I purchased a battery for my wife's car online by entering the re number.
I drove to the store to pick up the battery,20 miles away,when I got home I went to fit the battery but found it was approx 10mm too long to fit in the box,so I had to return to the store to exchange it.
Very frustrating and time wasting.
I have to say that the sales person I dealt with was very polite understanding and helpful.
