Terrible place to rent a vehicle from, use Hertz or anyone else. When you try reaching someone at the local office at 9999 W Ih 10 San Antonio, TX, US, 78230 No one ever answers. The manager ignores you and never returns call, that is if you can ever reach anyone. They always claim they are busy. Well I was a paying customer and they don’t care. Terrible management.

At Cardiff store they were most helpful people I have come across. Couldn’t ask for a better service. Most polite and very respectful. 😊

Absolutely shocking..I've been charged £70 for 2 parking tickets that are wrong and I should never have got..to add to that misery of being ripped off by ukpc..enterprise use the admin trick to Rob me off £70..disgusting. never ever again will I use these morons

renting the truck and delivering it back wasn't a problem. it was fine, but make sure if you need road side service DO NOT USE ENTERPISE'S ROAD SIDE SERVICE. anyone the insurance that you would pay for through enterprise does not cover any roadside service. so if you need use roadside service use your personal roadside service that was they don't charge you an insane amount. i rented a truck and on the way back to drop it back off i had a flat tire. and when all said and done they charged me $1068 for a tire change doubled the amount of what renting the truck cost.

After renting cars from National and Enterprise for over 20 years I am disgusted. I returned a car that I had for 4 days and got a receipt with no damage. 6 weeks later, got an email that apparently there was “damage”that they wanted me to pay for after or report to my insurance and I had a loss damage waiver on the rental. Even got a return email at what someone thought would be 1:43 am in the morning with a follow up email not knowing that I was on the West Coast.

Enterprise germany, very poor assistance Enterprise Germany None of their phone number will offer English language option.... you have to find someone to help you. Roadside assistance is a joke... if you are ever able to reach them (even with a German speaking help) they will get it all wrong, i have waited 6.5 hours to get a replacement vehicle when there were 4 enterprise branches in a 1-hour radius... one of them 15 km away. You would think that roadside assistance would arrange a replacement vehicle... but no! I had to harass the renting branch to get anything done. For the whole day i was not able to reach roadside assistance, i was getting we are sorry all our line are busy call back later. I was lucky to be close to the customer i was visiting who helped me with translation and took me out of the cold.... i was stranded on the side of the road in the cold. As a we are sorry for the inconveniences i got to drive one of Enterprise Fiat transport van back to Freiburg roughly 500 KM when there were at least 8 cars in the parking lot of the branch that helped me. They do not care about their customer; this was my second bad experience with them, and it is now over. Never again i will do business with them, i will strongly advise my colleagues to not use them anymore.

My personal car got repaired so my insurance corporation GEICO rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car for me. Finally, GEICO paid the rental fee but Enterprise charged me another $331 for "Damage Insurance". I feel weird about it. I am sorry and angry about this. WATCH OUT when you choose Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

The service we received from KeSean Robinson and Derrick Fields at 4201 North Q Steet was STELLAR . .The way they treated all their customers was not short of AMAZING. We watched them handle phone calls and in lobby custrrmers with care and patience. It was really refreshing to young people be so professional. And when we took possof the vehicle it was spotless. They seemed to be a well cohesive team. I will be a repeat customer and will also recommend this location.

Saint marys ga don't bother trying to rent a car there from them they wait till the last day to let you know in the late after noon that they don't have a car for you and your leaving at 6:00 am so now you need to call around and there's know other car rental around or open for that matter . there and hour away each from where you live employees could care less and Bruno manger or what ever he is did nothing there not to be trusted but as you can see from these other reviews how bad they are i will post this every where on all review and in the neighborhood post so they know what to expect from a lousy car rental place that don't care about there customers they need to go away

Allie Brown at the Enterprise Dublin branch went above and beyond to help me during my recent retail. I have rented from Enterprise for Business for several years and the Dublin and Vidalia branches have always been fantastic!

Upon arrival at the London Road Office, I was met with a very helpful and smiling Saiza who cheerfully made my booking for a small van which I collected a few days later. On the day of collection Saiza, again cheerful showed me around the van wishing me a safe journey before I drove away. When I returned the van Niall who was friendly and helpful, inspected the van, finding no problems, he arranged a refund of the deposit, the van was clean when presented and drove well. It was a pleasure dealing with Niall and Saiza such delightful team members, thank you guys

A trip to Chicago turned into a nightmare when Enterprise cancelled my rental last minute without notification. I confirmed prior and showed up for my rental only to have the sorrowful looking attendant say, "Sorry sir. We don't have anything available". Never will I use Enterprise again!

just nowNEW-Edit Horrible Experience! First, The rental car we reserved wasn't what we received. We were supposed to have a mid-size pick up, Chevy Colorado or similar, and the only car they had was a very small Hyundai Venue. Second, The Hyundai would hesitate and the engine quit when at a stop light a couple of times, but restarted. Then a week later the engine dies on a 6 lane road while stopped at a light. The engine would not restart this time. We had to push off the road and finally got it in a parking lot. Which was crazy because of all the traffic on the 6 lane road. We understand things happen and were not upset at this point. We called the local location we rented from and explained what happened. We asked if they would bring a new replacement car out to our location, 6 miles away. They said NO! We do not do that and you need to call the Roadside assistance number. So we called and were told to call 911! We asked why do we need to call 911. The man said that they needed to know that we were safe and that the police needed to verify everything and call the roadside assistance number to verify before anything could be done. We asked to just dispatch a tow truck and we were not going to call 911. After several minutes arguing with the Enterprise employee, he finally agreed to send a tow truck. He said the tow truck would be there in 90 minutes or less and we needed to stay with the car until the tow truck showed up. After 90 minutes, no tow truck. We called the Roadside assistance number again to tell them that no tow truck showed up in the 90 minutes. They called the tow truck company and informed us it would be another 4-5 hours and that we needed to stay with the car. No Way! This is not our car and we already waited 90 minutes. I called the local location and she told me she could not do anything until the car was picked up and checked out on why the engine died and would not restart. I told her we were not going to sit there for another 4-5 hours and could someone come and pick us up. She refused! So we took an UBER home at our expense. I called later to find out when we could pick up another car. Guess what? They were out of cars. I called several times over the next couple of hours and no one answered. I emailed Enterprise customer service 4 days ago and have had NO RESPONSE. I wanted to work this out with Enterprise instead of writing a negative review, however, it is now 5 days after this all happened and we have not heard from anyone at Enterprise customer service or the local office where we rented the car from. We called Hertz yesterday and we will be picking up a new rental car this morning. We will NEVER do business with Enterprise ever again!!!

So, My husband use this service. Insurance gave us from them a car till our car should be fixed. But yesterday they called my husband after 3p.m and they said they want back their car coz our car will be not fixed,and their car- my husband has to be back till 11a.m today,if he will return later he has to pay for full day,doesn't matter that they did called after 3 p.m and later 6p.m then they did explain all situation. Is also is another option: they will pick up from our home a car. guess what till then they can pick up?-5p.m, wow...so I have to cancel for my baby playgroup, sit at home with kid and wait them not till 11a.m but till 5p.m now till they pick their car. Not even 24 hours notice they give to us.

Ian Jackson( located at 1924 NE Columbia Blvd. Portland, OR) delivered the best customer service that I have had in a long time. Attention to detail however, he made sure to listen to my voice and to answer my questions related to the rental car and my car insurance. Also, very helpful in assisting in selecting the right car for my comfort. Acknowledged the challenges with car accidents and how stressful it can be. I greatly appreciated the service, great communication and kindness. Further, upon returning the car, Austin Guanzon, presented himself well. He greeted my son and I with a "people-first attitude. Friendliness with a smile. Thank you.
