Staff were great in store. The website on the other hand, is rubbish. It auto-fills parts based on your cars make and model - but STILL GIVES TOU THE WRONG PARTS ANYWAY. The website needs updating.

Very disapointed with the staff at Milton Keynes branch! I have been in the store a few time and everytime I got a unpleasent customer experience. Staff are not courtious or polite, never saw a smile from any of them let alone greetings!!

I was informed via email that my order was ready for collection. I popped to the store and was requested to back the following day as as only half of the items were at the store. I think the store should have called me regarding my order stating that it would be ready the following day. I shouldn't have received an email stating the order was ready for collection.

I purchased a battery for my wife's car online by entering the re number. I drove to the store to pick up the battery,20 miles away,when I got home I went to fit the battery but found it was approx 10mm too long to fit in the box,so I had to return to the store to exchange it. Very frustrating and time wasting. I have to say that the sales person I dealt with was very polite understanding and helpful.

2 purchases in a week 1st supplied with wrong rear discs not happy more expense having to return them Monday coming 2nd tool kit purchased first bolt to be removed ratchet snapped and yes to return Monday along side the discs

Expensive was quoted £152 for an audi A3 Nissens heater matrix but purchased same item Nissens for £65

Once you get to the counter the service is excellent. Having to queue out the door every time I visit has started to put me off. I’d rather pay a couple of quid more somewhere else than stand in the rain for 10 minutes.

Ordered parts, went to collect, parts missing out of the box. Staff in the branch miserable and don’t want to work on front desk, as I arrived one came out the door for a smoke and then I called out with no answer left waiting until member of staff finished smoking break.

Inputted my VRM and website said that this item would fit my vehicle and that it would be ready in an hour to click and collect. I actually went to collect the next day only to find that my item had not been picked and wasn't ready. Not a massive problem but unnecessary. I then get the item home and find that it does not fit my vehicle, not even close as it's a completely different size. Why have a system that seeks to match parts based on a cars VRM if it doesn't actually work. I know have to return this item for a refund which is a further waste of my time.

Parts were great but service was shocking,told parts were ready to collect but not ,only part of order,taking time off work to be informed that parts ordered were not ready was very disappointed.staff rude and told come back in a few days and we're have them .

The number plate details didn’t work. Although the correct car was identified - twice the wiper blades I’ve been sent are not the right size or compatible with my car.

I purchased brake disks and pads. I ordered on line and put my Reg in to select the correct products! However I had to return to the store twice after initially collecting them as they weren’t the correct size. Wouldn’t shop there again

There was long one queue for both ie for shop purchase and click and collect. After at least 30 mins in the queue I found out that one of the item is out of stock contrary to email saying ready for collection all items. I am a regular customer and would like some improvement. Therefore suggesting the following (which I said to the person on the counter too). 1. There should be a separate counter for click and collect. If there are not many click and colect customers (may be because people don't see any advanatge as they will have to saty in que any way) that person can serve other customers too to make it more efficient like in Toolstation. 2. The person on counter should not go inside to collect the items from inside. There should be a separate staff for this purpose. I am told that this is your SOP but not always followed. Perhaps this can be regularly monitored. Finaly there use to be a QR code in the shop to access feedback page but it was not there when I went there 2nd time. Your online feedback page was not working either. Which I showed to your staff member. Thanks
