“This was a phone order, & I received expert assistance. I requested double espresso baskets, & was told my last order was for singles. I knew that, & just needed additional doubles. It's refreshing to know that my previous orders are noted & mentioned, which could prevent an error. Also, my order was packed & shipped the same day, & arrived 2 days earlier than anticipated. Good job, & I'm very pleased!”

“My espresso mug arrived broken. It collects water between the outer glass and the cup. I’m guessing water will get trapped and become moldy since there is no way to drain the water the has gotten trapped.”

“Exactly what I ordered and arrived in a hurry. Your survey does not have a selection option for six-day delivery. It jumps from five days to over seven days. My order arrived in six days. My first name is NOT "Lorkn". It is "Loren" as shown on my order.”
