I wrongly assumed that if I search for parts using a vehicle registration, I would be presented with the appropriate parts - wrong. Always double check - caviat emptor.

Good prices, however the customer facing staff need to improve their customer service. They were on the verge of being rude how they spoke with staff. Unfortunately I would rather pay a little more to shop where you feel you custom is valued.

I needed a new battery for my Corsa, ordered and paid on a click & collect basis. As is always the case at my local Branch, the counter service was very slow, 4 people waiting in front of me, only one person behind the counter doing her best but lots of other staff floating about who could have helped but didn't, waited nearly 20 minutes.

Extremely slow service, this is nothing new for ECP but still frustrating. It shouldn’t take the best part of 25min when you are 3rd in line only to be given the wrong part (also no surprise) and then have to rejoin the back of the queue to repeat the lengthy wait. More staff should be on hand. It’s almost like they go through the door after ordering what you need and then manufacture it out the back. Only reason I can see as to why it would take so long.

Put my van reg in on the website and chose the wing mirror from the list and it turned out to be the wrong mirror when I went to have it fitted??

Products fine. Attitude of staff and the counter leaves a bit to be desired. No customer focus what so ever.

It pains me to write a negative review, first time for everything I suppose. Ordered Front Brake Discs, Pads and Brake Kit for my Hyundai i20 Collected everything and at the weekend went to fit the parts. Discs were fine, Disc Kit were perfect, but the Pads were too small. Given work, it took me several days to visit the Chippenham Branch. I showed how the new Brake Pads were way to0 small. To be fair the chap at the counter was very helpful, sorted the process of receiving a refund (takes 10 days or so) and luckliy had the correct Brake Pads in stock. Bad news these were twice the price and no Promo Code could be applied. So I stumped up the funds (not cheap) and finally completed the front brake rebuild. In summary I will continue to use Eurocarparts, trust future purchases won't be so painful.

I ordered parts on the 6th of Feb for an MOT on the 9th of Feb. Its now the 16th and I've not received them nor any update.

I have a trade account and my customers can get parts on line cheaper than I get at trade I don’t get this and I order on line to get the same price as the customer because I feel my trade account isn’t a trade account I’ve also notice that you have stopped offering discount codes

Order part which was in stock. I recevied confirmation email. When I went to pick up the branch could find it had to reorder. So I wasted my time and drive another 10miles for my part. Not great for a clink and collect service

The experience at the pick-up point was identical to last time: there was a massive queue outside, I waited for 30 minutes to be served, and the paperwork was handed to me in a very rude manner. Upon inspection, I received WAG brake pads instead of the FIAT ones I ordered. When I raised the issue, your coworker was unhelpful and dismissive. I had to endure another 30-minute wait outside in the cold as your coworker took their lunch break and nobody could locate my correct brake pads. Absolutely appalling!

You do a click and collect but end up waiting ages when they go off and find the item surely when you do it on click and collect it should be waiting for you

When I made this order I was told the item was in stock at my local branch for click and collect. However I had to wait until the following day before I could collect. The system/europarts should not state 'in stock at local branch' when it is not and had to arrive from another depot.

I needed a new battery for my car, paid the extra for next day delivery and it never showed up. I had to get another in short time - battery got delivered the next day. To be fair, they reimbursed me without problem (although not including the delivery charge but can't be bothered to chase it up!!!). The sad thing is I got told that garages get priority, but then why offer (and charge for) next day delivery if you can't honour that.

The customer service and help is great, but out of 7 items I brought to service my car 5 of them was incorrect. Buying online I can understand might be my error but when asking I store and them handing it to me after checking there systems and it still being wrong caused a major headache. The staff was very helpful and no issues changing the items. But as said it caused me a lot of issues not being able to move the car to then have to get to and from the store to get it changed.

Ordered van aerial’s and only had one turn up this was over 3 months ago I have emailed them and promised it was coming out and still haven’t received the order, other times I have ordered it’s been good so not sure what’s going wrong
