“Rented a car Jefferson hills Pa a Chevy Malibu the windshield cracked due too defect GM covers windshields due to defects for up to 12 months the car was pretty new not over 12 months I’m sure but Enterprise decided to come after there customer rather than take the car to Chevy to have it fixed witch cost me out of pocket windshield was almost $500 you could clearly see that nothing hit the windshield it was a defect on Chevy but they like to come after the customer for money because I didn’t buy there insurance I will be sure to never rent there again and I have lots of friends I will be getting the word out for sure that they don’t take care of customers”
“They deceived us that they would deliver the cargo tomorrow every day for a month.Our car stalled in the middle of the road in the evening. We waited 12 hours for help! Without water, without food, in the cold. Then they did not give us our cargo for more than a month, which caused great damage to our business, since in the car there was cargo necessary for opening a cafe. We suffered huge losses. The company told us that they would give us compensation, but then they refused. Despite our request, they sent money for rent not to us, but to the driver, who had already left by that time.
Treating people this way is unacceptable!”

“I recently entered into a rental agreement with Enterprise car rental in connection with my USAA membership. The gave me a confirmation number of 1296893420 for a pick up specific pick up morning time. They called me the next day and said their morning bookings would not allow them to honor our agreement and offered me an after noon time which has cost me about $600 in total because I had scheduled things based on our agreement. I contacted their main office they took some information and said they would let me know if they can help remedy the situation. They never responded back so now I am out of money and my integrity is probably I question because my plans will not be met.”

“The SUV had terrible weather checked tires when they gave us the rental, and when we returned the car, they told us that the tires had “damage” and made an unauthorized charge to our credit card to make us pay for the tires that were already bad when they rented is the car.”
“Elie Atallah- the "Branch Manager" for the Palm Springs Airport doesn't return calls, emails or texts regarding customer experience issues. Instead, you can only reach a call center where no one has technical knowledge for app or account issues. You can't escalate to Regional Managers, because while the call center agents open "tickets"-- no one actually responds or takes accountability.
Enterprise used to be a top-notch, service-oriented organization that helped people grow in their jobs and also took swift action if there were issues during a rental. Not anymore- it's gone way downhill, like "customer service" in most places. Had someone returned my email or called me to say they were on it, needed more time to troubleshoot, etc., I would have been patient.
But almost 2 weeks with no response is absurd. Beyond disappointing.”
“On Monday. March 18, 2024 I arrived at Jacksonville International Airport to pick my rental car up. The reservation was made through my employer which only allows that you rent the most economical vehicle. I’m 6’4” and to get in a compact car would be very uncomfortable. I requested an upgrade however Enterprise policy doesn’t allow it. Bryce, the customer representative tried everything in her power to assist me. I want to go on record saying that although she wasn’t able to assist me,I felt like she truly cared about my situation. For that reason alone, I will come to use Enterprise Car Rental.”

“This is a review for the Enterprise car rental with address 26739 E University Dr
Aubrey, TX, US, 76227. I do not know what kind of people Enterprise rental car has working there but a white male with an aggressive attitude thinking he owns the place was rude, obnoxious, and disrespectful. This man was not willing to help us at all that when we got there telling them that we had been referred by their sister office in Little Elm, Texas to see if they might have some cars available. Well, he immediately picks up the phone and starts to call the Little Elm Enterprise rent a car and tell them not to be sending customers to his office. He told them that they did not have any cars and to stop it. He had no respect for us and others that were coming in to inform ourselves if they had any vehicle available. The time he was wasting talking about his ugly attitude, returning customers were coming into the office to return cars. As one car was being dropped off others were still coming in and he was not willing to help us at all. As all this was happening a young very nice and humble Asian lady jumped in and went above and beyond and started to make phone calls, send text messages to other Enterprise offices nearby to try and assist us. She was very polite and was trying. After a while of waiting outside the office we started to make phone calls ourselves to no avail. The young Asian lady was so nice that she came outside and told us she had found one. She took care of us and was able to start the transfer of car reservation to the rental office in McKinney. The white male person that thought he knows everything, and thinks can bully customers' needs to take some customer lessons from her that she was walking all over him. So, with this said I will never rent anything from that rental place or come near it. I will pass on this message to all my family members so they can pass on it to their family members about that place.”
“Recently due to an unfortunate fender bender we rented a car from Enterprise on Bank Street in Ottawa. Mark picked us up from home. He couldn’t have been nicer. It was a pleasure to meet him. At Enterprise we received excellent care when we rented our car. He was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Both Mark and Samuel are great ambassadors for your company. “Despite my ringing ahead to confirm, the car was not ready for pick up. They are repeatedly 'too short staffed to pick up' despite promises on the website at this branch I waited half an hour, then there was a problem with my credit card. Given that I had already wasted nearly an hour getting there on my own and waiting, and also signing off on the rental (initialled the agreement etc), I asked if I could be driven home to pick up another card (five minutes drive). They agreed but upon bringing me home, changed their mind--no reason given--upon the manager's instructions, and drove off leaving me standing there with no way to pick the car now and late for a medical appointment. I am really sorry that Enterprise is now letting just about anybody run a branch: this woman was talking to her kid on the phone most of the time telling her she couldn't do something and in a really bad mood. Not sure why I had to pay the price for that. Deeply disappointed. A long time customer at other Enterprise branches and have also rented from here before. And trying to call the branch to find out what was going on was impossible: they refuse to answer the phone.”
“Horrible experience, the car vibrated terribly every second over a 510 mile drive call the customer service. Somehow I got somebody from Australia and she ended up hanging up on me. Horrible don’t use this car service ever you’re better off and safer hitchhiking”
