“The pool and hot tub have been closed for months at the Rome location and the project they claimed they would be turning that area into more space for equipment has not even begun. Its still just an empty pool. This location is always extremely busy and over crowded making it hard to fit a routine in daily if your only time to go is in the late afternoon after work hours. to top it off they have MULTIPLE machines broken with no repairs in site for weeks. There is entire row of leg machines that have been down for at least a month. There's more yellow tape at this gym than a crimes scene.”
“Really nice gym! It was clean, clean equipment, and friendly staff. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the equipment. I will gladly stop by again when I’m in town for business.”
“In the last year, there have been nothing but ongoing problems with the pool, the pool heater, the sauna and the hot tub. The lack of communication and knowledge of what's wrong with the pool, the heater, etc is ridiculous and you can't get a straight, informed answer from any of the staff. The heater is non-functioning almost once a month now, and it takes two to three weeks for it to be remedied. Do the math - how many days out of the month is the pool actually comfortable and usable!?! I joined the Ehrlich location solely for the use of the pool and its 24/7 access. I've been half-frozen trying to swim in an unheated pool, had to rearrange my whole schedule to swim elsewhere and I'm extremely frustrated with the way the Aquatics area is (Mis) managed by EOS!”
“This review goes out for all of the locations I have visited I do enjoy all of the locations I have a Favorite at this time is Litchfield field in Surprise .. I want to give a shout out to Chris M, Yuri, Luisa, Savanah and I can't forget Ken and the rest of the group. Very welcoming and Upbeat. GO EOS!!”
“I was just stopping at the Olive and 51st location to take a look and the gal at the front desk Gabby was very knowledgeable and sweet. She made me feel comfortable even though I wasn't ready to commit. I appreciate that!”
“I am currently frequenting the EOS on 83rd and Camelback. I find the gym to be very clean and not too busy. Cassandra is one of the front desk reps and she is very sweet and welcoming when you walk in. She is also very knowledgeable with the equipment and is super helpful if you have any questions.”
“Hello, my name is Jorge Calderón. I was about to sign up. Derek treated me very well. It was my third day trying the gym. Unfortunately, I mentioned it to a friend that we could write together and I took him. They didn't let him in and refused to give him a free pass. He had just moved to Altamonte. The manager from Wednesday afternoon was a guy with no criteria. We had a bad time. The truth is, he decided not to sign me up. We were poorly trea”
