the situation and they told us that they can't help it that people smoke in the cars. Well, we don't smoke and we don't and shouldn't been given a car that smells like weed horribly. We had to clean their car ourselves and put air fresheners in it something that we shouldn't have to do. I would NEVER recommend renting a car from an enterprise, apparently, they don't care about their customers and their customer service is horrible along with their excuses.

Last month my insurance company made arrangements for a rental with the New Carrollton Branch of Enterprise Rent A Car. When they called me at the body shop I was told that 2 cars were available (a Mazda CX 50) and a Toyota Camry. I told them that I would take which one was easier for them if the insurance company was covering 100% of the cost. While driving the car I noticed that the Oil Pressure light would come on intermittently. After making several calls to the branch and 3 hours later I was told that the car was recently serviced and the light wasn't reset and it was safe to drive. Fast forward one week and I returned the car to the body shop as requested and received a call from Enterprise the next day confirming receipt and stating that my deposit was going to be credited but there was a $36.12 charge. I informed them that the insurance company should have been paid as previously discussed when I first picked up the car. Enterprise has fraudlently charged my card and is refusing to credit the account. I would not recommend this branch because they don't seem to be very honest or helpful.

Called the Mt. Juliet office and was routed to a call center. I was advised the size of vehicle needed. I gave her my info and was emailed a confirmation. I was told to call the Mt. Juliet office to and give staff a notice to pick me up at my home. Imagine my surprise when I was told by Rahein that he had no vehicles available and wasn’t sure when he would have one available. Needless to say, I was angry and I blurted out one bad word. One!! Rahein wanted to make it about him. For some reason customer service does not know availability of vehicles specific locations. I would say their computers should be programmed to know availability in real time. This was on Wednesday. I asked Rahein to call me on Thursday. Crickets! I rented from Hertz

Was put on a DO NOT RENT list over a misunderstanding that was there fault as I put in a ticket number for their security team who put me on this list four months ago to call me back and never do. They put in several requests for this team to call me back and no response. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM AS THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I even told they're customer service team im in the verge of writing a bad review and she said to do so as if she didn't care, so I did.

We rented a Dodge Durango in Indiana to drive to Florida and back. On our way down, we got a flat in Florida. We were able change the tire with assistance from a local Road Ranger (Thank God!), but the tire was a temorary spare. We still had 4 hours of driving to do to get to our destination. Enterprise Roadside Assistance sent us to Gainville Regional Airport stating they had an equivalent rental for us. Upon arriving, the Enterprise Representative stated he could clean up a mini van for us. My husband, who is driving, is 6 foot 5, and needed a larger vehicle to fit in. He asked if there was anything bigger, but the representative said a mini van was the best he could do. He asked if the vehicle had a full tank, to which we replied no.I stated that we drove over 57 miles on the spare, and the manual instructed no more than 50. He said," Well, I guess a couple more miles isn't gonna hurt then." They stated of we did not fill up the vehicle, they would have to charge us for the difference. The staff there were not sympathetic to our situation, abrasive in their communication, and confrontational with their attitude. I have always rented from Enterprise, but I think this will be the last time.
