Order online, came to pickup the car and they don’t have a car for me, Promised refund and it 30 days pass and no refund. Never again.

My sister in law rented a vehicle. When she returned the vehicle her deposit did not cover everything so I paid the balance for her. I have never rented a vehicle and was assured by the worker my card would not be kept on file. So I paid the balance. Now 30 days later I am charged another $30. When I called to find out why I was told it was for tolls. I asked why I was charged because all I did was pay a balance that was left for a family member, I did not rent a vehicle, I did not give permission to have my card run for anything else, why was my card kept on file when I was assured by the staff it wouldn’t be. I was told I needed to contact the family member so they could get a working card. I don’t work for enterprise I shouldn’t have to be the one to contact anyone to make sure they get their money but I would gladly let them know and gave enterprise a working number for who rented the vehicle but I would like my money back, seeing as I am not the one who rented the vehicle, and I did not give permission to run this card for anything other than the balance that was left when the vehicle was returned. After arguing and giving a working number I was told I would have my money refunded in 24hrs. It’s been 24 hrs the money was not refunded and they probably did not reach out to the person who rented the vehicle. I was nice enough to pay the balance to make sure enterprise had got the money that was owed to them and 30 days later to be charged because the person who rented the vehicle doesn’t have the money to pay whatever else is owed should not be my problem, I am not the one who rented the vehicle nor do I have a contract with enterprise for ever renting a vehicle and I also have not signed anything stating or agreeing to let enterprise run my card for anything other than what I agreed to (the balance someone else had) 30 days ago. As far as I’m concerned this is theft from enterprise or one of their employees. When I asked for a print out or statement for why my card was ran I was told to contact the person who rented the vehicle. So ontop of stealing peoples money enterprise also wants civilians to do their job for them. I do not work for enterprise, I should not have to contact this person for a working card for them, they should have done that instead of running a card that was not supposed to have been kept on file, I shouldn’t have to contact the person to find out what these charges are for!! Enterprise ran my card and should be able to give me a statement as to why they have charged my card!! I will be contacting the BBB and an lawyer and making a complaint for theft with my local pd.

Recently rented a sedan at the Airport Pulling Rd North location in Naples FL. From beginning to end Ass’t Manager Alyssa Yzaguirre was extremely courteous and professional..... amid very hectic conditions on a recent Saturday morning.... She was poised, efficient and effective at all times.... The vehicle- a 2024 Malibu-performed flawlessly...Ms Yzaguirre is a valid asset and credit to Enterprise...

My rental experience was exceptional, Eli Ballou the Assistant Branch Manager at the Bowling Green, Ky location was so friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed I couldn't get a rental car at our Glasgow location even though I had reserved a car much earlier, they didn't have one available at the time. Happy I made the trip to Bowling Green, or I would have never met Eli. Thanks Again!

Service was Terr and I have been renting from enterprise since I had a license since 16 rude they lie when they don't answer the phone because it's not enough staff and blame the customer for no communication but it's only 1 worker answering the phones, washing the cars and assisting customers. One location in Baltimore York Road reported to report me for an authorization of use for one day and not talking to me. Meanwhile I've had a car on the travel assignment for eight months and given them $8000. They lost a customer as well as a business account all due to the behavior of the people in that office. There's no want to speak to know manages no corporate people stealing funds and then being allowed to just do what they want because there's no management to oversee, I called to speak to management I called to speak to Corperate. There's no want to speak to at this point I'm just going to report everything to the states attorney general. I wouldn't recommend anyone running from this location as a fellow nurse especially if you have kids and a family and you care about your freedom is at any given time they call and lie.

No matter how many times we update our profile on line with current information and credit card, it is a PAIN IN THE ASS EVERY DAMN TIME BECAUSE YOUR SYSTEM DOES NOT KEEP THE UPDATES ON FILE!!! We have been loyal members of enterprise for years however are seriously considering switching to someone else.

They told us they had a rental for us after our car broke down in Waynesville North Carolina so we pay the tow truck driver extra money to take us to the Enterprise rent a car in Waynesville and the fellow there told us whoops sorry we don’t actually have a car for us and when we tried to get in touch with them through the phone a lady hung up on my wife because she said she was rude which in all honesty after being lied to my wife’s crying eyes not cussing was not rude in any way because the lady got mad because the woman on the phone said my wife was making her emotional and my wife told her it was not about the phone attendants feelings because the phone attendant brought up my wife’s crying emotional state was triggering her and she hung up on my wife! Not only will we never use Enterprise rent a car again but I will hope that all involved employees involved loose their job considering they are not worthy of a job because Enterprise people have no communication skills on top of knowing what they have in stock so……. With that said if you need to be left stranded and f@&$ed over then use Enterprise and if you want quality without question USE HERTZ car rental!!!!!

Mi seguro me rento un auto cuando llegue a recogerlo el empleado que me atendió me llevó al auto y me convenció de que pagará un seguro porque si sucedía algo iba a tener problemas con mi seguro accedí sin consultar y resulta que me engaño todo estaba cubierto por mi seguro esta rentadoraesta en 5124 kennedy Boulevard, West New York NJ. Cuidado NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Enterprise car rental on Peterscreek parkway Winston Salem NC has done it again!! You never fail me!! Every single time I rent a car I am always pleased!! Incredibly professional and the best service!!! Let me tell the world what happened!!! Lepreece Lynch was the manager on duty and I was supposed to get picked up just before the store closed to pick my car up, the store had some internal trouble and I could not be picked up before the store closed and I needed the car tor travel out of town to a funeral, I spoke to Lepreece Lynch and he assessed the issue and gave me options, he made sure I got my car that night even after the store was closed, I was so impressed about the loving care I received, they make you feel like family, I was able to travel on time and this is why I will ALWAYS rent my cars with my family Enterprise Peterscreek parkway NC they will take great care of you!! I'm a living witness, try them you won't be disappointed!!😄🤗

The entire rental process, from pick up to drop off, was handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Assistant Branch Manager Abel Castrejon of the Vally Dr, Las Cruces location was knowledgeable and made the process smooth and stress-free.

I had an accident last week.. My insurance company got a car through Enterprise for me. Before the insurance covered period ended that was covered by insurance, Enterprise called me to extend it for this week. Insurance settled and I returned the car two days before the week I was paying for started. I returned the car and they said they credited my credit card . Not only have they not done that they can't seem.to find me in the system. I have had so much run around and no answers. I will NEVER rent from.Enterprise again...

We had an enterprise rental reservation at Atlantic City airport at 10:30 PM when we deplaned walked across the street to Enterprise Rental office there was no one there another customer complaining that they were waiting over 15 minutes again no one there finally after repeated calls to the listed phone number an agent showed up took care of the other customer first than told us we don’t have a reservation and they didn’t have a car for us I will NEVER use enterprise again!!!

Picked up our rental from Kenisha at West Palm Beach. Super friendly and let us choose our own vehicle. Kenisha made sure we were all set and satisfied with the car. the gal at the gate, made sure we had gas and everything else necessary. Was a great car, new and clean and was super gas efficient. It's great to use Enterprise because both spouses can drive without an extra charge - so thank you.

They will steal.your money Stole $300 from me, didn't even rent a car, told me my card declined, in reality they pulled $300 off, I disputed this and reported to BBB

Wow website says 43 cars available. Reserve one for a week and get confirmation. Walk a mile to “business” and find they don’t have a car for me and a lot full of car's Deleted the app from phone and tablet! They suck ……they we’re good back in the day now not so much!!!!!

Bad communication, ran my card for twice as much as they originally stated the original final amount would be without telling me about it did not recognize it till I got my statement. Vehicle was inadequate and gave me a lot of issues.

Rented a vehicle from the Tampa Bay airport facility January 25th, 2024. Experience was friendly, efficient, and above expectations. No one likes to spend money renting a car, but having a professional and well organized system made that encounter way less daunting than I anticipated. Alejandro made the return just as easy.
